First time at tractor supply to buy a invisible dog fence and was in the isle confused and like a genie this guy josh came and helped us for like 20 min answering questions. Thanks man going to come back for sure.

Great company and store. Clothing, tools, mowers, animal food and medical products, fencing, lawn essentials, and just about anything else you might be looking for. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Try them for pet meds. You will find that they carry a few things OTC that no one else does, and at reasonable prices.

I don’t understand why they call it tractor supply when their inventory of tractor parts is so inadequate. When they sell out of the parts they do have it may be 6 months or more before they re-stock the item.

TSC is always a good place to stop. They didnt have the gun safe I wanted, so I went to TSC Statesville and picked it up. Not upset about it, its just how it goes sometimes. Live life and dont whine when things dont go the way your expected.

The lady cashier is very rude, i will think twice before i come back. I have been shopping here for 15 years and have never been treated this way. Shame on you Tractor Supply

Honestly speaking is never been my top 1 choice even if the store is closer than the competition, store selection is not the greatest.

The manager that was there today (05.25.2020 memorial day - believe his name was Ethan) that helped my husband with a lawn mower return was a complete jerk. I guess he forgot that there is a 30 day return policy. With a mower that has 1 hour of run time, and wont choke - thats a valid return. Why question my husband and tell him Ill just put it out and resell it? Itll be returned right back for the same issue. Horrible service, will not be purchasing or returning.

I ordered a trailer online and the pickup was smooth until I was informed that their notary was not there that day. Hence, I must go back today...not thrilled. Its still a good trailer at good price.

LOVE LOVE LOVE their wax melts made by Thompsons candle co theyre pretty expensive but WELL worth it! They only sell them seasonally tho which kinda sucks.. the older woman that is the cashier is so sweet! But very slow and likes to talk, which I guess is okay lol.. they definitely need to expand their parking lot though, it is a nightmare!

The service was excellent, as soon as I new which toolbox I wanted they helped me pull it off the shelf, quick checkout, and load it onto my truck. Very polite and friendly staff

Tractor supply company has a lot of stuff I went in for a specific bed extension for my truck which I thought they might have but they didnt. I was hoping to not have to order it online. I was not upset that they didnt have it because they was hit or miss that they would.

Just like the old time hardware store, nuts and bolts, clothes, animal feeds, farm supplies, gardening supplies. You can also get trailers for hauling, fencing as well as numerous other items related to the home or farm. The employees are always friendly and give that hometown neighborly attention to the customers that make you want to come back.

Love this place! Cashier is the best. Great assortment of bird seed and its always fresh, because they sell so much. Like a step back to the country.

Came in a 7:58pm to quickly grab something and leave. Didnt get into the door and had a lady yelling to her coworker across the store they got two minutes, thats all Im giving them, I should have locked the door. I walked straight to the item I was getting and before I could get off the isle one of the women that were yelling had already came to hurry me up. We walked to the front of the store as she stated to her co-worker 19:59 which is military time for 7:59 pm. I paid and left. I wish they were not the only option around. Moving forward I will happily drive the extra distance to use a different company. Every time we have come into this store the employees have always acted as if we were a nuisance.

A pretty good Tractor Supply. They usually have a pretty good selection and the staff has always been friendly.

Like other reviews I had no one offer help. However my review is of the return policy. There is no indication that a phone number is required on the policy. However the gentleman assisting said that it was policy to ensure that the item was not stolen. Appalled I asked to speak to the manager and to my surprise he was the manager. After I made up a number he processed the refund. He made me feel like I was ripping off the store even though i had my receipt and original form of payment. Their corporate customer service was quick to pick up the phone and promised they would address the situation. Id recommend going elsewhere with your business.

Go there for taste of the wild dog food, prices are better than pet stores in the area, but not better than online retailers.

Its was good. Wish the store was bigger and they had more of a selection on things like other stores. The store on the out side is starting to look kind of trashy with the diirty building and other stuff. But its ok. For that area in Clemmons it should be bigger and cleaner.

Our company, Holiday Pools stops here several times a month for material and supplies, they always have what we need and are very helpful for the hard to find parts. We recommend them highly.

I initially called this location but was never able to get anyone to answer the phone. Once I was at the store it was difficult to find anyone that was willing to provide any assistance. I had a few questions about the Cub Cadet lawnmower and no one in the store could answer any of my questions. They literally opened the brochure and said this was the best help that could be offered. The staff was unaware that a Kawasaki motor could be placed instead of a Kohler. They also did not know any of the differences between the models. A google search is more helpful.

Was looking for trailer tires and they had some never flat tires that are fantastic!

There was one cashier, eight in line in front of me. There were 6 male associates in the store just walking around. The cashier never asked for help. On top of that the shelves had lots of stock sold out. Very frustrating.

Ive been purchasing chicks since I was a little girl with this store. You used to be able to get a view of them and pick them out yourself. While I understand they have new rules about employees getting them for buyers, iminfuriated. I was given chcks in poorer health than others that I normally wouldnt have grabbed. I always check for external problems or odd behavior. Ive already had two sick babies since bringing them home. This is the very first time ever having problems with chicks from the store. I have a chick falling on her back repeatedly unable to get up on her own and someone has removed fuzz from anothers bottom when cleaning them. They suggested medication and between multiple stores Ive paid almost more than half what I paid for my chicks in medications trying to keep them Alive. This is beyond infuriating as a long time chick buyer of your store. I understand precautions are in place but as a responsible buyer I want to see what Im getting before youre boxing it up and what condition theyre in at the store to know if theyre healthy. I dont think my little chick is going to live through this, tractor supply has wasted my time, has sent me on a wild goose chase over this chick, and caused hurt that couldve been avoided. My heart is breaking for this baby. I have to just sit and watch her die because hey wouldnt allow me to walk in the gate and see the baby birds active to know which ones were good choices. A smal thing to keep someone out of this misery.

When we first purchased our RV, I had a lot of questions about propane and using the gas buddy. They were very friendly and knowledgeable.

The only reason I am giving this store even 2 stars is because I like TSC in general. However the last several times I have been to this location I can NEVER get anyone to assist me. Either with getting something from the back to just trying to get someone to unlock the vaccine cooler! AND that is with me asking to cashier to page someone to help me. I have wasted several of my lunch hours to go to TSC just for it to be wasted!!!! I HIGHLY doubt I will be returning to this location.
