Great place to pick up new releases. I got my God of War 4 from this store. My brother and I reached this store when they were about to close but their staff were polite enough to help us out with our order and they very helpful in answering our queries.

They open at 12:00pm. I arrived at 12:45 to a sign on the door that said “back in 15 minutes” (why are you on break 45 minutes into your shift??) I sat outside for 30 minutes and no one ever returned to the store. Unprofessional.

Omar was so helpful and patient with not only just us but there was a single mom with her 5 kids and all of them didn’t know what they wanted he was really patient polite and respectful, he explained everything to us and her he was really awesome plan to continue to come to this game stop.

I was reluctant to post considering the time I spent there. However, good things come to those who wait. I came in trying to smooth out a discrepancy with a game I bought and was told I could only receive the proverbial store credit. After some deliberation, the true customer service Ora kicked in and I was taken care of. Ultimately I can say that they will go above and beyond to make sure that the customer is happy and I really appreciate that so this is a reflection of my appreciation. Thanks guys.

This is the gamer central. Unfortunately we are moving into the digital era. I used to frequent these stores so much it was like going to a friends house. I give them 5 stars because I have so much love for the company, and Im also surprised they are still here at this point.

As usual. I have nothing bad 2 say about Gamestop. The Clerk was very help and money saving. I went into Downtown store and forgot to use my coupon. So I paid more cash than I wanted to. The said keep the receipt and I have 7 days to turn it in. I did and went to the Severance store with also more games to turn in. The Clerk took the time to find the best trade in value for me to get the most money he could get me back. I was extremely satisfied with my Services and the treatment I received. I will always shop Gamestop 1st.

A worker here refused to accept a return for a defective headset that was within their company return policy. At first he lied and said it had been longer than a month, then he said he couldnt return open items even though the return policy says Opened new accessories can be returned of exchanged within 30 days, then he blatantly lied and said that they updated the return policy and the receipts dont reflect the new policy yet, and finally he tried saying his boss told him not to accept returns like that. Went to a different Gamestop and they had no idea why this store refused to accept the return. They also got a kick out of the updated return policy line. If you want something from Gamestop Id go to the one in Willoughby. The employees are much nicer and wont unashamedly lie to your face.

When Ive been here before the staff have been professional and courteous, so I dont mark this against themOnline it says Opens at 9. Got here at 9:30 on a snow day and the store says open at 10. No biggie, stores dont always update their online hours, Im not gonna be mad about that, so I decide to sit tight and wait because I dont want to drive in the snow.Its now 10:45 and Ive seen neither hide nor hair of someone even in the store, let alone opening the gate. I pre-ordered Smash Bros Ultimate here so I have to pick up my game at this location, per GameStop rules. This is ridiculous. Poor communication is one of my biggest peevesUPDATE A single associate didnt call in to say they couldnt open. Not gon a blame the whole store

First off its good to know what you are getting, for trade-ins youre typically not getting a good value point blank period. They are looking to make a nice profit off your trade-ins DO NOT EVER TRY TO GET CASH. Heres an example of an experience I had, I bought a BRAND NEW game played it maybe 3 times brought it back in perfect condition no scratches finger prints etc got 22 dollars in store credit, I originally paid somewhere between 40-50 bucks. The game was later of course on sale repackaged like a new game for 40-50 bucks. If I had of tried to get cash it probably would have been like 17 dollars or something. Take advantage of their trade in specials only when you have games youre just not going to play anymore and/or its perhaps not a popular sought after game. Please be aware that if a old fan of blockbusters, hollywood video etc to save some cash take a look at GAMEFLY. You can try out games theyre mailed to your house you mail em back etc its between 10-40 bucks depending on how many games you wanna try at a time. As far as Customer Service they will lie to you about a game to try to sell it to you it is their job after all so do your research prior to coming to the store you dont go home with a dud.
