I went in to buy a new phone because I broke mine. I was told that they could “buy” the phone and put the amount in credits on my account. Well when it never showed in my account I tried to call. No answer. I called the next day multiple times throughout the day. No answer. So I called boost mobile cooperation and they said that there is no such thing as “buying the phone and putting credits on my account” they told me I needed to go in and ask for cash or my phone back. The guy said “it takes two weeks for it to be in your account “ which is false because boost mobile themselves told me that THERE IS NO SUCH THING. This is no different than stealing from somebody. I don’t recommend this store. And if you use this store don’t buy into the “we will buy your phone for credits on your account”

Do not trust this store at all. The first time I went in to upgrade my phone and buy a new sim (boost online cust support says its 10 bucks, I was charged 30 bucks for it.) for one of my family members. I came out with a new phone and sim and a reciept that says I bought a popsocket. I did not order one nor did I receive one. The 2nd time I went I wanted to get a refund for the popsocket and sim card cause my family member decided to go with a different service, and the associate told me he cant refund either because they are prepaid which is an absolute lie because on the bottom of their receipts it says u have 3 days to return the stuff. Not just the devices accessories aswellEDIT: If you really need to go online and do your business on boosts webpage I wouldnt trust any of the associates in this store
I needed to find out if my phone was officially unlocked and they were able to tell me. I am also interested in their reasonably priced carrier service.
