If i could give zero stars i would. Shop has gone downhill since Thomas left. I had my crank set replaced, cassette and chain. Was given a receipt with the price of parts. When i returned to pick up the bike. The prices spiked by at least 15 dollars, This is a common practice at car dealerships shouldn’t be at a bike shop changing the price last minute after you quoted me. Had my brakes replaced and they left the old hose from my previous brakes on because they said “it was easier” For the amount of money I spent I should have all new parts that I paid for! i have major doubts about transparency and honesty from this shop if I were you I would go to wheel works in Winter garden.
I recently moved to the area and haven’t been on a bike in a couple years… (okay maybe more than a couple), Abraham saw me and immediately dropped what he was doing in the back, introduced himself and answered all my questions from their bikes to riding programs and schedules for people to get into or back into riding. I left the store with all the info I wanted for that day pretty happy with the service, service I didn’t receive at other local stores. About 2 months later, I walk in with my kids Abraham again very attentive to the person he was working with and then joined me to assist me picking two bikes for my 11y/o and 5y/o with excellent attention to detail. He recommended everything from helmets for safety to pumps for the tires. I left for an hour came back to pick up the bikes and all extra items I purchased were installed (unlike other places I’ve used in the past) and we was ready to go with two happy kids. The truth is that I came back to this store because of Abraham of my initial visit. From the start on that visit he knew I wasn’t buying anything, but he didn’t give me a cold shoulder. He embraced the sport by providing me with lots of local riding information and never pushed for me to make a purchase. Thank you to the rest of the staff that I have interacted with and to Abraham for putting the sport of riding before forcing a sale. See y’all soon for a new bike for me.
I’m so happy with my new bike. 4 years ago I visited the store with my husband looking to buy 2 bikes. Abraham helped us to find what type we wanted. We didn’t have the opportunity until this year. We came back and Abraham recognized us and did an amazing job. He speaks Spanish and made it easier for me. He helped me find all the accessories. Steve is super nice too he is always happy. I’m so grateful towards Trek Clermont and its amazing team. Good job 💪🏼
This place was awesome! It was way out of my way but well worth the trip to get my bike fix. Evolve in Celebration wanted me to leave my bike for at least 8 days. My bike needed brake pads in the rear and a minor adjustment. Couldnt believe it, 8 days? Plus the customer service wasnt great either it seemes like they didnt want my business. So I took a trip to here. I explained exactly what I needed and the woman behind the counter was so professional and customer service oriented..Well let me say this, they took care of me in less than 20 minutes out the door! Fabulous! Bike fixed. I will be making the trip here. I will be spending some money here in the next couple of months.

I just had the most pleasant experience in the shop. On the way to work, was able to have Thomas check on my bike to make sure that I would be ready for my ride the following morning. He immediately put the bike on the rack and went over all components without the need to have an appointment. He was very educational and passionate about the sport and his work. I will be making the longer trip to go to this shop every time from here on out.

Bought a Trek Domane SL6 two years ago. The experience was amazing. Very knowledgeable staff, showed me several bikes and fitted me to my Domane. Ive been back several times for service and supplies and the staff could not be more helpful and professional. They all know the products and are anxious to assist. The service is top notch. While my bike is well cared for these guys treat it like its there own. Im moving from the area and only hope I can find a store half as good.

Went in today to purchase a bike for $900 and $200 for accessories.Total spend would of ended up around $1300As I was getting ready to pay, our salesman quietly mentions and points to a small yellow card explaining a $20 charge being assessed on my purchase due to higher shipping costs.Ummm it’s a $900 bike - we walked away for $20 and bought a similar bike @ Clermont Bicycles for much less money and no $20 “whining about shipping” fee.
Bad customer service. I spent time and money driving so far away to bring my brand new bike and parts to this bike shop mechanic and this person while I was there in person he didn’t even speak with me at any time thinking I was not speak and understand his language and all time told the other co-worker that my parts doesn’t fit into my bike. Now I went to another bike shop and all parts was perfectly installed and my bike runs amazing. Employees like this one gives company bad representation. Actually I felt discriminated and though this person was looking for people’s pocket $$$ instead of good service. I let known Trek Company through email as well about this inexperience technician service. Employees like him gives companies bad representation and reputation.

After logging 2000 miles on my Trek Dual Sport 2, I took the bike in to have it checked over to see what maintenance needed to be done. Thomas gave it a thorough go-over and indicated what need to be done and why. I am very comfortable knowing that they are concerned that my ride experience is the best that it can be. I highly recommend Trek of Clermont.
I prefer to drive from Lake Nona to Clermont for my bike service. I have been lucky to meet Abraham the last 3 times, his service is exceptional, he explains everything in detail what you should do to take care of your bike, they changed a rubber and additionally they offered me all the different options and his recommendation, which we follow . It was completely successful when he sold me the bike, in terms of the model and what I really needed. thank you Abraham for really caring about customers.

We are from Ohio and came down to Orlando to do some biking. We were on a trail and our Trek T900 tandem bike developed a bad clunk when pedaling but went away if my wife just pedaled from the back. We asked another bike shop on the trail and they said it was the pedals so we ordered and installed new pedals and that did not fix the problem. We then took it to the Trek Clermont bike shop and they immediately new the issue. It needed a new bearing. They said that they had one bike ahead of us and that we would be next when it was finished. We went down the road for a coffee and before we were done they texted us that the bike was finished. They installed a better quality bearing, put our original Trek pedals back on and even adjusted the brakes for us. The work was done quickly and at a very fair price. I was very impressed with their service and quality of work. I can see that they really care about what they do.
Just wanted to say big thank you to Trek Clermont. Thomas had been the employee who helped me, Even though my mountain bike was not Trek brand he treated me as if it was. Got a great price on a rockshox fork upgrade and installation along with some derailleur adjustments, I was never once asked to upgrade to a new model or had an idea shot down of what I wanted to do. I can tell this place is run by individuals who actually cycle and care about their customers, You have earned my business and future bike purchases.

I was assisted today by a guy who speaks Spanish, I have a problem with the renewal of my drive license and he didnt make a point of seeing all the possibilities and then I wanted to buy with my credit card he said I couldnt! I had to beg to talk to a manager to buy! if it depended on this seller I would not be able to buy! terrible attendance

Very quick service in getting my fat bike working again until I can redo the entire gear system.Brought my bike in changing gears extremely rough. Thomas tuned that up and will now look to find a new platform he can install on my bike. In the mean time I have a bike that is working again.

Terrible customer service. Spent 10 minutes in front of one woman employee that was seated behind the computer waiting to be acknowledge to pay for my purchase. She didnt even bother to look at me. Abraham passed by and asked me if I was being helped and I said no. He pointed at her and said, shell help you in a minute and thats when she told him no I wont. He had to stop supporting his customer to take care of my purchase. I felt discriminated. I contacted Trek through email and will call them Monday. Employees like her give companies bad rep.

The service department is top notch. Thomas works on my bike every couple of months as needed. Excellent customer services, prices are fair and they are honest. I drive 2 hrs each way because they are that good. Thomas can service any problem that comes up.

I just completed a Domane road bike conversion from drop bar to flat bar and changed crank setup from 2x to a x1 using the wolftooth chainring. Trek Clermont set me up with all the needed components. The bike came out real cool looking and im very happy with the service they provided. This was my first dealing with the Clermont store and its my new all inclusive bike store.

Ive been to quite a few bike stores in the Orlando area and I didnt get any service like the kind I got at this Trek location. Matt and Thomas were incredibly helpful to a novice cyclist like me. They helped me get measured, worked with me to find the best bike that fit my cycling plans, and even offered to let me test ride it in the back parking lot. I was almost taken aback by how helpful they were. Excellent place!
Been into many a bike shop in 30years of cycling and coaching and this was easily one of the more helpful shops. You can always tell the run and quality of the shop by the way they keep their tool room and this was immaculate. Kudos to the owners and staff here. Highly recommended if you are in Clermont and near the National Training Centre.
My wife and I went in yesterday. The staff was very nice, however did not know how to operate under COVID conditions. There were two customers that were being serviced for over an hour by the only two salesmen there. The had very difficult customers who kept holding things up. Costing them potential customers. The salesmen should had said to them we have several customers waiting, ring the bikes up and then let them choose accessories. My wife and I got tired of wasting our Saturday to not earn money for our time and left. We purchased our bikes at David’s World in Ocoee, because they were nice, fast and efficient. You have very nice staff, but they move very slowly and time is money and is precious!!!

Terrible customer service! The door person was really rude and did not know how to deal with customers properly, made us feel mistreated and discriminated. Customer service definitely needs a lot improvement, I would not recommend going there to find you’re dream bike.
Heather was so wonderful with helping me get situated with a bike rental for a triathlon in Clermont. She went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed on the right day and that I would be comfortable with the bike. Abraham also helped me with testing out the bike and making sure I knew how to use the gears and brakes. The staff at this store were so friendly and knowledgeable- they made it possible for me to be successful on race day! I also found the bike to be great and surprisingly comfortable. I will definitely think of Trek when I buy my next bike because of the wonderful experience I had at Trek Clermont,
Great service considering the whole social distancing situation. Abraham took the time to help me decide on a flat handle bar (FX sport) or a true road bike. They were even able to replace a spoke on my existing bike while I waited. Nice experience.

Do Not have your Bike Tuned up here!!! . Unless you dont mind being ripped off. 150$ for advanced Tune up.. Nothing advanced about it! brake and derailleur cables were not replaced. probably a good thing they charge extra for parts. inner tubes, Bike chain, Brake pads and a Sunchase rear sprocket. total 267$!!!! for my 1999 Specialized Rockhopper .. I recommend to do it yourself...
Unsatisfied with the customer service I have gone 4 times to pick up my bikes since I made a big purchase, all the times I have gone I have felt discriminated by some members of the staff with poor customers service, guidance, assistance.No the whole staff was rude, but definitely something that discourages to go again.
I am always greeted with a smile. Their service is great. I just had the intermediate service package on my Townie plus new pedals and they did great work. 26 miles on the bike today. I’m usually not one to leave reviews but what a terrible experience of trying to use a bike shop that is not local to me . I purchased a bike through their website while on the phone with an associate. She claims that the bike I’m purchasing is right in front of her . I get an email saying my bike will be available to pickup THAT DAY at 4pm . Little did I know they sold the bike out from under me before I was able to drive over an hour to pick it up this Friday. Then proceeded to call me and ask me “have you picked up your bike yet” knowing the sold it out from under me instead of just letting me know that’s what they did . They also told me “my bike just isn’t here yet” knowing that trek has ZERO bikes in stock. They offered 30$ off a 100$ more expensive bike . What a slap in the face . Just be careful when ordering a bike from here via their online purchasing
Great people, served up with the best service we have run into at a bike shop for a very long time. We needed tires for our tandem bike trailer. We called other bike shops nearby and they wanted nothing to do with us. Called Trek Bicycle store and told us to bring it on in. They had two small tires in stock but could not get them to seal around the rim . They were thinking of ordering two different tires, But the following day they managed to get the other tires to seal. All is well. Oh, do not have a Trek? You can purchase one there. Even if you do not have a Trek, just bring what ever you have for full service. Top notch shop. Even if you do not live in Clermont, go see them anyway. Nice staff.
This place is awesome!!! Only place my family goes to get anything regarding bicycles. Abraham, heather and all the trek service department are 5 stars!!!. I just moved here and within 2 weeks bought 3 bikes because of the price, customer service and service department to make sure the bikes stay in top shape. There is no one else out there I trust than Trek Bicycle Store Clermont....you wont find a better place anywhere else!!
Thomas and Abraham were awesome- best rental experience Ive had everywhere and Ive been renting bikes all over the country. Very friendly and efficient and Thomas very kindly picked up my bike from my hotel.My only regret is that my schedule prevented me from attaching a case of beer to the handlebars for him as he surely deserved it.Great people and Ill certainly be visiting again when I pass through Claremont.

What a great experience I had, and first time shopping at this store. I purchased an electric Trek Allant 8S Stagger; this bicycle is amazing, love it!This store really has its stuff together in these uncertain pandemic times. They have social distancing places on the floor to stand within, un-intimidating barriers to adjust the flow of people entering their showroom, and all staff are wearing masks.Lastly, the person who assisted me the most was Heather, and she was just great. She answered all of my questions, sought assistance to answer when she was not sure of the answer, was professional and kind throughout our interaction. She even helped me figure out my Thule Easyfold Rack, in 90 degree weather sweating, to ensure the bike was secure before leaving the parking lot. Just a great experience, great staff and I am more than impressed with the Trek product I purchased. Thank you!!! :-)

We went in to look at new bikes as well as discuss tuning up our old bikes. We worked with Brian who was very informative and no presssure. He actually advised us that one of our bikes was a good bike and just needed a tune up rather than needing to buy new.We ended up fixing both bikes but plan o come back to purchase a new bike in the next few months. Brian really went out of his way to advise us without a huge sales pitch. We definitely felt that we were guided fairly. We have already recommended this store to others.

The owner Brian is burnt out, rude, he forgot the people who made his business what it is, and I could feel him sizing me up on what hed make off me from the minute I arrived. Take your business to a smaller shop that appreciates your business, as I will be.**update. My problem wasnt the time frame.EVEN though you told me it would be done by close to get me to drop it off, then promptly put it away after I left and started hanging stuff on the wall.You tried to bait and switch me, but i caught you. Not only that, but YOUR LYING. When I came back to check on it you told me it wouldnt be till the end of the day the next day. Then when I asked why it changed you called me impatient. Your other workers cared enough to talk to me and realize Im having a tumor removed from my spinal cord and wanted to ride one more time before my surgery. When I tried to tell you about it you shrugged and looked me up and down. You got mad cause he thought I was taking it to another bike shop, but I ended up bleeding it myself and its working great. This isnt the first time you have treated me poorly.I have sent family in there that has said the same thing. That was your third strike!!
I have had numerous experiences at this shop. My first experience was as a very apprehensive shopper as many first time bike shoppers are once they begin seeing prices. Upon further interactions with Bryan, I would ask him questions regarding other bikes and he would explain things that could be decent and others that were not worth the money. As a new rider he eventually helped me settle on purchasing a Domane as my first road bike. I never felt rushed or pushed to buy a bike. I always felt as though all of my questions had been addressed. Great overall experience. Any time that I have any issues with my bike I can take it in and know that they won’t try to sell me extras that aren’t necessary. This shop won’t steer you wrong. They are a great group of employees. I would recommend them to everyone.
I’ve purchased 3 bicycles from Trek Clermont. I’ve had service work done there as well. Normally their customer service is great. I just called in for a service question and left feeling like I was mentally handicap.Not too mention, they’re typically willing and friendly to help you figure out the issues; today, the dude speaking to me over the phone sounded like he didn’t care about the reputation of the Trek Clermont store.It’s poor customer service when the consumer walks away feeling like they’re crazy for asking questions. It went so bad that I had to recheck the number of the store to make sure I called the right Trek store, since I was in awe of the way the dude was talking to me.For the record - I called in to see if they carried a SRAM XD freehub for a Bontrager Line 40 wheel to accept my GX Eagle cassette. I was standing next to three (not including myself) avid riders who heard the entire conversation and questioned whether the dude on the phone was listening to anything I said.I hope this doesn’t become the new normal of this store. I’m sure they’re probably going to give me a candid response on how they take customer service very seriously... I don’t care for that, just talk to the dude who’s having a bad day. Maybe he needs some time off or a break.
I havent biked in years and decided now that gyms are closed it was about time to upgrade from my old bike. All of their staff was prompt to help people in the door and following very good health guidelines.Abraham was incredibly patient with me and helped me decide on a bike. He was not pushy at all, moreso informative about all parts I asked about. Im very happy with my purchase and will be back to grab some biking accessories thanks to my experience here. Product IMO is best in it’s class but the people that work there are the reason i shop there. Thomas and the team look out for your interest and insure that you are set up with the right gear for the type of riding that you plan to do. The ENTIRE staff at the TREK store store has been more than wonderful and helpful and kind. I have physical limitations and they were able to help with bikes and the hitch! We are from NJ and they told us exactly what to do to get do to get the bike to them in a safe order and the put the bikes together and will ship them back up north after the tri-mar. I am the logistics coordinator for the team and every little problem we have had with any of the bikes they have gone 1000% above and beyond the call of duty. Thank you Denis OHara

Last fall, my partner and I decided to purchase bikes. Now I havent been on a bike since I was a kid, and that was a few years ago. ;-) So I visited several bike shops in the area. The Cycling Hub was the third stop on my adventure. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable and the store has a good selection of different types of bikes. We choose a couple of Trek bikes, the Cycling Hub team adjusted the bikes to fit each of us and off we went on our test rides. We purchased the bikes and a bike rack for the car.Fast forward a few months and the bike rack malfunctioned. On the way to an early Saturday morning ride, the rack gave way in the middle of the intersection. One bike mostly fell and was dragged until I could safely stop the car. The high quality Trek bike suffered only cosmetic blemishes on the saddle and handlebar grips. Since The Cycling Hub does repairs, we headed there with the bike. Again we were met with a super helpful staff who fixed the bicycle AND are working with the bike rack manufacturer on a rack replacement.Things that are hard to find today: respect, courtesy, reliability and honesty. Where you can find these? THE CYCLE HUB!!! Do yourself a solid and go visit these folks, they will take care of you!

The owners and staff have a close connection to bike enthusiasts in the community and they are centered on that niche of customers. But 99% of us are just casual riders with little or no knowledge of the two wheel options available in the market today. I picked up my new Surly Krampus 29 Mountain Bike yesterday. After 20 hours of looking on the internet I made a call the the Trek Bike Store in Clermont. You had what I needed, installed it & back on the road within 30 minutes! Good friendly service! Love their regular schedule Friday Group rides leaving from the store & back about 42 miles. There are other rides thru out the week, thats the one I can usually make. Always a good time!
I picked up my new Marlin 6 yesterday and was asked at least 5 times if I wanted a service plan. I was running out of ways to say no thank you. The young lady said my boss will not be happy, like thats my problem. Some people are capable of servicing their own bikes and don t need to feel obligated to purchase something they may not need. I do love my bike though...rode it when I got home and got a flat...thorn. I was able to fix it all by myself.
I visited the shop today to buy a saddle and met Edgardo. Instead of being a salesman trying to make a dollar and letting me purchase the saddle I thought I need he talk to me about the type of bike I had and how the bike fit me. Edgardo taught me about how riding position and fit of the bike made a difference on my bottom side. When I got home I adjusted my saddle and it made a world of difference. Thanks Edgardo for taking the time to talk to me and help me out. Amazing customer service is hard to find these days. I will definitely be back to this shop#CyclingHubRocks.
Excellent customer service. On my first visit one salesman dropped what he was doing to answer all my questions. On the 2nd visit i came in and Bryan helped me select the perfect bike, He even offed to let me borrow his to try out!!! When I finally decided on the right bike he told me when it would be in and ready for pick up, it came in and was set up exactly when he said it would. While I was there I witnessed the staff repair and replace a tire for free for a guy who was down on his luck. GREAT STAFF!

WOW! What a wonderful bike shop! The staff was friendly and helped us immediately after asking a few questions. The bike mechanic explained everything to us in full detail after he fixed my bike wheel. The lady at the front was kind and friendly as well, she offered us a cup of coffee and water as we waited, and made us feel at home while we waited for the wheel to be fixed. We will continue to use this bike shop in the future!
Love the new location. Everyone is always friendly and willing to listen and help. Really appreciated the maintenance intervention to help me finish my ride last weekend!
