Total waste of time. How can the price of the car drop by $600 even before looking at it, before the quote expiration? I called them two times and said that I dont need any surprises when I come in, and they agreed. I would decide only after having the true estimate. But after going there, the appraiser said that they are starting at a number which is $600 less than the online quote and the actual price would only go down after looking at the condition. This whole thing looks like a scam to me. Don’t waste your time!
