My salesperson “G” was great. Friendly, honest and worked hard to get the deal put together. However I was disappointed in the F&I side. I had done all the paperwork “virtually” the night before I went to pick up the car. And specific instructions to him on how I needed the car titled etc. When I got there, it wasn’t correct. So ended up having to sit through it all again. I was in a bit of a hurry so had hoped to beable to get in and out with a minimum of fuss. But had to wait on all of the paperwork to be corrected. But in the end, I’m sure I’m going to love my new C8 Corvette.

All was good except two things. One is our tire went flat at dealer the day after it had been inspected by the dealer and then was brought beck for service. I had to buy two new tires so they matched. Tires were fine when it was brought back in for the BCM, which took almost 4 weeks to get. The other thing is after sitting in the lot for a month, one would have though that it would have been returned washed with all the seeds removed from the wiper area.

The people I worked with were nice and responded quickly, however the Parts technicians failed to see that there was an exhaust manifold bolt broken off in the cylinder head that was causing a huge exhaust leak. This was not covered under their warranty and very frustrating having to deal with.Other than this, they sales team is very easy to work with.

My wife loves the way the newest vette models looked so I stopped in the lot. I met Eric. What a stand up guy. Always smiling and knows how to keep the conversation going. He told me they could get any vette model in and I was impressed with his professionalism! I told him once my wife decides which color she likes, Ill be pulling the trigger with him. I was looking for a bright colored mustang convertible. I found one online, on a Fridayafternoon and marked it as being interested. Within minutes I received an email confirming my interest. I went to Ford dealer the next day and saw the cleanest, used yellow mustang. Austin came up to me and gave me all the details about the car. I test drove it and wanted this car very much. All paperwork was done at the dealership and I drove home with my new mustang. Austin was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process.

These are two separate wheels on two separate visits to Dimmit Chevy of Clearwater. My experience with them was the worst experience I’ve had at any dealer. I brought my 2020 Chevy Silverado in to have a recall done. I received a phone call the next afternoon saying my vehicle was done and ready for pick up. I arrived at the dealer and my vehicle was still not working. I left my vehicle for another 2 days and finally it was done. As I walked to my vehicle I could see giant marks on my brand new wheels. They offered to replace the wheel and they did. A month later I brought my vehicle back to have my oil changed. I received a message saying that one of my wheels had a small scratch on it. I arrived again at the dealer and not a small scratch but a crater in my wheel with the same paint matching from the last time. Knowing it wasn’t there when I dropped it off because I just had Dimmits body shop buff all my wheels the same day before they even did the oil change. I would not recommend them to anyone for anything. And to top it off they still haven’t replaced it and that was over a month ago. Thanks hope this saves someone else. Don’t go to Dimmit Chevy of Clearwater with 14 wide wheels and tires they WILL scratch them.

Had a stellar experience with Dimmitt and our salesperson when purchasing our vehicle, so when we had a scratch that we wanted fixed, there was no question in mind that wed take it to the professionals at the Dimmitt dealership, and pay more, versus going to a cheaper place. We thought it would be a professional job all the way! When we dropped off the car, we specifically asked that the seats be covered and protected. After having the car for three days, we picked it up in less that clean condition. Neither my husband nor I have ever sat in the backseat, and we have never had any passengers back there. The back of the drivers seat had dirty prints all over it, the floors were filthy, and the seats had dirty on them (front and back). The seats were never covered! We would never have expected this from the so-called professionals at the dealership. Not only did they NOT cover the seats as requested, they made absolutely NO effort to clean up afterwards. Totally unsatisfactory! Still no idea why anyone needed to get in the backseat, to begin with. The scratch was on the outside, front right bumper.I give three stars only because the manager over the body shop made it right by having our car detailed. We were thankful for that.Overall, this was not the pleasant experience that we would come to expect from Dimmitt. In fact, it was a huge disappointment sadly.

I purchased a 2022 Chevrolet Trail Blazer from Dimmitt Chevrolet in Clearwater on August 31, 2021. The salesmans name was Christopher Nance. Chris was very helpful and informative while being pleasant and not pressuring me. He wanted to ensure that I got the right vehicle for me. I bought this vehicle because I liked it but I bought it from Dimmitt because Chris put me at ease. I recommend him as a salesperson.

Dimmitts estimate to replace a water pump, hose, and coolant outlet on a 2015 Chevy Cruze was more than $1400. The estimate was $500 more than 4 other estimates I received for the same work from reputable auto repair shops in the area. I had the repairs done at another shop for $942.89 that included a 12mo/12k mi warranty.I priced the cost of the AC Delco water pump online. The water pump was less than $200 and the other parts and shop supplies couldnt have been more than another $200. That means the other $1000+ of Dimmitts estimate was labor and profit. Im okay with the labor but youre quite greedy with the profit portion.

Going to go back tomorrow. Checking on LLT2 REDLINE OPTIONS.UPDATE:. WE WENT BACK AND DIS NOT GO FOR THE REDLINE. We were signing on a white RS and as we were signing the car was hit by an employee. After a brief discussion we looked at a Riverside Blue. Chose that rather then waiting or changing our mind. We tried to do most off the deal on line but were told we could negotiate better in person because it would show we were serious. Guess what. Did not matter. We asked for the interest rate but they held it off your untill the last minute. After hours of being in the dealer sort of felt pressure to sign . So do not get me wrong we love the car, disliked the process. Also had to return to redo paperwork

I had an appointment for a simple oil change at 3:30 pm Friday September 17th,I arrived early was told I could wait for 2 hours or wait for my 3:30 appointment. I waited to leave but decided to go and come back at appointment time . When I came back I sat in line for service for 15 minutes, they took my information told me it would be $63 dollars and change I ask what would be included besides oil change the service attendant said tire rotation . I commented all I needed was an oil change as we would be getting new tires soon .His remark was its included and I could not get any cheaper.I was very frustrated .1 hour later my car was finished . I will not go back as I live in Largo, I live within 1 mile from 3 businesses that could change my oil.
