Wouldnt go anywhere else. Dennis always helps us find what we need to fix basically anything. You dont get that kind of service at Lowes or Home Depot. Found yard decorations here that are truly unique

I was in the market for a lawn mower and had a friend of mine that lives in Arcadia told me about the Ace hardware so I go down there. I go in the door start looking around.. Im on medication that causes me sometimes to have a stomach ache and when I have this problem I have got to get to a bathroom quick I asked one of the employees if they had a restroom that I could use and I was sick and they said no weve got them close because of coverage so I left finally made it to the restroom. Ended up buying a $400 lawn mower somewhere else.

I like this hardware store. They are super friendly and helpful in here. Makes me glad I live in a small community. They have everything you could need in there too and at great prices. And with all the mess going on they have everyones safety on their minds because everyone there was masked up.

Every time I ship here I have a great experience. The staff is extremely helpful, polite, and knowledgeable. The store itself has a small town homey country feel. Way better experience than at the bigger stores in town.

If youre looking for a quality store with quality employees look no further. I was shown a weed eater and hedge attachment and was explained the whole process of changing out the attachments. Very knowledgeable employee and even giving a product pamphlet. It just doesnt get any better folks.

Great hardware store. They have almost always had what I needed, and the folks who work there are very knowledgeable of the products. I purchased a lawn mower there and about a week later got a thank you card. What business does that anymore? Great folks. Its a good mower too.

I ordered tables online and changed my mind once I visited the store and saw they didnt match. I contacted the store and was told...No refunds. I contacted the company and was told refunds are available thru retailer. I have called 3 times and been given the run around about receiving a refund for my purchase and my purchase is still located there in the store as I never picked it up due to seeing they didnt match. I have shopped here often over the years but I will be taking my business elsewhere. If you were as eager to help a customer with a simple return as you are to take a purchase ..your store would strive more. Just saying.

Dont waste your time going to the SERVICE counter! No one to there to assist customer. Waited, employee working in area couldnt even say hello let alone ask if I need some assistant. Lost out on dissent sale, Im going to tractor supply.

Recently purchased last minute generator. Specifically asked for them to not open, put together, and fill with gas for various reasons. Just prior to picking up, I called to inquire if ready to be picked up, and of course they had already put together the generator. Though I was able to upgrade for an additional charge. Thus I upgraded and promptly went to pick up. Upon arrival the box had been opened, and when asked why the box was opened, I was told to make sure everything was there. However, after I unboxed the generator, I quickly noted they had removed the 20 amp extension cord which came with the generator! Talk about disappointment as I was relying on this extension cord for personal needs. I HIGHLY recommend the local community reconsider shopping at this ACE location as its obvious to me, there integrity comes second to personal/advancement desires. Such integrity from a local business should not be tolerated and Ill make sure to inform all who I speak with of such integrity issues with this ACE location.

Nice hardware store with community feel. They have most everything you need from paint to tools. They also have a top notch repair shop that works on most mowers chain saws etc etc. The staff is friendly and always ready to help if they can.

I LOVE this place. Reasonably priced. Has most everything you need, and the people (workers AND customers) are SUPER nice.

This is the local alternative to the big boxes stores (Home depot, lowes, etc..). Has most of what youre looking for those DIY projects and household needs. You may be forced to the aforementioned big box stores for larger projects or specialty items. Price runs a little higher but I think the quality runs higher too which Id rather have a higher quality product. Service = great!

The owner of this store is a old rude and cantankerous fool. He has no customer service skills, he says to customers what ever comes to his mind. I would avoid doing business here. Customers deserve respect and courtesy, you’ll get nether at this place.

It is amazing how many items essential to maintaining a household they manage to put in that store. And unlike certain home improvement centers, there are actually knowledgeable people to help you find what you need or make suggestions.

This would be a great place to be going to shop she actually has some decent stuff but shes wanting prices that I can go to Walmart and buy cheaper and its all from family thats already been used and they want to guess all the money back
