Been two weeks and they won’t respond to me and no number to call it just goes to the voicemail. They don’t answer the Facebook messenger just another automated response. Took my money as soon as I ordered with no results. Bunch of crooks, do not buy from here, they are as bad as the people that call your grandparents from foreign countries asking for credit card numbers.

Does NOT get any better than this. The exceptional customer service coupled with just genuine, caring, friendly good people made me a devoted lifetime customer. While, for their sake, I hope its not the norm working so incredibly late... but I get a very nice email reply to my question at 2:25 am! Now thats dedication! Thank you sir!

Just got off the phone with the fine folks at Reloading Unlimited after I received my order of bullets. Somehow through the chaos in the firearms industry I managed to receive 2 extra boxes of bullets. Now Im not one to complain about extra bullets, but I was raised to be honest. So I sent them an e-mail explaining how I had purchased bullets and received the 2 extra boxes. I offered to send them the invoice and told them Id be in touch.Sure enough, they called me and we discussed the bullet dilemma I was having and how the firearms market is overwhelmed with orders. After about 20 minutes of talking I was told to keep the bullets at no extra charge. This is a company of 6 people fulfilling over 600 orders A DAY! They are working super long hours to keep their customers happy. Even with all of the orders and long hours, they took the time to talk to me about the situation as if they were my next door neighbor. If you reload ammunition, give these people a look before you shop at a big box store.

If you order from this company you are taking a risk in getting ripped off. I order 1 8lbs tub of powder at what was at reasonable price and instead received 8 1lbs tubs. Not a big deal except for I ordered the 8 pounder to save money ( about $60) and was charged for the individuals. This is extremely dishonest, a piss poor way to run a business and illegal in some regard. And to boot Ive searched their website and cant find any form of contact info. Dont order from them

The product was out despite the website saying was available. I never received any communications that my order was on hold. Only that I went into the account I created. Then they charged my credit card! I thought the product came in. Nope. They offered me a different item except they never told me of this. I only saw in the account my money was meant to be refunded or a substitute. Except I wasnt refunded. I emailed again and finally told me they refunded it. Except it is not posted to my account yet. If it doesnt get the tomorrow I will be filing a complaint with the BBB. Worst place ever!

1st I dont usually give bad reviews but when you cant get in touch with the people you make an order with that is a problem voice mail full and has been full for last three days I have not received my order and no one to ask wish I would have never tried this co and will never use them again have placed orders with another co DO Not Use This Co

Horrible customer service. No reply to emails, FB messages and can’t even leave a voicemail. I just want to cancel my order since they were showing my item in stock but indeed was not. Poor inventory management. They now have my money tied up and won’t reply. I have found the item in stock at another place but can’t place an order until these people process a refund for me. Highly disappointed with RU and will never purchase anything from them again.

Can not contact the company about my order, they charged my credit card but have not shipped my order.i would not recommend them to any one. The phone number they gave me to contact them is no good, I’ll be contacting BBB this morning!!!!

Absolutely horrible experience with Reloading unlimited. First my shipment is lost, than when I finally get through with them they tell me their computer is down. But they will call me the next day to tell me the status of my paid for ( over $ 1,000) shipment. The next day comes, no call. I start an investigation with UPS to find the package, Still no contact from RU. UPS finds the package there in TN. 10 days after it was shipped. Still no contact from RU. Package being returned to RU takes another 5 days. Still no contact from RU as to the status of the order. Are they re-sending ? have they credited my card ?, are they out of business ? No answer on their phones, Voice Messaging Full try again later.WOW! how places like this stay in business. And all it would have taken is for the contact at RU that I spoke to that told me she would call me back the following day to advise the status, to actually do what she said she would do. Now I have to go through the canceling of the credit card change, and reorder with a more reputable company.RU extremely poor customer service. I understand problems come up, how you handle those problems sets you apart from your competition.

No communication with them there telaphone number has been changed and no emails from them dont know where my powder is or if they even did anything I do know this they charged my card I would not recommend them for anything

I wish I could give zero stars...I wish after a couple of months they would ship my powder...I wish after a couple of months they would alternatively refund my purchase to my Credit Card as they said they would.Buyer beware, the business phone is a cell phone, and they dont return calls - they dont reply to emails, they advertise products they dont have in stock, then they run away with your money.Have you ever had to go through the pain in the a$$ procedures to dispute a charge on your credit card? Shop here and you will!

The powder and primers I recd were a great price and quality. Customer service has always been wonderful. I will continue to be a very satisfied and loyal customer.

Reloading Unlimited has what reloading supplies youre looking for in stock. I have purchased from them twice now. Both times the items arrived as described and in a timely manner. I buy in bulk and this is one of the few places that has the quantities Im looking for. Their flat rate shipping and hazmat fees are a little high at almost $50 for both, but their prices on powder and its availability greatly offset that when buying in bulk. Overall 5 stars!

Trying to contact them to cancel my order but I’m not getting an answer. They charged me a ridiculous multiple warehouse fee and they are charging $40 more per 8 lbs container of powder than any other powder retailer. Wish I had read the reviews before buying.

Purchased a 1lb bottle of Blue Dot smokeless powder on 3/4/16 . Still havent recieved it or been given a refund or store crtedit even after 3 calls . Didnt really feel the lady who took all 3 calls was that interested in resolving the problem. Pretty shady operation. 1 star rating is too high. Dont need the money, just wanted some powder. BBB has heard from me.

This has been a disappointing and frustrating company to do business with. I purchased four items online ($26.00 and three $9.99) and was charged $12.95 for freight. Ok.First issue is they could not acknowledge the order and give a ship date. Second problem was three week delivery when all items were supposed to be in stock. Third issue is all three $9.99 items were backorsered but did not show on invoice/shipper as backordered. Fourth issue was getting the items which never happened.The owner refused to send the misshipped items and refunded my money for them (backordered items only). The owner (Connie or CJ) stated that shipping is a flat rate of $12.95 and refused any compromise on that refund. So I ask all people who read this . . . Who would pay 50% freight on any item that they could easily buy in a local store? ? I guess the owner of Reloading Unlimited does? ?I will not be purchasing nor would I advise anyone to purchase from a deceitful company. I only asked them to send me what was orderes and was happy to pay what my invoice stated. I have real issues with companies who do not do what they say they are going to do and then attempt to hide behind a policy. BUYER BE WARE! !
