I bought couple games and As soon as you woke in and you take a game out you are charge 8-12 $. No body tells you that if you dont like the game and you decide to return it you are charged and no full money back. Not even in the return policy in your receipt. This is jot cool and bbb will know about you guys. To me it felt like I was scammed.Oh and for instance the fifa 2021 was 30$ wlamart for 20$Never ever going back even if they are the only store in the world.

Well organized and maintained. They give a higher percentage of store credit in comparison to Game Stop and other used game stores. Staff are well-versed in most media and are able to make recommendations based on what you like. To clarify, I dont mean this seasons hottest selling item they believe everyone will want. They will legitimately ask you what you like and try to come up with their best suggestion.

I went to the exchange to see what they have and ended up buying the xbox series s. Ive been looking for it for a while. The workers are very friendly and the prices are awesome. Its an awesome place to go to for to buy stuff I highly recommend to go here

This place brings back all my childhood memories of buying used CDs and LPs. My tastes have changed but love it that $5-7 can still buy me some seriously good music and a CD gets a second home. This is the Coventry Experience.

I love this place it has much better prices on games than GameStop and has a wider variety. They also have games for older consoles like the N64 or Wii.

This was the spot I was looking for. I tried Gamestop for XBOX 360 and Wii games even on line. They no longer carry games for those older systems. I called THE EXCHANGE and they have plenty of games and accessories for both systems. I didnt have to disappoint my grandchildren. I will be going here for all of my purchases coming from Euclid. I shop here often on Coventry recently purchased a system that I have been having a little trouble with cashed today spoke with a manager Mike he handled the call very well as did the previous gentleman I spoke to oh the phone have me a realistic solution to my problem hung up feeling way less frustrated then when I called.

The store was awesome inside so much I spent over $200.00 however when I got home and dispersed all the goodies to the kids I discovered for my sons Sega Genesis game that I paid $89.00 for game stop had the same game for $50.00. I called the store and was advised I can return the item for store credit. I asked several times if I could get the price difference because I wanted the game in store credit but they dont price match .Most unused items are overpriced

I got a copy of The Beatles Abbey Road original here. The cover was decent, coming apart on top, but the record itself looked and played wonderfully! (I think they clean their records before selling them... which is always a good thing!) Best part... it was only $15. Finding old Beatles Records usually go for $40-$50 dollars and they are beat to heck and back! But finding one with a decent cover, great disc, and for a reasonable price?! I cant thank these guys enough for this great find

It quick if you know what you want but also has a lot of choices. Also the people there are nice plus if your hungry you can go across the street to the marks for a sandwich. Sorry that I dont have pictures

This place was incredible to visit. I love how Organized & Thoughtful every single piece of Entertainment was. And it was all at a fair price. Im a Colorado Native, so I cant go here often. But if I ever do decide to travel back to the Ohio Area, I will return to The Exchange.

Feel really stupid that I am not a tech geek. Sold a box of my historic Nintendo NES classic console, 2 controllers, and games for pennies thinking I was holding it for nothing. Only for them to sell each game for $30 to $50 each! I miss it now because that was my childhood. It would cost too much to get all of it back 😖

I love this place. They give me much better prices when I sell my movies than anywhere else, and they have very reasonable prices (usually cheaper than Amazon) on their DVDs.

I got the Jurassic Park trilogy and Jurassic World DVDs gently used for under 20 dollars all together. This place has gently used and new games, records, DVDs, and CDs for low prices. Great place to find hidden gems!

Plenty of great nostalgic games for the classic gamer but customer service is TRASH!! There are plenty other game stores like this with better deals and less screw ups this is at the bottom of my suggestions list.

Knowlegable staff....great place to buy something used but in great shape and super inexpensive! Also if you need some cash and have CDs collecting dust or an xbox or playstation you dont use, games as well....you can bring it in and within 5-20min get an offer for cash, and you dont have to if the offer is unfair in your opinion. It has since moved from next to Grums up to the old Vidstar movie rental spot on the corner, so parking across the street by Marcs is convenient.
