The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. They were closing in 10 minutes and still took the time to change out my tire. I would definitely recommend going here for your tire needs.

I had my car towed in this morning for a flat and not only did they fix that flat but found a nail in another tire and fixed it FREE OF CHARGE.Ive had them patch another tire on another vehicle before as well.They also price match any other tire store.10/10 recommended Discount Tire every time!

Terrible service and terrible customer service. Placed an order for 2 tires that didn’t show up till the next day around lunch after the associate on the phone had told me they would be there the previous day before 10. Also told me an out the door price that was off by about $30. And I had asked if that out the door price included a alignment, to which I was told yes. I never received that service nor was I asked if I wanted one. And when I asked about one I was told I would have to wait again on line to have that done and pay more money. I was hounded about buying two more tires for my vehicle that I don’t not need. I will never ever go to this business for tires again.

Discount Tire came through for us today big time! Headed out for a family outing only to discover we had an almost flat tire. We drove into the store right at quitting time and Brad was able to fix us up in no time. We got 4 brand new tires at a great price and great service!

Made an appointment and bought/paid for tires online.. As soon as I pulled up, they walked out to my car got info needed from me. 15 minutes waiting.in my car later and I was directed to a service bay, they replaced my tires handed me a receipt and I was on my way... Tip top nothing less than a well oiled machine. Never even got out of my car. !!

Wife picked up big chunk of metal on her fairly new tire, I took the tire off and dropped it off to be repaired properly. They were very busy this Saturday morning but they got us fixed up in 45 minutes or so at no charge!!! That road Hazzard insurance they offer paid off!!!

The original purchase was great. Nice people that seemed knowledgeable. But after purchase and within warranty time frame they do not honor. We bought a brand new set of tires last year. Had one blow out and another has a bump in the sidewall. They said it’s not covered under warranty. I won’t buy from them again. This was the second set we bought but the first set was not used long as the vehicle was in an accident and totaled. Thought we would go there and again but will not make that mistake again.

Had a nail go through my rear passenger tire. Arrived at 5:30, and left at 5:50. Super easy, fast, and friendly! Highly recommended!

My go to your place around the country for tires for years. Came in to just get the air checked in tires I purchased there and the only one waiting for this. I called first and they said just come in. Took a half hour. Guy at the street check-in said he couldnt leave his post to get someone but assured me someone would help. After waiting a while I stood by The bays looking at all the technicians no one asked me if they could help me. Finally I went inside stood in line and the first person I saw without someone talking to them at the moment I asked. He finally got me someone out to help about 5 minutes later.

Could not have asked for better service. I hit a huge rock in road, so we had to have the tire replaced. They had to order new one so they gave us a loaner tire in the meantime. When the new one came, they rotated all tires and balanced them. All just part of their excellent service!!

Just walked out. I had $1,000 cash to spend on four new tires and had to walk out because the person ‘helping’ me was on the phone. He started out strong. I had high hopes of selecting four new tires, and driving out a happy customer. He walked back behind the counter to search for the tire I inquired about. Then the phone rang. He answered it and began assisting the person on the other end of the phone. Ok...fine. I can wait a sec. No problem. After several minutes of standing there looking at the surroundings, he finally hung up and directed his attention back to me. Ok, great! Now I will get some service. Nope! The phone rang again. Surely he’s NOT going to answer it again!! Oh, but yes. He did. And began an entire new conversation with phone customer #2. While I’m standing there! Hello.....you have a paying customer right in front of you! With cash I hand. I walked out, very disappointed. This has never happened to me before at this location. I have purchased tires here for years! Oh well. I am headed to Tire Discounters (down the road). Hopefully I will be treated better. Maybe they will want my money!???

Generic significantly overpriced, Gotcha by the balls attitude because we know you must replace that blowout.

Price gouging. Used this business many times over the past few years. Came back on reviews several times to adjust my ratings. This time it is taying this way. In 5 years they have put one directional tires on backwards. The tire went bad eventually. They did turn it back but said everything would be okay. They broke the door handle on our carmy. They did fix it after we had to go to them about everything and push them to get the work done and own up to it.. now if you want a tire that you purchase off the internet because their tire prices are crazy expensive they will charge you $45 per tire for mounting and balancing. Im done with this place. My entire family has used them and we are now using the Mexican shops down town they mount and balance for $20.. and do really really great work. Very disappointed in Discount tires and we wont be back. Please do not try to get us to change the rating again. People need to bypass this business and work with the mom and pop shops. Thats it

Im from California and normaly go to Americas tires and this place is almost identical just with a different name. Same helpful staff with outgoing personalities and quick and reliable work done in the shop as well. Definitely worth the drive if you are looking to get a good deal with great service.

Horrible tire store. We were lied to by 2 different employees. They told us a tire was punctured and wires were poking thru the inside. We went to look at it it had no wires poking thru nor was it punctured. It was damaged by the employee taking the tire off the rim. Then they didnt want to Honor the warranty on the tire. After I took pictures and threatened to get an attorney the manager came out and replaced the tire. Do not do business with this bunch of crooks.

Ive bought four sets of tires from these guys in the last year for myself and friends and family, they are prompt and knowledgeable while having your safety on the road their main priority.

On my way to Houston from New York, we stopped over TN to rest. Apart from the TPMS light that stayed on after installation of 4 new tires, the guys who work here are fast, exceptionally polite, professional, and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, I wont be able to comeback to have them fix the tpms since I noticed it late Saturday and needed to get in Houston by Sunday. Overall experience was great!

These guys are awesome! Ive been coming here for years now and they do a good job and are very quick for service. Ive had both of my high-end BMWs here and they take care not to mess the cars up, keep it clean, and know how to work with them. They never carry my tire sizes, which is understandable being that I have very wide rear tires and that theyre run flats, but always get me what I need the next day and give me a used tire until the new ones arrive. I would recommend these guys over the others, even the BMW dealership! Im a life long customer, for sure!

Had my tires rotated..didnt even get out of the parking lot with it..it was making a clicking noise so loud...come to find out the bent my carrier barren and stripped all my lug bolts..ugh..called Kyle the asst manager and he seemed real unconcerned, like it was my fault...if you can go somewhere else

We’ve used discount tires for the last 8 years and appreciate their prices and honesty. They may not be the fastest but you can trust their work they perform. Highly recommend!If you have an issue and take the car back they will fix it.

It was a little frustrating, I ordered tires a few days before my appointment and asked if they would be open for Saturday morning. They said tires would be in on Friday, I said awesome 👌but I show up on Saturday morning and tires are not there... They said theyre on the way, an hour passes and still havent done anything with car, another 40 mins pass and nothing... finally the sales guy said hes at exit 20 and theyll do my car next.

Called today to try to get tires for my truck and ended up on hold for 10+ minutes with no one answering the phone. I don’t see how a place will get business when their workers won’t even pick up the phone.

Friendly service. Giving 2 stars because I payed for tires and waited for almost two hours just to be told they didnt have the tires in stock that I bought. It was after they removed the original tires before they realized it.

Purchased a set of Cooper Discoverer ATP 265/60/18 with the warranty for my 2015 F150. I’m very happy with the tires, and I am very happy with the customer service. I and out in less than an hour. A few weeks later I had a tire that was thumping at low speed. Took it in to get looked at. The tech identified the issue and my tire was replaced. No argument, no pressing, no 3 or 4 visits till the did it. They took care of it immediately. They have a customer for life.

The music playing was a Christian radio station and that set the atmosphere perfectly! I am very happy to have came here. This place is good at sales but follow up service seems like an afterthought.I came in to have a nail removed from a tire. I was told it would be hour to hour and a half. I had a doctors appointment in 50 minutes that I called and pushed back another hour. Better than 2 hours later I got my truck. Needless to say missed my appointment. While I was waiting for them to finish a lady pulled her BMW straight into the first bay and stepped in to the guy I’d been dealing with and said “ they always have me just pull on in” and proceeded to tell them how much air she needed. The guy literally dropped what he was doing and went out and started checking her tires??? Too many new tire stores to deal with poor service.Just an update I had to bring my truck back in after 4 days because low tire light started flashing. I was told that when I was in earlier that they broke the sensor and had to replace it and needed to reset it now. They did take it straight in and got us out in less than 30 minutes this time.

I got a set of tires for 526 but whats great is its a lifetime warranty ... With road service!!!
