These people are great! The pawn business is cyclical. Therefore, they may not have what youre looking for or be willing to buy what you want to sell if its not in season. Someone else (that used a fake name) posted a silly review about Southland being rude and unwilling to negotiate. Thats not true. Everyone has a bad day every now and again, but these folks negotiate all the time. Further, if they dont think they can sell what youre trying to pawn, theyre not going to offer much (thats just good business). Lastly, they have a decent gun selection and are willing to help you purchase one online, if they dont have what youre looking for. In that case, they charge a small fee to handle the delivery, background check, etc.

Possibly the best gun shop in Cleveland, The ability to make custom weaponry for a reasonable price makes the store phenomenal!

Been there multiple times and have the same experience every time i go and im not the only one.very unfriendly people. they look at you like your about to rob the place, they talk to you like your not wanted and they DO NOT budge on prices buying or selling. they even look up the thing you want to sell to them say something worth 300$ online and offer you 75$ for it. I absolutely hate these people and will not go back there as long as i live. PS pay no attention to the facebook reviews. This business is family owned and all the reviews are THEM i know for a fact.

Person working did not even pay attention that I was there. I was about to walk out when she finally asked if I needed help with anything. I said what I was wanting and she acted like it about killed or hurt her to get up and help me. RUDE and disrespectful I will not go back even if I have to walk to GA.

These people are horrible,have stuff on pawn and for the last 2 weeks have been going by to pay and get it out and they havent been open and now the stuff is overdue and they were finally open today,6-28-2017 and all they had to say was not our problem your way overdue and they wont let me get my stuff!bad people and bad business,stay away!
