Our Lease was ending on our TLX. We contacted Crown Acura via email, and Rich Morris, quickly responded about the vehicle. When I first purchased my 07 Acura TL I knew it would be well taken care of through the dealership. It had a few warranty issues that were remedied to my satisfaction and I thought I would stop using the dealer for routine things like oil changes etc. But I soon realized that the service I got at the other shops was not really service. Sure they change your oil but thats it. Its nice to know that Everything has been looked at, filled, adjusted, and checked over when you go to Crown. My wiper fluid is never empty . My tires are never low. If they find something that needs attention they let you know and give you options, not pressure.John Shaw has been my service advisor for many years and several cars. I needed to get my oil changed and this location has been booked for a while. I spoke to john and he was able to make something happen and got me in two weeks later. I was running late to my appointment Bc of a car accident and was worried they wouldn’t change my oil. When I arrived late, Logan said he could see what he could do. Fearful that I drove an hour for nothing, Logan was able to get me in and change my oil right before they closed. The customer service here is great and they do their best to take care of you. Def recommend this place for any customer!

Gillian Barnes was awesome! She is vey sweet and not pushy trying to sell a vehicle like what I had experienced in the past with other salesman. Love that she took her time to sit in my car and set up all the features for me so I dont have to do it on my own. I never had that kind of assistant when I bought any cars in the past. She also offered to be available to answer any questions anytime regarding my car if I dont want to read the owner manual. If that is not exceptional service then I dont know what it is. I actually prefer using this service department, however I refuse to buy or service my vehicle here again because this place is the worst about returning calls. At one point there was a manager Daniel Morris who did an amazing job running this place, however since he left customer service leaves much to be desired.

I just leased my 2nd Acura RDX at Crown Acura and, again, the experience was amazing. Back in the day, I used to feel like I HAD to bring a man - my father or husband - with me when shopping for cars because I thought I might be taken advantage of due to my lack of knowledge. Its not like that at any Crown dealership, its super transparent to due a really cool computer system that monitors prices in the entire area. You never feel like youd receive a better deal anywhere else, this is without you having to even negotiate. I love that the sales manager at Crown Acura, Sophie Morris, is a woman. That even makes me more comfortable. Chris Duncanson was my sales consultant and he has been with Crown Acura for more than 15 years he told me, and Sophie has been there that long too. There was another Chris there as well that assisted in the financial paperwork and that was such a pain free efficient process. He was very personable and great with the paperwork. That definitely made me feel comfortable buying an Acura again. Its pretty rare that someone in sales anywhere stays that long unless its a wonderful place to work. Chris is so knowledgeable and I highly recommend asking for him. Sophie came over to meet me as well. I think most people, once they purchase an Acura once, just keep buying Acuras. I always bought Honda CRVs in the past and then the last time, and again this time, switched to the Acura RDX because its basically the same quality, size, but more luxurious. The base model already has things that would be upgrades elsewhere. A lot of safety features. I bought the tech model because I definitely wanted the blind spot indicators. They had great lease offers both the last time I purchased my RDX and this time too. I actually received more than the residual value as a trade in - thats transparent too. You dont need to buy your leased vehicle first, you actually get a trade in value which, with Acuras, is decent because they retain their value. Its a beautiful SUV, a dark gray with an darker brown/black interior. I feel so classy in it : ) I highly recommend Crown Acura to anyone who really wants a top quality vehicle and a very comfortable buying experience.
This dealership was my last hope that there are/were some salespeople with integrity and morals. I took a 2 hr drive to test drive a vehicle. I booked an appointment with Richard Morris (a sweet Brit who loves America) .Upon arrival I was greeted,shown the vehicle, test drove it and loved it. Ok so now starts the BIG show the negotiation!!! Well there is no negotiation.You see Crown Acura prices their vehicles to sell. Believe me I did my homework just like you are going to do. Just stop right now and you wont need to if you come to Crown Acura. Well I left out the part where I already had my own financing through my bank that we have been with for 20 years,we have had many loans through them. Thinking they had given me the best intrest rate for a most loyal customer. I was definitely sure that Crown Acura would not be able to beat it! And they were wasting my time. 20 minutes later and very hangry,I was called back into the office,as sour as I was, and as mad as I wanted to be that they were wasting my time, to my surprise Chris and the staff at Crown Acura were actually able to save me 1% on the deal!!!

I was very fortunate to stumble upon Eric Westermeyer. I say that because there were a bunch of texts primarily about an MDX they offered that I wanted pricing and features, etc. He is pleasant and got all my questions, offers answered very promptly. Truly a good guy and not the typical car salesman antics. The consumer is out numbered when buying from a franchised dealer. I think I got a good deal for these times and I know I owe that to Eric. Icing on the cake was he delivered it! I had never seen in person or driven it. No complaints, it was just as he presented it. Eric is a rare gentleman in the car business!

However, the next day I called back and couldnt be happier that I chose to work with Crown instead of Acura in Tampa. Julian the advisor was on top of his game! Great experience and communication - from my first internet inquiry to the minute we walked in the door, through the test drive and all the way through financing. Dawuan was extremely knowledgeable about the different packages and his selling style was what all dealerships should model to improve the customer experience. Our finance manager was great too, quick to review options, secure financing at a good rate. Clearly a well run dealership who values their people, and their people in return make for a great customer experience.
