Horrible company! Their drivers started randomly choosing not to make deliveries, and they never notified me when they decided to leave me without water for months at a time.I switched to a different water company, and now Magnetic Springs refuses to pick up their empty jugs. They are stealing my deposit from me by this refusal. Its not a large amount, but why would a company be so shady?If they would just provide good service and actually make deliveries, then maybe they wouldnt be so desperate to steal the tiny deposits from their customers.
Computer ordering, or calling by phone and ordering items doesnt work. They cant seem to talk with thier drivers, the heart of thier customer service team, or direct them with the correct loads or delivery locations. Changing your order doesnt work either. Poor customer service and lack of concern for long term dedicated customers.
