Wonderful place to live! My husband and I have lived here for a little over 2 years and we cannot say enough good things about this place. Not only are the apartments beautiful, but the entire team at SCA truly cares about their residents. Also very pet friendly with no pet fees!

A great place to call home. This building is unique and the apartments themselves are extremely nice and updated. Definitely not like your avg cookie cutter apartment. You can’t find anything like it in Tremont/Cleveland area. Another great thing about this place is they are super accommodating and welcoming to all pets. Management is quick to help and super involved in the community, which is a great thing. I had a wonderful experience here.

Joe and the management team at Wagner Awning Building are always super helpful with anything you may need. The apartments are super well kept and really felt like home. I really enjoyed the large open floorplan our apartment had and the huge windows in our bedroom and living space. SCA is always making improvements to the building to keep it in the best shape. I was super thankful they installed black out shades in the bedroom and regular shades in the living space for extra privacy and comfort. It was a great addition. I felt very safe living here; which is a top priority of mine. The building comes with great amenities such as a gym and patio spaces. Cant forget Leavened bakery across the street for a morning coffee and pastry!

Wagner Awning is definitely the best place Ive ever lived. The apartments are a beautiful mix between historic and modern. The building management is incredibly responsive and seems to truly care about their residents. No pet fee and parking included makes the price very reasonable compared to other similar properties. And the location is great - within walking distance to lots of restaurants and shops. If I hadnt moved out of state, I would have stayed at Wagner Awning for several more years.

Just passed 4 year mark with Wagner. Property management team here is amazing from administrative to maintenance. Surrounding areas continue to flourish and close proximity to towpath make great for walks with dogs and/or bike rides. If you have dogs, you want to live here for sheer peace of mind! The 100+ year old hardwood floors are tough and durable and add character to the modern design. Newly added window furnishings are awesome. Overall have have nothing but the best to say for this exquisite complex and excited to see the Tremont neighborhood continue to develop at a rapid pace. 5/5

Wagner Awning is a beautiful place to live with much character - brilliantly blending the historic nature of the building with a modernized feel. Gorgeous loft apartments with quality furnishings in a thoughtfully restored historic building. Hands down my favorite place I’ve ever lived! Josh & the management staff are phenomenal & will go out of their way to make sure you’re happy. Very ethical & conscious of respecting longtime neighborhood residents. Dog friendly - no pet deposit or pet rent. Quiet building & friendly tenants - feels like home. Highly recommend.

The Wagner was an amazing apartment in a great location of Cleveland. The management is extremely responsive and if I ever had any issues, they were resolved next day. If my wife and I werent looking to buy a house, we would have occupied an apartment at the Wagner for years. Would recommend to anyone.

Moved in for the original hardwood floors and MASSIVE windows, stayed for the awesome community. The only apartment Ive heard of in the area with no pet fees. All appliances are new. Landlords are responsive and reasonable. Would recommend this apartment building to everyone.

My (now) husband and I moved to Tremont a few years ago together and decided on the Wagner in a split second. Josh was very helpful and our decision to move there was easy once we saw the phase II portion of the building being completed. We loved the original hardwood floors and open living space. Only reason why we moved, was to move into a larger space ib the Creamery!

I moved here in the middle of a pandemic with only pictures to go on. My friend, who did residency at the hospital I work at, told me about the Tremont neighborhood and said she lived here all through residency. I found the Wagner awning building (and the SCA website) online. I would have lived in any of the buildings, but this one had availability and I didn’t want to miss out. It’s pet friendly, my apartment is so spacious and the management goes out of their way to make it a wonderful living environment. Would not want to live anywhere else in Cleveland!

I loved living in this building!! Absolutely stunning unit, lofted ceilings, spacious bathroom, the appliances and cabinetry in the kitchen, the stacked washer/dryer, the FLOORS! Great location, who doesn’t want to be a stone’s throw away from the Tremont Taphouse? An animal lover’s dream! Many apartment buildings in the area have breed restrictions, weight limits, pet deposits and other fees, not here. My rescue pittie was right at home. We only left when we decided to do the whole homeowner thing.
