Everyone I dealt with we friendly, kind, as if we were family. Joshua done everything he could to make this deal happen. If I could fix one thing, it would be the wait time. No one wants to spend long hours at any dealership. If you could come to a more efficient, less time consuming, it would be excepted by everyone. That being said, my experience was very good, I just didnt care for all the waiting.

I am the type of consumer that is willing to pay for convenience. I am extremely mechanically capable and know a little bit more than the average bear. When I brought my truck in for the check engine light I already knew it was a glow plug issue and I knew the process of replacing a glow plug. To the trained professional, is no more than one hour with a $25 part. I understand everyone has to make money and usually labor rates are $130-$160 per hour. When I was quoted almost $800 to replace one glow plug I was blown away. Came and picked up my truck immediately and just did the project myself because while I will pay for convenience but I will not be taken advantage of. I can understand 250 to 350 range for a project like that At a dealership. That is reasonable even though it’s only a $25 part. But 2 to 3 times that amount is unacceptable.

Automation has to be the worst in the whole world ford, chevy no matter what they are selling.they dont care if a vehicle is unsafe dieing in the middle of a hwy or anything. Not my problem..Ive bought 2 from the jokers I thought the first one was just the dealership boy did I get fooled. Had a situation that occurred yesterday with a service advisor that really put a bad taste in my mouth.I was even thinking about taking my business elsewhere. But Jack the service manager called me personally and rectified the situation and came up with a solution that smooth everything over and ensured that I was properly taken care of as a loyal customer.I been coming to AutoNation Chevy for years and they do excellent service.With Jack as the manager, he will make sure all customers are properly taken care of, along with his staff.Thanks again!

Literally the best place and service to go to! Was going to Tyrone Mazda before, and I was really content with the service there — but this place outperforms with just the amount of care and time they take to make sure you get what you paid for and more! Sheila and the team are amazing and I plan to continue going here regardless of how far I have to go later on down the road and even when I get ready to switch cars!!! Great place for all ages, plan on taking the boyfriend here as well 😊

We bought a car 2 weeks ago and within 24 hours of pulling off the lot the check engine light came on. We immediately called to get it looked at and couldnt get in until today. My husband took it in and they wanted us to pay for this and that and I dont think we should pay anything. We bought it on a Saturday night and by Sunday night the light was on. It should be covered under some sort of warranty...

She is a excellent example of superb customer service. And nowadays that’s hard to find. Josh was AMAZING! Very on top of staying in contact with us while going through the whole buying process. When they received my car they called to let me know how much. and when it would be ready. They repaired it and it was still under warranty so it didnt cost me for the power steering repair. However they fixed tire sensors for $275.I got off with a deal from the dealership. Thank You Auto Nation.

Ive been going here since 2016 for my Colorado and service was always good. Not sure what happened, but had an appointment this morning at 7:00am. Showed up a few mins before and went inside. Immediately got scolded Were not open yet and computers arent booted up so I went back outside. Came back in at 7 and another advisor was in. Told him the advisor indicated from my online appointment and he said hasnt worked here for over 2 years, they dont maintain the website? My appointment had a shuttle request I told him, said they wouldnt be here for another hour or so. Just totally rude and unwelcome, Ive never felt so unwelcome in a place that Im about to spend money - my 30K service. Never again ...my money will be spent at other establishments that actually have customer service. Autonation...feel free to contact me as you know who I am by the appointment time this morning and dont worry, Ill be calling the GM as well

I spent 4 hours to get 1 tail light assembly installed... I went in for a simple bulb and they said I have a hair line crack in the lenses and will need to replace it before they could install a bulb. Still need the other one done, When I have a extra $700.00 burning a hole in my pocket. GMC parts and labor is way to expensive.

After spending almost 2 grand to fix as to why my vehicle wouldn’t start but at the end towards the end my engine light wouldn’t stay off but they did put me in a rental car until they figure out why the engine light couldn’t stay off they didn’t charge me for anything I need to be replaced in order for the engine light to not appear they did everything they can to accommodate me very friendly service person named Tina and a very friendly service manager. So I finally got in my vehicle yesterday no issues so I do see myself taking my vehicle for a regular maintenance moving forward

Simply put they are incompetent. Did not fix a blown fuse then tried to charge me. Tried to get work scheduled they couldnt confirm a time. Told me a part was faulty. Asked to have pictures sent. They said awww just deleted them. I will never take my car there again.

Again, I return because one of my cars has problems with the alternator, (chevrolet traverse 2018), they tell me that they have the part in stock that the value of the part is $ 399.00 and that the installation adds up to a mountain of more than $ 1200.00, After a little conversation I show that this part the value on Amazon (the original and genuine part) costs only $ 202.00, they lower the price to 1060.00 dollars which I thought was ridiculous, I got in my car and went to Jin Browne Chevrolet where they do The job was only for $ 809.50 and before that he gave me an estimated t Maher Chevrole for $ 749.00, so it is worth asking:Why do you steal money from your customers? Be careful when you pass by Autonation Chevrolet, something is very wrong in that place.

I would give zero stars if possible.I brought my vehicle in to get an oil change and look at a leak in the trunk.I was told I had to leave my vehicle over night and because they didnt have a loaner vehicle I had to rent one.3 days later, they still hadnt done the job and I left there with no work being completed and $90 in rental fees and hrs of my time wasted.Venture at your own risk.

Gabriel in sales was very professional and shared a real life experience with the car we decided to purchase regarding the safety features of the car. With having a five year old, safety was a huge priority with our new purchase. Rico in finance was straight to the point and made this the smoothest car buying experience and got exactly what we were looking for to stay within our budget. We did end up missing a signature on the contract and needed to come back to sign it, but when he called to let us know he first asked how my family was doing. Definitely one of the easiest and most personable car buying experiences I’ve had. Highly recommended!

I am a customer who already bought 3 cars on this site, two Silverado and a Traverse.First the sales department are liars, they gave me a report on the history of the false car, it said that I had had no problem before and then as time passed I found that this is a lie, the transmission gave problems,The service department when I bought my first car if it had to stay in the workshop, because it was under warranty, they gave you another to handle that, it is not like that anymore, the other places that has not changed.The body shop does not treat you cordially and gives the impression that they are not honest. I saw a car on the lot for a good price with low miles. I asked the salesman if I could check the carfax to confirm the number of owners and mileage . He could not access the Carfax. I asked if we could get the key and look at it. Yes was the answer. After waiting around awhile the salesmen came back to say now it is sold. If you see a 2006 Equinox for 7 grand with 26 K miles on it for sale at this lot its sold. Even if it is sitting there acting like its for sale. Even if the salesmen acts like it is until you ask to see it. Its ahem sold!

Had a transmission problem with my 2016 2500HD while on vacation 900 miles from home. No other dealer could get it in for diagnosis for at least a week. Michaelangelo my service advisor got it diagnosed within 3 days. Parts were ordered and actually came in early and truck was done within a week. Bad torque converter caused debris to go through the trans. A little disappointed that trans and cooler were not replaced but rather just cleaned/flushed and new fluid installed. Im sure that was a GM decision and had nothing to do with the service dept or my advisor. Good experience overall. Would highly recommend.

They walked me through the process of redeeming my points for an accessory I wanted that wasnt currently in stock. Sheila Fortin was my original contact. She was very helpful, giving me the name and number of a towing company to tow my car to your dealership to get a new battery. They also did a thorough check and identified several other things that needed attention. I dont live in this area and I was very pleased with all the friendly and helpful people I dealt with as they were able to get my car fixed in a short period of time so I could be on my way. Their shuttle driver Randy was very accommodating, taking me to Cheddars, then picking me up so I could eat lunch while my car was being worked on. In spite of having car problems, they all made the experience for me a very positive one.

I have been taking my 2012 Chevy volt to this location for over a year and have previously received good service. My opinion of this dealership has changed.My car broke down over the weekend, so I called Monday to see when I could get it in for service. I was told a special Volt tech needed to look at it and the day he was in was going to be on Thursday. I had my appointment set to drop off the car on Thursday. When I get there, I’m told the Volt tech doesn’t work until Monday...I wait over the weekend and on Monday I receive a text that my car will be a priority to be looked at. No one calls me Monday, or Tuesday... and I have to call myself to find out an update. Finally get my service manager on the phone and I express my dissatisfaction. He then tells me that he will have the service manager call me. Never happens.At this point everything the dealership has told me has been untrue, and I’m afraid of what kind of repairs they are going to say my car needs. I find out the the repairs are more than the car is worth. Very unpleasant news.I decide to sell the car back to the dealership and cut my loss. When I asked to gather my things out of my car, they took be to the wrong car...After all the negative experiences with the service, I was hoping they would comp me for my time. Nope, still had to pay the fee to look at my car.Finally, the process for getting a check for the car was a hassle as well. First, I was told I could come down to the dealership and collect the check. When I got down there, i was told they needed to double check to see if the offer was only good if I traded in my car and purchased another vehicle at the dealership. (There’s a big sign in the service dept. that says “Free appraisals, no purchase necessary”) so I find that ironic.They did honor the deal eventually, but showing up and collecting a check was not easy. They told my wife and I to wait ten minutes. We were there for two hours.I will say that no one was outright rude to me, but the inefficiency of services to their customer is the worst I’ve experienced in a while.Unfortunately, they lost my business and I went and purchased a new car from another dealership, and I don’t plan to return. If you’re considering using this dealership, I would beware.

My car has been making a bad noise due to the lower crossmember that was promised to be fixed before buying the vehicle that I am now being screwed around on replacing. Poor customer service and communication. Call for an update 3 hours after dropping the vehicle off and was put on hold for 10 mins then put straight to voice mail. Was told it was a 2 hr job, then told 2-3 hrs. Returned to service dept after 3.5 hrs and was told it wouldn’t be ready for another 3-4 hours later. Went back home and got a call 1 hr later saying it ready. Service advisor said he “gave the technician a stink eye” and he got it done. And this was with an appointment. Will not return for service nor ever buy another vehicle from this dealer again (my last 4 vehicles were all purchased here). Soured on Chevrolet and can’t believe that this dealer is allowed to carry the Chevy flag.

Just all-around excellent service I sold Ford vehicles for 15 years and every time I go into a dealership it’s always a hassle but my experience with my sales person Marina was Excellent she gave me the professional courtesy that one would expect but it’s not always given at other dealerships I will definitely be buying vehicles here moving forward

I had to change my rate from 5 stars to 2... the buying experience was ok.. i brought my car in at 10:30 because i was close to the end of my lease.. our sales person offered us drinks but then said the vending machines were down.. odd because my husband just used it because it was on the way to the bathrooms.. finally at 4 we settled on a price and i left with a new lease. LOVED MY NEW CAR! i made my first car payment June 22nd 2021. June 23.. my transmission for my BRAND NEW Traverse broke..ok im a loyal cust i just know they are going to take care of everything. they finally got a loaner the next day which is not equal to or better then my current car. I called Bob the manager left a vm because of course he is going to help. its been over 12 hrs for a call back.. i still have no idea when im getting MY car back and in the mean time im trying to figure out how im going to cram 3 baseball sons .. and 3 catcher bags in a TRAX SUV that looks similar to a spare tire compared to my traverse. BIG UPS TO TINA IN SERVICE FOR BEING KIND AND FOLLOWING UP WITH ME. BECAUSE CLEARLY MANAGEMENT CANT HANDLE THAT JOB. i gave them 2 stars because i love my car and tina was so nice.

I have a great relationship with the Auto Nation South Clearwater Service Department. -THIS IS NOT A PAID PROMOTION!!!! -I am the proud owner of two General Motors convertibles - 2008 Pontiac G6 and 2007 Chevrolet Corvette. They (the cars) are old enough and if you are also the proud owner such lovely ladies then you must accept you have to take care of them!!!I called 20 different convertible repair shops to fix an issue with my gixxie (2008 G6 convertible) ... There is a (unnamed near me) GM dealership who actually told me that the last one (G6) they worked on ended in litigation. In a fit of frustration I drove into AutoNation Chevrolet South Clearwater and spoke to a junior service advisor. Mike(angelo) M. overheard the conversation and after he politely completed his conversation with his customer ... noted oh by the way weve done three of these this year... He said some other stuff but the important part was that he could fix my gixxer. Nuff said. They fixed it and thus began a wonderful relationship with a great group of people all of whom are uniformly directed toward one goal: to be the best at what they do. Lemme just say GO FING AMERICA! These guys are America and if you want to be an AMERICAN you would drive an AMERICAN car. I digress. Its important to anyone reading this rather lengthy review to understand that these people actually Fing care about you.The service department has single-handedly given me the confidence to exercise my top(s) (or blow away a 1000cc motorcycle) knowing if I have a problem they have the technical acuity to rectify any issue I may encounter with my babies. In this particular instance I was lucky enough to speak with Mike-Angelo Mazza (5 stars) the master service advisor and he assured me in no uncertain terms the minor detail of my dealer-installed equipment not being reconnected would be corrected. Nutshell I have reviewed AutoNation South Clearwater service on the only public forum I could stating exactly how much I appreciate every member of their team and how the fact that they are so professional gives me confidence. Thank you guys you Fing ROCK!

I went there to have two tires replaced. Though the tire indicator light was on when I got back in my car, I assumed something needed to reset. When I brought the car back, I was told the tire sensor was broken and I would need to pay for the repair. Clearly, it was broken during the tire replacement- how woild I be able to break the sensor on my own?? Not to mention I wasnt given paperwork to honor the 24 month road hazard program that came with the tires. I was instead told someobe would know what I needed if and when I needed it. I am so disappointed- initially I felt I found a place where I didnt feel taken advantage of as a single woman. I even referred people at my workplace as I work for a personal injury lawyer and we have people who need service daily. Now Im back to square one, trying to find a place that isnt waiting to screw you over. Up until this visit, I genuinely felt Mike Campbell was looking out for customers. I guess it just took a while to show the true colors.
