I contacted Fast Signs last week to get vinyl lettering done. I told the girl that the letters had to be 6 inches high, she quoted a price which I paid and then sent me a proof with letters under 5 inches tall. When I asked them to change the size to what I asked for, they tried to charge me an additional $100! I will never deal with this location again! Call the North Olmsted store its worth the drive!
