I prefer Rock Auto and ORileys.But advance was close by and they were helpful.Note: AutoZone is also a go to place for me but lately,their staff has changed and their knowledge is seriously lacking.(corner of Forbes & hwy 92)

Let me start off by saying the female that works at this Advanced Auto is very rude obnoxious and swears that the money that we are saving is coming out of her pocket. like she owns the store.and FYI FOR THOSE THAT DONT KNOW THEY PRICE MATCH WITH ROCK AUTO.shes been an employee since 2005 and isnt aware of this.makes me only think of the management training.she needs a refresher in customer care service and note that we come first.other then i got no issues with advanced auto love you guys and you definitely come in on a time of need

Ive never been in a store where the employees are so consistently miserable and rude to the customers. Auto zone and Napa are both right down the road. Seems like an easy choice to me.

Generally speaking, Im not a huge fan of auto parts stores, but Im liking Advance lately. They have an excellent order online - pick up in store option, and the people that work there are friendly and accommodating. Great oil change package options and pricing helps, too!

We had a minor inconvenient auto issue pop up during our drive down from Chattanooga. We werent sure what to do, except call our insurance company and derail about half of our vacation plans. We walked in and explained our situation, the guy looked at our car, and sold us what we needed to fix it ourselves. He saved our vacation!

My trip to this location was surprisingly successful! The guy at the counter knew his trade and was able to take me to the part I needed. We even went out to the car and installed the part. Through further exploring I needed another part. The counter guy was able to quickly get that part too. Very happy with the service and knowledge I received.

Dante, and an Asian gentleman, whos name I can neither pronounce OR spell, are top-notch parts finders, and go the extra mile to make sure a middling do-it-yourselfer like me can actually finish the job we start. Staff in this store are really rude. IF they are out of a product they will not look if they have any and back stock. I Usually don’t have a problem. With Advance auto parts. But this store needs to change staff. Mangers are rude. They seem to to care of customers much. Since they didn’t care about looking.

I do a lot of my own repairs and this place is where I go. The prices can be higher than others but the people are helpful. They walked me through my last repair and were a big help. Good to get free diagnostics and battery checks too.

First time visiting this business. I needed my ac recharged in my vehicle and a neighbor offered to do it but we needed freon. We stopped in here and found excatly what I needed for a very reasonable price. My guess would be much less than a mechanic would have charged. The store was well stocked and clean. Fast and friendly service. I would do business there again.

I went to this store to purchase new LED globes for my car. The service was really fast and the staff were incredibly friendly.This store is close to my home so they are convenient for me.I will definately make use of them again. They carry most spares required for vehicles and also accessories.

Went in because I had a bad battery.The young guy brought out the machine to test it.Need to replace my battery.He said he couldnt install it because I had to take my tire off.I called my husband and he said you dont need to take off tire.I told the young man.He talked real mean to me and said we dont mess with PTCruisers.The sign outside says.FREE battery installation.I went to my bank to get more money.I was upset being disabled how he talked mean to me.I called some other places.I went to another place and they treated me with respect and dignity.They promptly installed my new battery.Very polite young men .I will not be ever going to Advance Auto Parts.

I was in there to return a part which I was told had a 30 day return on it as well as a one year warranty however the man at the counter refused to accept the part back saying that it was purchased nine days ago and that it was my problem now, no returns .Ive never had such a Negative experience with Advance Auto in the past in fact its usually rather positive experience with good customer service however I was so upset by this individual that I didnt even bother asking for the manager and and now Im out $100 for a part that I do not need.Because of this I will never be returning to Advance Auto Parts and I will from now on be taking my business to both OReilly Auto Parts and AutoZone.

Employee Mark at the Missouri and Belair store was very rude and needs some proper customer service training. The customer in the store is far more important than some inner company issue on the phone. You cant treat customers with disrespect as if youre doing them a favor, we pay for your salary by buying there. I suggest he may be better suited for a cubicle job in Iceland.

I stopped into Advanced to grab a wiper for the rear window of my Montero Sport. Rep went out and got a look and went in, got the right blade and put it on for me in a jiff. Quick and friendly. Great job!

I bought a battery and in one month it stopped working. I went back and they replaced it right away and in one week it stopped working. I called triple A and my car works fine. No problems. Their batteries are no good.

My car battery wasnt due day,he sold me new one, dishonest person works there and I came home I find my receipt and I saw I still have one and a half years to buy new, he got my old battery and then I went there I told them what he did to me, they didnt do anything very dishonesty you cant trust this people,do not car battery from this place, they selling used battery..it happens to me three times, finally got from Walmart and working for 5 mouth now,no problem..Advance Auto sold me used,every two weeks I go buy another one..they told me My car has a problem,,, I checked my car, theres no problem.. Walmart battery never gone .. work very good.. I will never buy anything this kind small store again. They just robbery people, they have no shame. Please dont go there, dont waste your time and your money.

Always have the parts you need, and their loyalty program has great discounts would advise joining immediately. Also, Google for coupon codes. I usually find one for a 15% discount on the purchase . That way you can save twice.

I was driving a few days ago and I noticed my engine light was on also another one. I drove to the nearest Advance Auto Parts went in nice guy came out looked at my lights and said Im going to give you a number at for your engine light I take it to your mechanic and he will look it up and tell you exactly if there is anything wrong with your engine and needs to be fixed and then you go on from there. And then you said the other light is for your tire Gage, he said I need 30 lb and all four tires and go as soon as I can and get 30 lb in all four tires and its a light doesnt go off within a few hours and then you might have to go in and have it checks or might be something wrong I went to Wawa cuz they have free air and hit everybody and put exactly 30 pounds of air in each tire and as soon as I got back in my car cranked it up put it in gear the light went off immediately! Thank you again Advance Auto Part in advance auto check I think youre both in within the same company and I just always go there because everybody there are so helpful and they will do anything they can to help you no matter what it is. The employees make me go far away to change the battery because they said than I have to change in the store than I get it from, but when I definitely change at the store I asked about and they said that I can change any store.

This location is good but not the best and the only reason is because their staff at this particular location is constantly being moved to other locations due to employees not getting along or harrassment amongst the employees. Every time i visit this location i wait to see who is in a good mood that day and who is willing to help. Not a very friendly place to visit but still has what you need. If you go for the parts then youre fine but if you look for an experienced professional staff dont expect much from here.
