I have been drinking Distillata water for over half of my life. I used to be under the assumption that water is just water - its all the same. I am constantly reminded this is not true with every sip of water from my Distillata water dispenser. You can feel the quality of the H2O the moment it hits your lips. Whether the natural spring water, or just through their reverse osmosis system that i have, Distillata has shown me that when a company cares about their products, they are better. This is a family owned and Cleveland native company. Every time i see a delivery truck in NE Ohio i am reminded that i made a simple choice, but the best decision i could have made for my water supplier. I will never use another service, as when i have minor maintenance/issues they are resolved almost immediately. This company cares about its customers and is not part of some corporate chain. 5 stars forever, and thank you for being a model of success for other family/Cleveland bred companies.

Great product and friendly staff! It was so easy getting the water cooler and jugs delivered, highly recommend! Having hot water on tap is a game changer. If youre thinking about it, this is your sign to try Distillata!

Distallata water is the best. The distilled water always tests 0 ppm. The delivery person did a great job. Prices are very fair and it’s a local business that I feel good about supporting!

I go directly to distillata because it is only me in the house so I do not get it delivered. Very friendly service and all I have to do is open my trunk and they take out the old and put in the new. I used to get spring water but have found reverse osmosis water. Never knew water could taste so clean and refreshing. Thank you distillata. 😆

If you want to be charge double without notice then this is the place for you! This business just took $240 out of my account just because they can. When we called her, you can hear in her tone she didnt care, basically told us oh well because we are on auto pay she can go in our account when she want and charge how she wants! If youre going to charge double you should inform the client! She even said because weve had the account for a while she know we like the water so we cant say that we are dissatisfied with the purchase to get a refund! I feel like she stole money from us! You would really do a customer like that and Christmas is right around the corner? If i could leave no stars i would. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY

Very bad experience for last couple of times, last 2 times they miss the delivery and no phone, message or email has been sent to me for not delivering. Very poor and bad service should not count this for service.@Owner If you want to contact please do that so if possible resolve my issue.

Lowe’s has been sold out of water weeks and I haven’t been able to exchange my 5 gallon bottles. I ordered 10 bottles online from distillata and it was delivered the next day. Easy to use, great service.

Customer service is very helpful and delivery times are fast after placing order.

I have always been extremely happy with my Distillata product and delivery. However I am very dissatisfied by the fact that I am forced now to enroll in an auto pay. My experience on the phone with Stephen was extremely aggravating, he was like a robot repeating the same response. I just want to have the choice of auto payment. Evidently Distillata does not offer this any longer (I have been a customer for over 10 years). My customer service experience was extremely poor.

They provide an excellent service for our business. The driver is always polite and friendly. I wish all companies were this easy to work with. Highly recommend.

Terrible customer service. I am grateful I witnessed how awful the service was before I even started with this business. I was in the process of signing up for residential bottled water service and encountered problems with their customer service from the very beginning.The customer service rep didnt have any interest in actually helping me, he just wanted a quick sale. The delivery person never gave the promised courtesy call and when I called to check on the status, 30 minutes before the end of the delivery window, I was told there was a problem with the delivery truck. THIS was NOT the problem. I understand things happen. The problem existed with how the customer service rep was rude and even hung up on me all because he didnt want to deal with the problem. I wasnt irate nor was I rude to this person; I just wanted to know why I didnt receive a call. I missed work to receive this service. When I called back, the woman was even more rude and refused to listen to why I was upset. This was no way to treat a new customer. Luckily, there is a great market for this kind of service in the Cleveland area. I found a more professional business right away.

We are a business in Cuyahoga Falls. Our delivery man is outstanding! We never run out of water and hes always very nice!

We had good experiences for years. Our delivery men have been great always. But within the last year we had two bottles that almost ruined our carpet and ruined a shirt of the one carrying it. The bottles had black carbon soot on the bottom of them which was very hard to clean up. No, it’s not from air pollution like a representative tried to tell me! I believe it is from setting too long in a dirty warehouse.

This was my first time buying this brand of water and I am very disappointed. My 10 year old granddaughter grab the first one and said grandma, this taste like Tap water 💦 I tried one and sure enough it taste exactly like Tap water. This is my first and last Distillata SPRING WATER yuck.

Ive ordered for several years and I pay as I order. They are telling me months later that they never took out the last payment and telling me that I owe.

This is the best artesian spring water I have ever tasted. My doctors office has it i iike it so much I ordered it in my car in the parking lot have had it ever since. Never had a problem at all with the service.

Terrible customer service. We utilized this company since they seemed to be the only company who offered the water we wanted in glass. However, they consistently shorted us on the bottle deposits by not giving us the credits for the empties. Each time I spoke to a representative I was told that they do not do statement inquiries, and managers could never be reached.Consequently, I left several messages for a manager to call me back but none ever bothered to contact me. The representatives themselves were of little help due to the lack of communication from the driver to the office. After a while I would have to call after every pick up to confirm that the number of empties that were picked up was correct. Although on the statement, we would still be short one or two bottles; at $18 for each deposit it slowly added up to be quite a large amount.BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY !!

You bottled spring water taste like tap water. If this dosnt change i will stop buying your product and tell everyone i know not to trust your company. I know alot of people. Fix the water

Our office delivery is very hit or miss. Driver will claim we are ok on our usual day without even stepping in the door, despite us being completely out of water.
