Was an out of town company caught in a pinch I explained to them I needed immediate assistance on my small engine as soon as I brought it in the y knew what was wrong and how to fix it I was out if there within less than 30 min would recommend to anyone great company

Seem like nice folks but bad experience.1 old mower I gave them free.. 1 yr old self propelled mower, was told transmission was out so I gave them that one free.JD 105 Would not start; seems to be ok now.JD 318, ran great just needed deck leveled; mowed 20 mins, now wont start.Another push mower wouldnt start, got it back 2nd time, another $97 and it died after 5 mins / wont start. Called and asked for refund & was told I could bring it back a third time. not making progress so Im not bringing it back. Was told I could just cry about it then. NiceStart with 4, close to $1000 paid, 1 runs ... Bad luck? Coincidence?

I had repairs to 2 blowers, one being a handheld and the other a backpack. Total for repairs was $137.03. The issue was that they would not stay running. When I went to use them there was the same issues as before the repairs. I took them back to shop and owner informed me that there only a 30 day warranty. This noted warranty was NOT on the paid invoice and he still refused to check them out. Also I only use 100 percent fresh 100 percent gasoline. I would highly recommend NOT using this repair shop and would have gave them a no star rating if google would allow.

Troy and Will provide a much needed service to their customers endeavoring to provide excellence in their work. They exemplify the work ethic missing in so many other jobs today. I commend them for doing a job well...may God continue to bless them and prosper their business. I really appreciate how they fixed my mower in a timely manner.

He is not honest or reliable. When we took our mower in he quoted $40. We called to see if it was ready and he changed the price to $78.00 Stating that there was water in the gas so he changed it (that came as a shock since we never put water in the mower). Upon returning home we tried the mower and it had the same issue as when we dropped it off originally. Called the owner, took it back to his shop and his reply was, there must be more water in there, if I check it, I will have to charge you again. What kind of petspedoes this kind of business, he will never get our business and I suggest no on utizlize this thief.
