I got my oil switched to full synthetic. Price was good and it didnt take that long friendly staff. I suggest not to get any services if you are in a hurry. This is not a 10 minute oil change place. Good quality work for half the price !!

Got 4 tires… really no point in a appointment. It’s really.. first come first served. They did a great job

I give them a five because they were very informative and the sales person that I had in the store he gave me information that I would not have known and directed me into a different path which is more beneficial to what I needed

Never a poor experience at the steelyard Walmart tire center.... excellent customer service... purchased a set of tires ... took less than an hour... in fact I was shopping when they called and said your car is ready...I do not like the steelyard... but due to travel / convenience I chose that Walmart... I have gone to tire center once prior and all of the personnel were professional and courteous... never ever waited for service but if course I only make appointments if I am the first one... and the other time I was a walk in and arrived before auto center opened......my advice... try for yourself... I mean even drs appointments don’t always work out in a timely manner if you are not the first one... thanks Walmart for service and price and unsolicited diagnosis about tire rod... I left you and went to Bubbas on rock side road and they were surprised I made it... they kept my vehicle and took me home fixed it 2 days later and I am safe ....forget those poor reviews from people that are just discontent with their lives and need attention by complaining

They did a good job for the service i requested...the only downside is that there is only one associate assisting a bunch of customers. that makes the waiting time much longer.

It was hard to get a representative for the auto care department and the results were negative for the auto parts that I was trying to find the representative was not experienced or had any type of knowledge of automotive parts

I have had two experiences with this specific auto center, both are worthy of one star. In one instance I made a 1pm APPOINTMENT to have my tires changed. I showed up on time, and was told they would not get to my car for another hour. I tried to be lenient, but what is the point of making the appointment and showing up on time if Walmart doesn’t honor or value your time? I had to wander around the store for an hour until I finally decided to take an Uber home. They told me the tire change would take one hour. I didn’t hear a word from Walmart until just after 5pm! Absolutely unacceptable! Are you expecting your customers to wait in your store for 4 hours for a tire change? If that is the case, change your policy and set the customers expectations that it will take a full work day to put 4 new tires on even with an appointment. On top of this, a lug nut went missing on the rear wheel after a month...are you serious? That is unsafe!My second experience with this tire center was equally upsetting. My newly painted wheels came back with severe nicks and paint chips! Okay, I can accept nicks around the outer rim of the wheel as that’s where tools are creating metal on metal contact, annoying, but I’ll be lenient. The problem is that my wheels were nicked and chipped on the front face of the wheels closer to the center of each wheel and they didnt ask if I wanted to replace my valve stems! I did want new valve stems...Why is that acceptable?Overall, I couldn’t recommend this place any less. Terrible experiences.

Is zero stars a thing? I had ONE tire that needed to be patched or replaced, got told one hour two separate times, and four hours later I still have no idea what is going on. This should not even be considered a functioning auto center. Might as well be closed.

Place is HORRIBLE when it comes to their customer service and their auto care service! They had my car for 4 hours and called me the last hour saying they couldnt even fix the problem. Told me I need a new tire and they didnt even have my tire size! I had a flat tire I asked could they at least put my donut on so I wouldnt have to ride with a flat with my 1 year old in the car and they told me no. NEVER AGAIN! I wouldnt recommend this place if it was the last place on earth to get car service done! Took my car to Tire Depot on Pearl and only took them 30 minutes!

Im only giving them 1 star because I cant give 0. Actually, if I could, I would give them negative stars. This is easily the worst place Ive ever had a tire done. I took 1 tire, already taken off the car, 4 hours later the job wasnt even started, let alone done. Only after I got there and complained did they start working on the tire. I recommend that you avoid this Walmart at all cost.

I would rather give negative, extremely poor management. Waiting for 5 hrs for oil change, first time in my life, I asked them how long it may take, the Chinese guy kept quit. Will never be there anymore.

Truly sad service I called ahead to make sure had the right size tires once I arrived to the store the guy just wouldnt sell me what I came for so I left with nothing

Slowest service ever .u might as well go to a ten min oil change. price has gone up and u will wait 2 hrs for your car and thats when they are not busy . what a joke
