My MB had back brake light off, a local MB suggest to change the whole wire system in the back, they estimate around $500, I went to European Motors, Marty suggest to leave the car and inspect it, 3 hours later called to pick up, the invoice was $130 and the car is perfect!What a bless to still have honest people beyond business! These guys are awesome. Theyve been here over forty years servicing some of the finest automobiles. I drive a Ford Explorer utility and they treat me No different than someone driving a Ferrari. From the front desk to the technicians and not to forget the young man that clean your cars before you pick them up. I highly recommend them even though that might mean I have to wait a little longer for my Service, they deserve the business. I promise you will not be disappointed.

Marty has amazing customer service. Very efficient and friendly. Very knowledgeable about foreign vehicles. Very highly recommend.

They admitted (in writing) that they saw damage on my vehicle and let me leave without informing me in writing or making me sign a waiver. Then they tried to charge me an obscene amount to have it fixed properly when I brought it back. Not a trustworthy group of people, just out to take your money. I would never trust the service manager Marty with my safety or the safety of my loved ones. They did offer to put a bandaid on the issue because they felt bad. But since they didnt want to take responsibility I had no faith in their ability to perform any further services. When you charge someone for a diagnostic I suggest you properly perform one before you take someones money in the future. That is the definition of dishonesty Martin and Kathleen.

Traveling from out of state we had some serious noises coming from the engine in my Ford Vehicle. We took a chance and drove the last last two hours of our journey to get to Clearwater Florida. A friend recommended we call Marty to see if he could look at our vehicle. I called Marty and he explained his shop was very busy but come on over and at least he would take a look to see what was wrong. I stopped over the next morning and was greeted by his mother behind the counter. She was very polite and knowledgeable about automobiles. Marty and his tech looked at my vehicle and knew instantly the water pump was failing. We were traveling and Marty moved us in to get it fixed the same day! Not only did he get it fixed his estimate was very reasonable and he held true to the estimate. Great service and very friendly people. I would surely recommend them to anyone in need of car repair in the area.

Excellent services

This is a family ran auto repair shop for mostly European cars however they do work on Asian cars as well. While they are very expensive, they do the work they say theyre going to do and they do not rip you off. I found them to be very helpful and in some cases do things that no other repair shop would do. It is nice to see honest business people in the car repair shop business.

Worst experience brought my car in to get an oil change and ask if I need a tuneup. They called me telling me I need $2500 in repairs, so I call my previous mechanic in St Pete who just looked over the car in January, they told me everything had already been done or didnt need to be done for another 20,000 miles. I tell them to do nothing to my car but they told me they have already started the oil change and I will at least have to pay for that which I confirmed. I show up to their facility and they charge me an additional $110 for looking it over. Beware mechanic scammers.

They are very professional, and respectful! I was impressed how quickly my car was taken care of, and the mechanic took the time to explain to me what the problem had been .I was also very impressed how clean the waiting area was.

They are honest and very kind. Brought my VW here after it had been in another shop AND the dealership. I will be bringing my vehicle here from now on and highly recommend them.

Disgusting old lady.. I live the next street over and asked if I towed the car If it could sit there for 7 days til payday and she told me no and that I would need to bring it one day the following week and pick it up once they tell me whats wrong with it, because I already cant afford to get it fixed. Im like excuse me? Thats very insulting, Dont tell me what I cant afford and then I hung up on her rude ass. Sounded like she had an attitude when she answered the phone... DO NOT GO HERE.
