I just got my car home delivered. I bought an F-Pace from them. I am type of person who likes to get things done before visiting a dealership i.e. know ins and outs of the car, paperworks and the actual out of the door price finalized. So that I visit the dealership, do test drive then just sign the deal. Tom Hassle has been outstanding to provide all the requested sales and vehicle information and Phil Reynolds did the final pricing negotiation with me. Finally Tom and Mike delivered the car to my home. Overall its a super efficient and effortless car buying experience for me from this dealership.

Robert is fantastic. He has worked me into the busy schedule on numerous occasions to get my car looked at. They have been working tirelessly due to supply chain issues with parts during COVID and my car has been seen and serviced within a more-than-acceptable timeline. Unprofessional, ignorant and arrogant sums it up, once you purchase (even one of the top of the line) vehicle, you are refused service with a myriad of their pathetic excuses, and trashed. Refused to even have you communicate with the service manager. If you dare disagree with their irresponsible lack of service, they threaten with abandonment of any service to your vehicle. Next step, escalation to corporate, social and mainstream media platforms...

Worked with Glenn over the phone on a certified Jaguar. Flew into Tampa to drive it back to Texas. The car was immaculate and Glenn did a great job making sure it met my expectations! Ewan my Sales Rep was outstanding..!!! They made sure I was completely satisfied and really listened to what I wanted with my new F-Pace. Horrible experience would not cover warranted items and wouldn’t give me a rental car when my Top-of-the-line SUV was stuck there for days and expect months for your vehicle to even be seen
