I quickly realized I had a bolt in my tire after crossing some railroad tracks. I pulled into Mavis and they took such good care of me. Quickly got me in and out with a plug and an affordable price. Smiling and pleasant employees. A wonderful experience.

The manager at this location, Randy, goes above and beyond for his customers. Heres my story: I had to travel 30+ miles to a get my car serviced for an airbag problem (unrelated to tires) and while at the dealer, they showed me how dangerously bald and worn were my back tires. The dealer asked me to sign a notice acknowledging that I knew that I was driving on tires below the legal threshold (which I didnt know was illegal!) My bad that I hadnt noticed, and the dealer didnt have my tires in stock. It was now 4:30 pm on a Friday afternoon, and I was nervous about driving the distance home on such dangerously bald tires. Doing a google maps search for Tires near me brought up this location and I called Mavis and talked to Randy. Not only did Randy listen to my plight, but when he couldnt service my tires directly, he took down my information and called other locations on my behalf and arranged with another store to help me out with the tires I needed immediately. Long story short, I got new tires installed at the other nearby location before they closed for the day (6pm!) and had a great experience with that Mavis location as well. The icing on the cake was that Randy even followed up by calling me on Saturday morning to make sure I had a good experience. Id definitely recommend this Mavis location and Randy and his team for any services they can provide. Ill drive the distance just for this type of service any day! Thank you Randy!

I have odd tires on my stump grinding machine and they have tubes. No one sees to be able to put new tubes in, until I cam across these guys. They do it with aplomb! Also, dropped off a trailer tire that needed a patch and it was a done before I finished my errands. They are my new tire shop!

My company uses Mavis for all automobile service on multiple vehicles. They are always accommodating of our busy schedules, work is completed in a timely manner and they are able to respond to any questions or concerns we have. I recommend them without hesitation!

I spoke with Randy at length on which tires would be best a few months ago and decided on some Continentals. I have been very happy with them, but I recently stopped back to have them rotated and balance. I have to say the car is driving and riding like new. Beyond this I have some other work done and I feel it is important to note that the service has been great, I am very happy with this shop and would highly recommend it.

The only plus point about them is that they are the first shop on the HERCULES ave other than that too freaking EXPENSIVE! do me a favor do your research before going there. compare the prices before you take your A** over there, you have nothing to lose on doing your research. I tell what theyre at least $250.00 difference. I personally have nothing against anybody there working to be honest, ITs the company and the people working are on commission base.

Randy was the absolute best! I came in to have my tires checked due to the tire pressure light being on. Ended up having to buy 2 new tires due to wear and tear, but he gave me a great deal, as well as gave me info on other things that needed to be done to my vehicle. He wasn’t actually trying to force me to pay for something that didn’t need to be done at that very moment (which I appreciate). Very informative & such a sweet guy! We have taken a majority of our 40 vehicle fleet to Mavis trusting that they would always take great care of our needs. However, in this one instance during a routine oil change the drain plug was not installed correctly in one of our F150 pick up trucks. Our driver promptly noticed the oil light and pulled over and had the truck towed to the local Ford dealership where the engine was diagnosed to be not operable and needed to be replaced. We brought this to the Mavis managers attention at this specific location who even admitted that they have had this happen in the past and they would take care of it. Well when the total repair bill was brought to their attention to the tune of $8,000.00 Mavis corporate denied they would help in anyway possible. We even asked if they would split the cost with us and they turned that down too. The only way they would consider making this right was by installing the new Ford engine themselves. IF YOU CANT INSTALL A DRAIN PLUG CORRECTLY WHY WOULD WE LET YOU INSTALL AN ENGINE???? If I could leave them zero stars I would!! PLEASE BEWARE OF USING THEM FOR ANY SERVICE FOR YOUR PERSONAL CAR OR YOUR FLEET.

My brakes went bad on the road, so i went to the closest place. I was expecting to get ripped off, as my experience with chain Tire stores has not been good. Jad the service manager handled my situation, he showed me the issue and said it couldnt be fixed until the next day. I couldnt wait, so he recommended another place and didnt charge me for looking at it. I will be using and recommending Mavis tires in the future. Thanks for not bs’ing me.

These guys have saved my life repeatedly over the past several years . They look out for me by recommending only what I need to have done to my vehicle saving me from unnecessary repairs and running up the bill. They bend over backwards to accommodate my need for drop off and delivery of my vehicle and they keep me informed about about the whys and whens of the repairs I need. Not just with tires, but with EVERYTHING my 18 year old car needs to keep running efficiently. They keep track of warranties for work previously done and are genuinely concerned about keeping their customers happy.

I went in to get a Jew tire and a alignment my car had been sitting for a while since I was deployed and they looked into it because it looked like there was a bigger problem but after inspection they said all was good but suggested a 2nd tire due to dry rotting both tires and alignment came at a great price and they went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of well before they even found out I was military had great conversations with the staff who thoroughly care for the military and respect at all cost while I was waiting 10/10 will be coming back again

Great service here. I called many places looking to get a part installed that I had ordered but was unable to install myself at home. No one would even ask me to come in and take a look. This place here told me to come down right then and they would take a look and give me an estimate, even though it wasnt a typical repair/replacement. I was in and out in about 20 minutes which is exactly what I assumed it would take. They charged a fair competitive rate for the labor and I was very satisfied. They made my day. Thank you!They pulled through again. Busted a wheel they were odd sizes and they had one ordered and in store before I even got up. Still the best for anything tire or wheel.Always the best come here every time and they always get it done on time and ready. They work so hard and let me know exactly what the issue is if there is something they can do or where to take it.

I went in because I had a nail in my tire . I was told I had nails in 3 tires and because of where the nails were I needed 3 new tires and my struts were leaking . Btw $1400 dollars . I got a second opinion at Tires Plus it cost me $34 dollars for 3 nails in one tire . I was told no nails in the other tire and no leaky struts . Beware !!!

This has seriously been the best experience I have ever had at a tire shop! I have two toddlers that would have driven me crazy, but they had a beautiful, clean, and very colorful play area that was safely enclosed with lots of books and toys that my kids absolutely loved! I actually kept them busy During our entire wait! That is very hard for two toddler boys. I will definitely be making the drive to this tire shop again. It was worth the drive!
