Hands down the best tow to shop in the Tampa area. Eric and his crew are top notch all the way around completing service on time and at a very fair price keeping my family on the water worry free.
Dads boat looked so old. I gathered some information from my friends, and they told me about your company. They offered me fair prices, and they did a marvelous job with the restoration. Also, for the boat detailing, they did listen to our requests. I highly recommend this company. Thank you.
I asked for a ball park quote, sent some pictures and they said they wanted to look at the boat to get a real price, I asked them if they could give me a ball park from the pictures. This was not a huge job. I like to get a few quotes before I decide who to use. The other two quotes got the same email and pictures, and both places told me the repair needed to be done from the inside those two quotes were $1200 and $1500.Van Wzgoner Boats told me $5000 to $8000 .Not even close to the other quotes who were both close. Do your research, cant tell them what to charge but I can tell you the ridiculous quote we got.
Great service honest companyThank you
FINALLY FOUND A NON-MOBILE BUSINESS HERE. The have a large shop not a beat up van that comes to your home. They did a GREAT JOB at a fair price. I HIGHLY-HIGHLY RECOMMEND VAN WAGONER BOATS

Great place to have your boat restored. Thanks Fred and your crew for the beautiful job on my 1974 glastron restoration. We will be turning heads this summer on the water for sure.
I was told this is the best place in the St Pete area for boat work, and they have been there for 30yrs plus. But I will never be back and think anyone reading this any want to reconsider.I spoke to them 3 times about repairing my T Top leg that pulled out. The first 2 times with Eric, he seemed nice enough and like I could have worked with him. Eric said to bring the the boat in that he wanted to look at it to see what the best way to repair would be. So I called back prior to trailering over there and talked to the old guy, who then went on to say that everything I was told by other folks in the repair industry also for 30yrs were wrong and he was right. So I asked if he would take a look at the boat and recommend his way to fix it. He said dont bring it in he wont fix it even his way. So hoping to actually talk to Eric i just drove over with photos, trying to talk to the person that seemed more reasonable. I mean this place was recommended by 2 guys I personally trust. I drove over went to the office and asked for Eric. The old guy in the arm chair said he wasnt there and what did I want. I said that I spoke to them about my T Top leg, and at least wanted them to see pictures to see if we could proceed with getting an estimate. At this point the old guy said your the guy on the phone. I said yes, he said Im not going to fix your boat. At this point I was taken back, I mean he never saw it, never quoted it, and he only told me to fix it he would cut the deck out to get nuts on the 4 screws that pulled out. At that point I asked can he even give me an idea or quote it? At which point he said TwinnVee Catamarans are cheap and he doesnt work on them. And hes not going to get sued if his fix doesnt work. And he followed up with that hes the owner and and Eric will do what he says and hes telling them to not take the job, without even seeing the boat mind you!At this point I called another well know guy and told him what happened. And he said that the old guy just sits in the shop and is burned out on working in the marine industry, and he doesnt even actually do any work. He recommended that I just bypass this armchair owner and actually talk to the guys that work there. They are up to date with how to fix T Tops. But at this point I cannot use this place and dont trust anyone that turns away work, refuses to give quotes and is so awnery that its just impossible to work with someone so irrational. My advice, wait to the owner goes home, or just stay away from this place. I mean hell if they cant even quote of fix 4 deck bolts on a T Top what can they do?
Fast and honest
