Coming through town on vacation when my tensioner pulleys decided to go out I was giving these guys as phone number as a reference to try they open their doors on a Saturday welcoming to fix my vehicle for me and my family while we were broke down three states away from home to these guys I give them that hands down best review and all around great timing very professional and I owe it to theses guys thank you for putting out a great service in a affordable and timely and very professional manner

I have known Henry for 25 years. He is as honest as they come. He has repaired and serviced my cars for many years, and I have always been very happy with his work!

Henry was extremely helpful. I had multiple problems with my vehicle shopped around at other auto shops in the area and they gave me a great price on the repairs and also they serviced and repaired my vehicle in a timely manner I would recommend this place to everyone and I’ll never take my car anywhere else for repairs now.

Theyre very experienced, took my truck there to fix my radiator that had cracked aswell as other things. My truck feels brand new, took a bit to fix but to get the job done right, I didnt mind.

I was in a bind. Totalled my car but the tires were still good. The lugs were swollen so I couldnt get them off myself. My sister needed new tires and rims so they helped me on the spot with switching out her tires for mine. Good honest people!

Absolutely amazing! Kept appointment time. Found out what was going on with my engine. Got the part I needed within like 30mins. My son was hungry while we were waiting so the mechanic dropped us off to get food and picked up. The wait wasnt bad at all. The prices are great and very fair. Professional work done. I have more work I need done and Ill be back here to do it.

I forgot got recommended to H&L in 2013 for my 94 Toyota Corolla. Let me tell you, they don’t try to screw your over here. As a female, I know quite a bit of mechanics and have done a lot of my own work on my car... anything I can’t do or figure out, I bring to them. They will diagnose my vehicle for free and always give me a good quote. If someone else quotes me lower, not only will Henry & Lefty match that quote, they will beat it. Finally when my 94 was on its last life and having some issue, I brought it there the last time in 2016 and they were honest and told me not to invest any money into fixing it that it wasn’t worth it. I junked it and bought a 2012 in 2016 that has been good to me since.

Best repair shop

Had to update my review! Been taking our cars here for a couple years now. I will NEVER let anyone else touch our cars. H&L Auto is the ONLY shop I will use. These guys are in a class of their own! They are just amazing!! I send everyone I can to them. These guys are just so great at what they do. Amazing customer service. So patient and friendly and dont ever make me feel like a burden when I call to ask questions. You wont ever find a mechanic shop like H&L Auto. I wish I could give then 10 stars!

Didn’t know what they were doing when they pressed in my ball joints and bushing. Completely damaged my control arms and bent them out of place and tried to fix them, but did such a poor job that they no longer go back into my frame and I will have to buy new parts. When confronting them about this issue they shrugged me off and just wanted me out of the shop barely wanting to even give me a refund.

This guys know what to do. Great service

If I could give more stars I would. H & L is the only place I will ever take my vehicle. They are 100% honest and very reasonable. Henry & Lefty always goes out of their way to get me right in. If you want an honest mechanic H & L is it.

I really wouldnt even give a 1 star, but that wasnt an option. I had a small nail in my front tire. Was told it wasnt repairable. And I need 4 new tires because it was an all wheel drive. And they didnt have the right size in used tires, understandable! They sounded very sincere. They gave me an unbelievable high quote and were very friendly. I thought. Wrong!!!!! Went to Point S / tire factory in centerville and guess what ? They repaired my tire. Wouldnt recomend H &l too my worst enemy.

On the spot Registration, oil change, mechanical and body they have friendly staff, the owner is very nice person and reasonable prices thats why I always go back

We have taken our car into the shop these past two weeks and in that they have told us our car is fixed, and as soon as we get home its doing what it was doing in the FIRST place!! They charged us almost 1,000 just to have the same problem. Our car is still overheating and leaking. I would not recommend this auto repair to anyone. You will be losing more money, and still going home to a broken car. I am very disappointed in this auto shop. The reviews seemed great, until we put a hole in out pocket and still no car.

This is a awesome shop!! they are great mechanics and fair prices.

They left my lights on throughout the day when they were looking at my car and when they parked it. Killed my brand new battery. They pulled a brake hose on my car when I had just gotten my brakes serviced less than 100 miles before I came to this shop. I got recommended here by a friend and it was the worst recommendation I ever took. If you want to get ripped off and have your car messed with this is the shop.
