Mark was very knowledgeable. He helped me look at the pros and the cons of each phone I was interested in. I would highly recommend going to this store and the employees. The supervisor was also very kind and welcoming. I love cricket and the prices are wonderful. Cricket also has very good upgrade plans. I was with Cricket for about 7 years and just came back again.

Every employee I have met here has been amazing helpful. Also the service plan is affordable and customer service team is as good as it gets with cellular service. Jordan Carter and Mark Wise were absolutely great to work with. Jordans customer service was 100% professional. During my visit Jordan was managing 3 different situations with all kinds of challenges in each one. His positive attitude kept him going and never once did he lose his patience. His want to help and find an end result for everyone was very noticeable. When I called into the store asking for help. He asked me questions already thinking of ways to help. He mentioned he would be leaving in the next 30 minutes but his co-worker would also be happy to help. After visiting the store Jordan and Mark both made sure I was taken care of before closing the store. I will be going to this specific location for all my Cricket needs. Thanks guys!

The guy Jordan was so smart and so professional it was refreshing. He helped us out a lot and we even got my husband a new phone for a great price. He is super cute too! Anyways I recommend driving a couple of extra miles from Ogden to Clearfield to get excellent customer service.

I went in to get my two accounts blended together for one payment. Millie did that...and then reviewed our payments and data. She said, basically, how about we pay$17 a month less and go from 2GB/month to 22GB? What? What its the catch? No catch! And id never have found it in my own. Thanks, Millie.

Worst company ever would never recommend working or shopping here

Went in to add 2nd line, clerk couldnt get sim cards to work on the phone. After 2nd or 3rd try, I tell him to forget it since I was limited on time....believing I would get refunded, or at least my account credited...I left. As it turns out, Im out $50. No refund, no 2nd pH line, no credit. And cricket cant do anything cuz theyre a franchise store.

The computers crashed, I waited for a long time and he had no idea how to set up the promo that took me in. Left without resolution
