My 2020 LR4 is now over eight years old and in beautiful shape. The attention and thoroughness I receive in your service department is as good today as the day I bought the vehicle. Rob Gordon has always been my go-to guy, whether Im bringing it in for service or have a question about something while Im on the road. Rob is always responsive and he clearly has a deep knowledge of my vehicle. I know there are other places I could take it now that its out of warranty, but the quality of service I receive from Rob and the Dimmitt Land Rover team keeps me coming back.

It is clear why this dealership is an award winning facility for customer satisfaction. Today I took my wife’s Range Rover in for our first service, along with a few minor items to be repaired. Not only were they friendly, but they completed everything today and even found a nail in my tire. All of this was completed by my certified warranty, pre-paid maintenance package, and my tire & wheel coverage that their finance manager helped me select when I purchased the vehicle. The service advisor communicated with me through the entire process, both by phone and by a text link that detailed what was being done to my vehicle. After it was completed, they returned my vehicle to me cleaner than I brought it in. Amazing job!!!

The dealership is very clean and modern inside and out.Ilya my sales rep was very knowledgeable and helpful. We came in wanting to look about 5 minutes before closing for the night both times and and he took care of us immediately and happily.On the second visit when we wanted to buy, the closing was much more quick and painless than any other car I’ve bought. Me and wife just purchased a 2020 Land Rover Discovery Sport and absolutely love the vehicle! Horrible service. My range rover has been in service 4 times in 2 years. We have to wait over a month to get a leased range rover serviced. No rental vehicle issued as they promised. Im still being billed by them and do not even have a resolution to the issue. They are telling me the car is connected to the home office in Englands computer. They cannot find out why my new LEASED vehicle keeps breaking down. Ive escalated this to managers Phil Reynolds and Steve Audia with no return call. Thomas Hardiman is the GM and he has never responded. This is quite interesting because when you want to buy a car they brag about their service and awards. This is TERRIBLE service and they could care less. I would not deal with this office and stay away from land rover.

If youre looking for a stress free and smooth purchase, then you need to go here. Our salesperson was Ted Pawlina.....Incredible! We told him what we wanted to spend, how much we wanted to put down, and where we wanted our payments to be. He made it happen! He does everything to make his customers feel comfortable and happy. Wendy Almberg, F&I Business Manager, went over every detail of our financing, answered all of our questions, explained line for line of the finance contract, and made sure we understood every aspect of the financing. She and Ted stayed after hours to make sure our buying experience was flawless. Visited Dimmitt Land Rover (Land Rover of Clearwater) Friday morning and left with w a new vehicle. Couldnt be happier with the entire visit. Chris Simonelli greeted us warmly, listened to our preferences and found us a vehicle that totally suited our needs. The test drive pretty much sealed the deal. They offered us a very fair price for our trade in and a fair price for the new vehicle. Chris was knowledgable, friendly and professional. We showed up without an appointment to check out the Velar. We ended up seeing a beautiful sold blacked out Defender. Ted Pawlina provided great customer service finding the exact vehicle we wanted (they didnt have the exact car we wanted in Clearwater, but he was able to find what we wanted in inventory at another dealership). DO NOT GET YOUR VEHICLE SERVICED HERE OR DEAL WITH THIS SH#$TY CUSTOMER SERVICE DEALERSHIP...I Purchased my 1st Range Rover discovery sport from another dealership because the local dealership did not have what I was looking for and for the price I was looking for. I was very excited as I had always wanted a Range Rover it now could actually afford one at 0 percent interest.The vehicle is brand new and I thought that I could get it service there as it is a warranty vehicle because it is brand new and I live in Clearwater. However whenever I called service department they told me that just to get the lights checked and get parts replaced even if it needed replaced would take 2 to 3 weeks it would sit in their lot they could not give me a loaner car because I did not purchase my vehicle from their dealership. They stated that its a different story if I buy from them they will give me a loner. Im wondering what land rover with think of this dealership providing this type of service to its customers. I am baffled by the c***** service in the poor customer service that I had on the phone I would not recommend anybody purchasing a vehicle from this dealership and/or using service from this dealership it is very poor service. Oh and by the way Im health care professional and working doctors offices so I could send you many however because of this situation this morning I will not. Yeah so I am guessing if you buy a vehicle in another state and you move to Florida guess what people if you go to Clearwater they wont give you a loner because you didnt purchase it from them. I was searching for a 7 seater SUV Land Rover. I went to the Land Rover of Tampa where I found a vehicle I was interested in. Filled out the application and my credit was ran the next day but they failed to tell me the vehicle I was interested in was sold. They tired to sale me another vehicle which I did not like. I was pretty upset but continued to search and found Land Rover Clearwater. Called Land Rover Clearwater and spoke with Glenn Adams, who had about 3 7 seater Land Rover SUV. He sent a link to review all 3 vehicles and found one I really like. Completed the application and was approved the next day. I went ahead and put down my deposit. I was afraid it was going to be sold. I live in Riverview, Florida which is far away from Clearwater. Glenn arranged someone from Land Rover Clearwater to pick me up from my house to the dealership. Driver was very professional, friendly and courteous. I’ve arrived to the dealership and was greeted by Glenn. Signed my paperwork with Wendy, who was also great to work with. After paperwork was completed. I was handed the keys and Glenn sat with me and went over all features on the car. He made sure I had his phone so if I had any questions and/or concerns about the car. John Clapper (charming Man BTW)got me in this baby ASAP and off we went on the best test drive I’ve ever had. The vehicle’s performance is bar none and this one was in MINT condition. Top Notch Service from beginning to end! Impeccable waiting area. The grand entrance (old grand entrance that I miss very much) to service center to Ryen’s consistent communication, Sarah at the guest waiting area, and beyond!-the newer, modern service center is nice, clean but a little bit sterile. Not like before. I loved the history and glamour of the old building. However, I suppose change is inevitable:)I appreciate Tom’s consistency of cheerfulness and warmth. I feel like I am visiting family not a car dealership service center, which is nice!This is what I consider all Land Rover dealerships should use as their model to be like when it comes to both presentation, hospitality, cleanliness and customer service. In addition, everyone was simply kind and pleasant to be around! All of these achievements in one business is not an easy feat and as a longtime customer of multiple Land Rover dealerships, I cannot say I have been to one that comes close to Dimmit!

His maintenance crew was backed up with many recalls of other vehicles, but he managed to get me up and running in between other appointments so that I was able to keep my Thanksgiving plans intact. I would recommend the Land Rover Service Department in general and Robert Gordon in particular for vehicle maintenance.

Just came up there Looking to buy a car for my 16 year old and the Sales guys (older man, UK accent) was rude, didn’t even know the product line differences and basically let a potential sale walk away without any negotiating. Just take it or leave it basically he said.Cool at least I know now.I will definitely be sticking with BMW the. Thanks for the not so great experience for such over priced luxury cars.
Hands down the best! I went through 3 Range Rover dealers throughout the state, including my local one and no one even came close! I negotiated over the phone without even seeing the car! They even met me halfway in Orlando and delivered the car on super short notice (day of) Chris Simonelli my salesman is absolutely amazing! Again, hands down killer customer service and no BS! I would give 10 stars if o could!
I brought my lease vehicle in for a window leak, tire replacement, computer & gps glitches also an overall inspection. They updated my gps; still has glitches and doesnt turn on or no sound. They said my a/c needed filters and other maintenance; now makes a ticking noise. Put new tires on the back wheels but failed to tell me that the brake pads are worn down. I dont drive in heavy traffic and live close to work. I dont understand how the pads are worn down so much under 30,000 miles. Instead of fixing my windshield leak, they called me to say the window has a crack in it now. Crack is no where near the leak and I have to take care of it myself. After asking several times why are they returning my car to me with a broken windshield, the excuse was COVID-19. The cherry on top of this horrible experience was my vehicle was dirtier than when I brought it in. What happened to customer service and making sure a vehicle is safe to drive. I am very shocked at this. Ive leased all my vehicles from other car brands and never experienced such low quality service.

I recently had my Range Rover HSE in for scheduled maintenance. This dealership is excellent. My service advisor, Robert Gordon is friendly and highly competent. He is extremely responsive to my requests. The new showroom and waiting area is nice and functional. It’s a good place to wait for your vehicle and the Wi-Fi is fast. Dimmitt Land Rover is a winner in terms of customer service.

This was my FIRST experience with Dimmitt Land Rover service and it will be my last.I went in for a basic oil change. Simple.When the car was returned to me my key FOB was not working as when I had used it that morning. The key was no longer under tension, like the spring was missing. *Disclaimer, I have an after market FOB because I bought my car used*.When I brought this to the attention of the service attendant Rob, he explained it was like that when he got the car and was simply what happened with those keys as they deteriorate. My key was less than a year old and I installed it myself, but they denied any help. I spoke with the service manager who then accused me of having made this complaint before and him explaining to me previously that this was a fault of the aftermarket product which he is not obligated to help with (REMINDER: This is my first visit to this dealer), and if anyone of his guys had done something, they would have immediately notified him. After I went to my car I started looking around and FOUND the spring that they said had deteriorated in the cup holder...as if set aside... I brought the key and spring back inside to the manager and told him here is the proof. Something happened and no one bothered being honest. I was never looking for a handout, just a justification and maybe an apology? Still he denied any sort of accountability and offered ZERO help.I left and fixed the key FOB in about 2 minutes as I sat in the car before I left the lot.Never going back, Id rather drive twice as far to Reeves Land Rover to work with service people I can trust.
Rude and disrespectful. Use Land Rover of Saint Pete instead. They are much more respectful.
Set up appointment w/Justin, first time at this dealership, checked me in quickly. I was there for a new battery installation and before I realized it, my car was ready and incredibly shining clean, nicer than when I first bought my 2012 XJL. Very pleased with their service.
Rob Gordon and his team have always done a fantastic job on my LR Discovery. They are friendly, helpful and make sure to keep me updated on any progress. This time, I left my work laptop in the loaner car I had while they repaired mine and didnt realize it until I was back at my office, 30 min away. I called Rob, and he had someone drop it off to me within the hour. Extremely helpful and they went out of their way to take care of me, which I very much appreciated. Cant recommend them enough!
