The clerk is very enthusiastic, especially the female clerk present. It would be even better if you could use cash to pay, because we freshmen have not done a bank card. I have to pay with my foreign credit card, which may incur some handling fees. But on the whole, the clerk is very enthusiastic and the service is very good. They are very patient with foreign students like us who come to the United States for the first time, because our English communication skills are not very good. I was satisfied with the service, especially the black girl who thought JD on the badge, she served us the whole time. That white girl was also very good, and she quickly resolved my doubts.
My experience at the store was the best experience I’ve ever had at AT&T and one of the best experiences I’ve ever had in customer service anywhere. The people are friendly, knowledgeable and patient. I had issues with my AT&T service that I had tried for hours and hours to resolve on the phone. I did not succeed until I came to the store. They did everything to fix what was wrong. I have been back three times for additional issues on my phone and my watch And my experience continues to be extraordinarily good. I am not a fan of AT&T but the people at the store give me a way to have good experiences with AT&T.
First time visiting this store and the manager Gabrielle was fantastic! Went over different phones with me and asked me lifestyle questions to help me determine which phone suited me best along with which plan! Can’t wait to open my business line and home internet that we went over during my visit! A big thank you on this experience!
My partner and I upgraded our phones in FEBRUARY (6 months ago!). I was switching over from T-mobile to his account and there was a deal in place that if we upgraded our phones (i.e. turned in our old ones) we would get two iPhone 12s for like less than $5 a month each. The employees were perfectly respectable, however, the manager training one of the associates was inattentive to the trainee (AT&T said on their customer service line that this manager had done several of these trade-ins incorrectly already and he was trying to train this other person). The entire process took over 4 hours AND we are still paying the full price per month for these phones BECAUSE THEY LOST our old phones while it was in their possession (they claim UPS lost it)! Every time we have called the store or called AT&Ts customer service line for help with this problem we never get any definitive answers or solutions!

For a number of months, I have benefited from Malia, Gabrielle, Ciel, who spent hours helping me with difficult problems relating to my Apple I-phone and later a difficult problem with getting a workman to install the Wi-Fi, that was left at my building while I was in the hospital. Without exaggeration, all considered, over the last four months, at least 20 hours involving research, calls to management, regarding my complaints and questions. I was so impressed by patience,I tried to pay them for their help, but the politely refused. Thank you again, Gabrielle, Malia, and Ciel!

The AT&T store at Cedar-Fairmount is always staffed with friendly, competent, and helpful salespeople. My recent visit, however, was handled so well, that the person who managed my needs deserves an accolade for her customer service skill set. Gabrielle Ocasio is definitely demonstrated both her leadership skills and technical expertise in the process of being a great representative of AT&T. If I were hiring a customer service management professional, Id seriously look at poaching Ms. Ocasio, because shes exactly the kind of employee that any employer would be glad to have working for them. Im a long time customer with high expectations, and they have been met and exceeded by the employees at the Cedar-Fairmount store.

I had a difficult issue dealing with AT&T over the phone trying to get my billing account changed. Dave and partner in the store worked with me for >2 hours helping resolve the issue with AT&T corporate on the phone and through the computer. I can’t tell you how nice, patient, and empathetic they were to belong me get this fixed. And he fixed it!!!! I had been trying to do it for months.On a second note, I needed a replacement iPhone and they found a bunch of extra discounts and deals I didn’t even know about!Great people, great store. Will use them for any of my future cell phone needs!

I had been delaying upgrading my phone for months and on top of that, I wasnt sure which phone to get. When I finally went into At&t, I was serviced within a few moments of arriving. The employees were incredibly helpful and informative on the iPhone series and did a great job explaining the pros and cons on each phone. Even more, as we waited for my new to phone to back up data from my old phone, each of the employees were great to talk to and made the wait time go by so quickly. Definitely would recommend going to this store site!

Ive been to this store almost every time I need something from AT&T. I had some problems with my account and after I spent 2 hours on the phone trying to adjust it with corporate they told me they couldnt help me. I was on the phone with the store manager for less than 5 minutes and he solved my issue. The sales people are really nice and helpful. Honestly buying a new device is annoying and takes forever, but I know when I go into the store I wont have to worry about anything.

Eugene and the others are always very patient and understanding with issues were having regarding reception, etc. I had to leave AT&T because of a weird reception issue where I worked (and Im in sales, so I kinda needed reliable connection / couldnt move my office lol), but if youre with this carrier I would definitely recommend using this location as your primary resource center. Very helpful, timely, and kind.
I have been looking for new phone service since lately I have not been happy with mine. The employees were incredibly kind and helpful in making sure I found what I was looking for. They helped provide the best phone for me and didnt try to force any unnecessary extras upon me. Definitely going back when I need an upgrade!

Ive been to this store multiple times in the past several months and have always been pleased with my experience. The reps and manager have all been helpful and did everything in their power to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. They were patient helping me figure out what phone and accessories I wanted and made the process as painless as possible. My experience here has been much better than my experiences at other AT&T stores.

If i can give 0 to this store, I would do so. We stopped by and asked for closing the account. Staff name..John said they cant do anything and told us to call customer service. This point is understandable. However we called right after he told us. But while we were on the phone with customer service, he kicked us out from the store and said since he could not do anything, we can call somewhere else. (And it was raining and cold outside) This was the worse experience ever!!!! DONT COME TO THIS STORE!!!!!

I went in looking to buy a wall charger for my cellphone because my car was in the shop across the street and my battery was low. Not one clerk acknowledged me as I walked through the store, so I found what I was looking for and proceeded to try and find someone to ring it up. Again, item in hand and nobody acknowledged me. Standing at the table with the credit card machine were two individuals- one on the store computer and one with a portable device (like an iPad?), chatting about what they were going to order from the Aladdins menu they were sharing. I stood there waiting for someone... ANYONE to act like they cared about making a sale. I finally put the item back and left. Awful customer service and work ethic!

HORRIBLE! I went in to At&t to add my brother to our plan by bringing him from a different carrier. I was told that if my brother selected the s7 active, the phone would be free. I was also convinced to add internet and home security. I was given a free tablet and watch for adding security, internet and Direct TV. I asked the at&t rep around 126 times what I should expect my first bill to be. I was already hesitant about adding more services because I have already had an awful experience with this company. The first experience involved me being a quoted a price for my own wireless service and being charged something completely different! So I was very concerned with the possibility of this happening again. Guess what, it did! I was told my bill would be $250. It came to $400! I called in and every representative told me Id have to pay the $400. So I cancelled my services and attempted to return the tablet and watch. I was told I would have to pay $90 to return the merchandise (even though I had the watch for less than 24hours and the tablet for less than 7 days). The sales rep recommended that I just keep the items to avoid paying ridiculous fees. So I did. I then realized I was being charged for this s7 that was supposed to be free. FINALLY, someone from customer care told me I have to pay for the phone for the first 3 months and then I should receive a credit. I was given this information by 3 different customer care reps however, I was never told this while in store! Bottom line, three months later...Not receiving my credit. Now Im being told I no longer qualify for the promotion because I cancelled direct TV. The free phone was offered to me before even discussing other services like Direct TV and Home security. I was told the phone would be free because I moved a line from a different carrier! I was also going in for a less expensive phone however, YOUR sales associates told me to get the s7 because it would be free! When I spoke to customer care, they told me that despite the sales rep giving me the wrong information, it is my responsibility to pay for the phone. Hopefully Tmobile will take me back!

Very poor service. They cheat you on offers. They will tell you fancy offers which you never be able to avail in practice.
Incompetent and irresponsible are how Id describe them, but they are nice people. When I upgrade my from an unlocked iphone 5s to and unlocked iphone 8+, I had trouble getting internet connections. The staff here, though friendly, dont seem to know the types of issues they can resolve and the resources they have. My problem was only resolvable from a tech support line thats exclusive to ANY employee, yet they refuse to call this number after 3 hours of troubleshooting and told me to go to a core store, which is 5 miles away. Im going there to solve a problem, but all they did was wasting my time and tell me to go elsewhere.
This is the worst ATT store. If I could give it zero stars I would. Went in last November to buy two new phones and was given two free tablets, but never told there would be monthly charges by the associate. Returned both FREE tablets (not so free) within 15 days, received a refund minus 15% restocking fee but continued to get charged monthly fee.. it took me hours on the phone and two separate visits to the store to get to this point. It is now March and we are still being charged monthly because corporate cant do anything since the store needs to add a note in their system. After more phone calls and two outstanding tickets requesting such note, the matter is still unresolved. So fed up
