A professional shop that charges reasonable prices. I found them from a Groupon and am glad I did. They have a nice waiting area and dont try to upsell.

Great place. We had no appointment but were welcomed anyway. People working here are real professionals. The guy who changed oil and inspected our car (forgot to ask his name, unfortunately) did a great job and consulted us on everything, answered all our questions. The mechanics here are very honest and professional. Frank was very friendly and took the time to show me things under the hood that may be of concern in the future without throwing a price list at me, like so many other places do.

I was past due for my oil change and had to drive across the state to Orlando — where I live — and they squeezed me in and they were speedy, and Frank was so informative. I appreciate you guys! I’m so glad I still have to drive to Clearwater for business so I can continue going here. I would still drive across the state to go to this place even if I didn’t have business trips. This place is awesome. Mechanics were very kind and knowledgeable. I had an appointment at 2 and was out in 20 minutes.

You know how you get nervous when you first visit an auto repair facility because youre afraid they will try to sell you service you might not need? I am very happy to say this company DOES NOT engage in that deplorable practice. I have a 2005 vehicle, a likely target for that kind of exploitation, but they evaluated my situation and suggested I dont need some of the services I thought I might. They saved me money by being honest and really trying to help me. I have no fear at all about coming back here for all my auto services.

Danny the mechanic was a terrible service guy and they were nothing but disrespectful when it came to dealing with an issue. Being disrespectful cursing and getting loud, if your not giving an arm and a leg they will not respect you. Will never bring business to them or do business with them no matter the situation will never recommend the shop was not worth the time was not worth the wait.

Full service auto repair shop that I highly recommend. I went for a Grouppn oil change and was extremely pleased with service I received. Anthony is a very nice person who gave me a detailed, honest assessment of what repairs my car needs. The waiting area was clean and comfortable and he got the job done in a jiffy. Weve been looking for a new mechanic and now weve definitely found a good one!

Never been to a more trustworthy shop. Lifted my car up to show me everything and even held onto old parts for over a week to show me what I brought in. Was ripped off by Ferman Ford and Anthony at ASE made everything right at competitive prices. Ive found my new shop.

Had major oil leak, as much as a quart a day lately. Received repair estimate in $1000s from another shop and nursed it for over a year. Read reviews about Auto Service Experts, received estimate under $1000. PERFECT REPAIR; completed on time (actually by the soonest estimated completion). Will never go elsewhere!!!

Honest. Dependable. Clean. Fair. What more could you ask for? They don’t overcharge. My car was freshly Armoralled when I picked it up. (Trust me...it was not Armoralled when I dropped it off.) They offer a rewards program that allows you to earn credit towards your next purchase. I asked if this was a corporate card, but they assured me that their business is 100% family-owned and operated. They took the initiative to create a rewards program on their own.Additionally, their waiting area is the cleanest, most well-decorated reception area I’ve ever witnessed in an auto repair shop. This may not be a big deal to most, but my previous mechanic had ants all over the tile, and Firestone feels old and dated. It was really refreshing to walk in and see that the owner takes care of the area customers wait in and that the exterior of the building (well-hidden, drab, and a bit hard to find) had no bearing on how the inside looked.Of course, their fair prices and honesty is the major selling factor. They will admit if they don’t know something, and endeavor to give you the best service possible. After one visit, I’m a convert for life. I’ll trust them with all or my future problems. This place is the best hidden gem I’ve ever found.
