These guys did a great job to get me on the road after my right front ball joint failed. They had my vehicle running smoothing after just one day. I am very appreciative. Very professional, hardworking and courteous.

We had our Mini van towed to Jones car care on a busy Saturday. We expected repairs to be started on Monday but they were able to replace an alternator and serpentine belt on short notice so we were not out our car for the weekend. Outstanding service! Very much appreciated the quality and speed of the repairs. They exceeded our expectations. Job well done!

I cannot recommend Jones Complete Car Care high enough. They were my backup option when my usual garage was too busy to help me with my Sedona van. Jones took my van with little notice, fixed it providing high quality parts, and even went the extra mile and helped fix an issue I was having with my turn signal cover filling with water for no extra charge. Their prices were amazing and their work was superb. Part of me doesnt want to write this review because I want them to be my secret, but they were too good to not praise publicly. A+++

Last time I was there was over 2 years ago. I stopped going because they would overcharge for everything. And when i left a review at that time i was called and harassed till i removed it. So yes you dont have recent records of me being a customer, but the way i was treated over dozens of visits has stuck.

Sometimes there are mixed messages. Ive been told by one to leave my car overnight but then calls me before closing to say its done. Also was told I needed to get oil leaks fixed but someone else told me it shouldnt be a problem just keep an eye on the fluid levels. They have been effective when it comes to getting a second opinion.

Ive been a customer of Jones since August 2019. Most recently I asked them to conduct a pre-purchase inspection of a used vehicle I was considering. I worked with Jentry, Joel, and Juan to discuss the type of inspection they would perform and preliminary scheduling. When it came time I was able to make a same-day appt. When complete, I had an open discussion about their inspection findings.Jentry accommodated me and listened to an engine sound I was unfamiliar with. He did his best to explain possible sources, but qualified it with limited experience with this vehicle. He recommended another inspection by the manufacturer dealer if I still harbored concern. I appreciated his honesty and not just blowing it off as oh yeah, its nothing or some other dismissive remark.Will be a repeat customer as they have done it all right.

I went to Jones Complete Car Care to check my break pads. I saw their reviews and called around to other auto shops for quotes. After doing my research I felt comfortable taking my car here because they didn’t try to up sell me. In fact, they checked my breaks for no charge. They told me that nothing is wrong with the breaks and that the pads should still last me for awhile. They could’ve changed them and made a profit but instead they showed me they’re an honest auto shop.

Theses guys are good for only oil change and tire rotation. I had a battery changed $250 for the battery and $60 to install it. I had again needed something else changed they said over $400 for Labor . they charge so much for labor

I had a flat tire, they immediately evaluated my tire and saw that it must be replaced. I asked to just have my spare put on so I could get back on the road quickly, in the time it would take to put my spare on. They found a used tire, same size and replaced my broken tire for free. Cant recommend these people more!!!

We are always greeted by a smile when we come to Anderson Tire and helped immediately. If we just have a low air tire, they have always been happy to look at it, find the cause and fix it promptly. If it is just a nail or something simple causing the leak, they never charge. And for tires, if they do not have the size we need they shop for the best deal and are considerate in trying to keep the costs low. Would really recommend Anderson Tire to anyone!

Thanks to the team at Jones car care center. Today I went in for a full synthetic oil change and lube service and the mechanic Kevin went above and beyond in finding a radiator hose clamp that was not even on the fitting and he corrected the problem he also found that one tire was under pressure and had to punctures one from a nail in one from the wire. My experience with the team at Jones car care service is positive and the team is always professional and treats me well. I routinely recommend Jones car care to my friends and family and will continue to use them as my primary auto service center

I got a flat on the way to the airport and had to make arrangements to get it repaired while I was thousands of miles away. They not only worked with me, they also let me leave the car with them for an extra few days until I could arrange to have it picked up. When my son picked up the car he spoke with a different person and asked them to register the vehicle. The person I had spoken with stopped my son on the way out and credited the registration charge back even though they had registered the vehicle. They found some problems on the front end that I had no idea were there they told and showed me what was wrong and told me how much it would be to fix. This is the best service shop I have ever been to. Im never going anywhere else for auto service again. The guys there are great with explaining the work that needs to be done. Very upfront and honest with everything Ive had done there on our three cars.

I would have given a 0 star rating if possible, but the front counter guys were kind and courteous. I had to cover the cost of a part that they broke while working on my vehicle, turning a $130 bill into $200. That particular part wasnt available until Monday so I was also without my vehicle for the weekend. I will do business elsewhere.

I am a new customer. I loved the speed with which my car was diagnosed and then repaired. There were several items that the service team could have up-sold me on, but instead, they gave me a practical plan for items that needed to be addressed now and others that could wait. My vehicle was in and out of the shop in just 4 hours.

Fixed my car for about $300 less than another shop was going to charge me and had it done in a day. Then gave me an estimate on another thing I had no interest in fixing, didnt ask about and wasnt worried about fixing. Which was nice but not wanted.They did leave my window rolled down and now it doesnt go back up but oddly no estimate on how much to fix that.Will I take my car back to them and refer others, most definitely. Next time though I wont leave before I make sure everything works.

I took my Toyota 4runner for emission and safety test and Ryan came back 1hr later and said that my ball joint need to be replace. He said that if I do it today then he is giving me a 200 dollars discount, the total would just be 640. First, it took longer than I thought for emission/safety even though there was one customer in the entire shop who was ahead of me. Second, I told him that I need a second opinion on this and Ryan started to throw a fit. I took my 4runner to Quick Emission in North Salt Lake and he told me that this guy was trying to make the extra money by falsely failed me. Ryan insisted that I should pay him 640 to fix my problem. Quick Emissions crew inspect my truck over and over again and there is no sign of wear and tear on all of my ball joint and no free play. After the phone call from the Quick Emissions crew quoting the Law, the owner steps in trying to resolve the situation. Be advise that they all in this together. I talked to the owner and he seem to know what is going on in his shop. He knows about the crooks that run his shop and he knows about the bad reviews that is going on in his shop. He failed to fix the problem in his shop despite the bad reviews on google. It is my bad to not read the google review before I step in. I hope this review help save someone time/money because I end up wasting half of my day instead of an hour job.

I have been going to Jones Complete Car Care for many years. The staff is very friendly and always helpful. They have always met my needs and their prices are reasonable.

I was in the Layton area for work when my tire got punctured in the evening when all shops were closed. Jones opened at 7am so the next morning I dropped the tire off there on my way to work. Wheres returned theyd gone the extra mile in the patch and when no went to pay the told me dealing with a flat is hard enough and they wouldnt charge me for the patch and labor. They then took the spare off my car and put the patched tire on. The people were kind, and quick and the service was great. If I lived close I would keep taking my cars to them.

By far the best shop ive been to so far. They have been more than helpful with my financial burden.. *cough* i mean... My ford explorer. They have been open and honest with problems that they see, but not making up problems. Pricing is fair, and the workers do a great job. Also a big Shoutout to Joel! he also was great about admitting to a (very minor) mistake with my scheduled appointment, and getting ahold of me as soon as he noticed. Shops need to look at these guys as an example. Currently having my rack and pinion fixed. Will update soon.
