The customer service here was deplorable. I only needed to return a phone, no credit or anything needed (new iphone 4 never opened) and I was talked out of returning the phone! No one in line, 4 people on the clock getting paid for nothing and the lady couldnt simply just take the phone and put it with the rest of the out going mail. Rude and lazy, I will never go here again. I was about to cancel my account but once again the phone reps came to the day. Avoid going here if possible.
