I took my car to have a black carbon fiber roof wrap installed. The work was perfect. The look and quality exceeded my expectations. Thank you. Everyone inside was great to deal with and friendly. The job was done on time and fairly priced. ONE IMPORTANT NOTE: when I went to pick up the car and pay the remaining balance, the invoice was lower than originally quoted. They told me they took $50 off the bill because the job did not take as long as expected. I appreciate their honesty because they could have charged me the full amount and I would never have known. In the future I will support them anyway I can. I recommend to anyone.

Had two signs done by them. One above my new store and the other on the street, a light up sign. The sales rep MIKE asked me if I wanted to go with the less expensive material for the street sign. He said the difference was only minimal. He had even drove by the store to get an idea of what I was looking for. I pay my $1800. The store front sign was good, but when I drove by at night my street sign DID NOT light up!!!!!!!!! I was like WHAT! We are open until 9pm at night! I call him and ask him, whats the problem? He explains to me that I chose the signs that do not show the light through the sign! He NEVER told me that when I spoke and emailed him at least 15 times! I was so upset. We just sunk our life savings into this business. I would never have a sign that did not show the light through!! His guys in the bucket trucks even saw that there were light bulbs behind all the signs. SO I called and asked what was going on. He explained I got what I ordered. So guess Im out $1800.00.My business has severely suffered since customers cannot see us at night. I am so UNHAPPY and DISAPPOINTED!!! I called Precision Signs & Graphix, LLC this week and got a quote for 75% less then they charged.. BAD BUSINESS BAD BUSINESS BAD BUSINESS!!!!

Their site visit associate was 30 minutes late and came completely unprepared. It appeared that he had taken detailed notes, but by the time I received a written estimate, the specifications were so far off mark that I had to hit the reset button. I wasted a lot of time working with this shop.

I Agree Completely with the Other Review, after I payed them their attitude changed from nice sales person to bad business owner.I had a $5,000.00 Neon sign installed several years ago & had nothing but problems within several weeks, the transformer burnt out & had to be replaced several times in the first year, come to find out after the sign was out of warranty the transformer burnt out again, so I hired another sign company to look at the sign & they told me a sign this large needed Two Transformers not just One & said the wiring was all over the place shorting out & needed to be rewired, they did the job costing me several hundred dollars & have Not had a single issue since.STAY AWAY FROM THIS SIGN COMPANY
