They did call back after they saw the review. They did give me some helpful leads. Couldn’t get out of them lecturing me about how busy they are. And for future reference they do not work on diesels. Which is not clear anywhere online.

I recently needed to launch my boat at whiskey Island and had a very short window to launch before a flight out. Of course when I got down there the batteries of the boat were completely dead. Not only did the guys at TAG have the 3 identical batteries in stock, but they dropped what they were doing, and put them in the boat for me so I could launch right then and there. As someone who had never been a prior customer of theirs, this was pretty unbelievable service and they saved my day, allowing me to launch and get the boat situated and make my flight! Thank you Tom, you and your new mechanic were great!

Never, ever returns phone calls. Bought a rebuilt motor from Tom that he installed and warrantied and it never ran right. Had it back several times over the summer and never was fixed correctly. I even offered to pay to make it run the way it should. He took my money no problem, but after that I guess Im on my own. My advice, stay away, unless you have the patience to deal with unreturned phone calls and poor service

Seems like the tune up was done right. This is a very busy time of year for this outfit. It took a week longer to get done.
