I’ve worked with this company a couple of times and so have one other of my coworkers. I needed my windows tinted on my Tacoma. Originally I chose this place because they have been around a while. They know their stuff here and I have no need to go anywhere else.

Would not honor lifetime remote start warranty.called several times told owner would call but never did,called several more times owner is suddenly not available. They did great work on installing a radio, some mishaps in the beginning but end result was great. Now I’m convinced they’re closed because they never answer the phone, return calls, or answer the emails from their Website on the “contact us” section. I shouldn’t have to pop up at the business to schedule an appointment or ask about installation and it’s not around the corner so I don’t know if I’d be showing up and they’re closed for the day or shut down permanently.

Even though they were unable to ultimately overcome the issue, just to be clear here they did not install the equipment originally, they put in a significant effort to get my remote starter working on my Jetta. The explanation I got was spot on and made complete sense to me, very well put by the gentleman who worked on the car. I would recommend this place hands down.

Called to price and find out length of time needed to put on a remote starter and tint to vehicles. We were told to drop cars off for remote starters and tint by 10 AM and that BOTH would be done by COB. Called after 1 to see if they would be able to get to other car considering they closed at 4. Was told that they would, but when we showed at 2:30 the one car was still being worked on. At that time was told that they needed 45 minutes to complete 1st car. Car didnt come out if bay til 4:30. Needless to say, other car never got touched. Was given excuses about employees being late and then working on others. They definitely need a better system. I will not recommend this place to anyone unless they dont care about car being held ALL DAY.

Noyz & Toyz got me together real quick with the tint. I called in at 10a asking to get 2 windows tinted today and pulled out at 12:30p the very same day on point. Great work N&T will be back. 2011 Ford Edge.

When to shop for rims.... was told to come back on different date 2x just went somewhere else to buy them

Got my 03 Tahoe a remote starter appointment was at 10 am drop it off at 10 am and they didn’t start working on it til 3 pm by that time that close at 4. When I go up up there they told me 2 hours to 3 on installation they did it in less then an hr now my remote starter has not work since I left there shop sad $250 for what?... not true I just changed the brake switch bought a new one and still the same it works when I take the park Lp relay off on my fuse box ima need to come back so you guys can fix this problem asap

Man truck still there getting fixed had a Friday drop off I dropped off truck to find out they couldn’t start it till Monday they never called to tell me .Made plans to have truck fixed or was using a friend car it’s now Tuesday still no truck hope for all of this it sounds good !!!!!!!!!! Great job on the tint, 0 starts on appointments. I was scheduled for 9 in the morning, they didnt work on my car until 3 PM!! Left the shop around 5. They do a good job working on your car, but they suck at time management.

I wanted to get the windows tinted in my new car and dint know where to go. I searched and found this place online. They were close and the reviews seemed good. I stopped in to check the place out without an appointment. Even though they were working on a lot of cars, they said to leave it. They called me 90 minutes later and it was ready to pick up. The price was fair and the work looks great. Definitely check them out!

I had fog lights installed on my car, which I had sourced from Amazon. Being specific to my car and no reason that would / could stock such an item -- all good. Installed quickly, quality job and most importantly -- was able to set (& keep) an appointment. Most places look down and will call you back. I am very happy with the work provided and am thinking about a stereo upgrade.

I went down to Noyz & Toyz Saturday May 16, 2020 to pay for my rims and have them installed on my X5 BMW looked grate after they were put on. The problem came about one week later I was driveling my SUV and my driver side wheel almost popped off my nephew came to my rescue, and I was late for work do to this emergency. He opened the center piece and two lugs fell out the other three were finger loose all four wheels/rims were lose I really could of lost my life or took someone else’s I literally drive the freeway to and from work everyday. Luckily l pays attention to my suv and pulled over to see what problem was. My life was sparred and the life of some one else. (THANK YOU GOD.) My rims came with no locks but I got a key for them. I stop down at Noyz & Toyz yesterday to get some type of understanding of this situation because I feel like my life was played with and was told that the owner will be in tomorrow on a Wednesday and he will give me a call. GUESS WHAT THEY CLOSED ON WEDNESDAYS...

The remote start i bought as a gift for my daughter doesnt work right. Doors lock and unlock on their own.Lights just flash and wont stop. Sometimes doesnt start,door wont unlock, alarm goes off on its own.Returned to get it fixed was told it is fine! $%=÷×@!! Now we just want it taken out!

Many jobs done here, Ive had two 15s installed in my Volvo years ago, I bumped louder than any man around.. years later I had remote start on two of my cars and never had a problem with any of them... recently I purchased some rims and the owner was able to get them in quick and mount and balance them (other shops send you to other places for this to be done which is inconvenient) they were beautiful and reasonably priced! Cant complain!

The new facility is well equipped to handle both large and small jobs. The staff tells you what to expect up front and if they have any questions, they will call and ask you. The owner is pretty easy going and offers great pricing on audio installs, window tint, automatic starters, vehicle wraps, wheels, and many other services. Definitely worth checking out if youre looking for a trained staff to work on your vehicle.

Im going to say something good and one thing bad, but with some empathy. My service in the store was friendly and professional. I was impressed and made my appointment and my install was done on time and workmanship was good. No complaints and we have a plan for the next step. What I will say is they are hard to get on they phone/email so I wasnt able to tell them to also add another component I wanted installed 3 days in advance of my appt.I also am glad that they are a closely held business and do not have employees hanging out in the store eating money. I can respect that as a business decision. I will have them install the next component, regardless.

Dont bother with this POOR customer service! N & T website says, No matter how sophisticated the design of your car key is, we are adequately equipped with the necessary knowledge and apparatus to replace or restore them. After 3 calls over a 4-day period, I finally got a return call from the locksmith, who apparently didnt have time to leave a message. When I finally spoke with a salesclerk - never spoke directly with the well-trained locksmith - I was told they dont do Mazdas, one of the most popular car brands in America! Need a car key replacement?... Id try anywhere else first!

Called the day before and was told to have the car there before 11:00 am for a tint job would take about three hours. Got there at 10:30 and was told they didnt know how long it would take, was told there was two vehicles ahead of me...and that they had appointments too!! He said he didnt have any idea when he would get to my car.So why do you make appointments? I would like to make this one star a no star. Will not be going back there. STAY AWAY.

I decided to get my boyfriend a remote starter for his car as a surprise for Christmas. I live out of town so getting there to get the box to give him christmas morning wasnt going to be easy. Kamal gave me some good ideas and helped me figure out how i could give it to him for christmas without having to make the trip in. He even offered to drop the alarm box off closer to where i live. Had a Groupon for tinting for Noyz & Toyz but it was impossible to make an appointment. They ignored emails and their voicemail was always full for weeks on end. They would not even respond when contacted by Groupon. Serious questions about their ability to stay afloat.

The service here was the worst that I have ever had at any auto service facility.They were to open at 10am and they were late. We paid for the Remote starter and around 10:30 we were told that they did not have the item in stock so they rescheduled us for the following Saturday @ 1pm. We got there on that Sat early, @ 10 am. We were informed that they would start on it at that time. So we left the car there and called back around 2 pmAt that time the car was not done actually they were just starting on the car so when we arrived we sat around as they continued to say that they would be finished in 10 minuets. So after hearing this for more then 40 minuets we finally got the car. They were very unprofessional,rude & slow. I would never ever go there again for anything. Please take my advice. I wish someone would have saved me from that lousy experience

Inquired about getting new wheels for my dart. After they requested photos they told me they had plenty of the type I requested but then wouldnt reply about a price or making an apointment. If you dont want peoples business dont waste their time.

I had an appt to get my headlights and tailgate tinted. I showed up at my time and they told me the guy who does it was not there. So I asked if I could see what the tint look like. They showed me some old ass car with shotty work. Bubbles all over the headlights. Then I wanted to look at the rims, that guy wasn’t there. They said the tint guy would be there at 12. I called at 1230 and they said he still wasn’t there. They asked me to leave my number for them to call me when he gets there. I got no call at all for the whole day. Not even to say he wasn’t coming in. They probably forgot about me. That is absolutely poor customer service. I’ll take my service and money somewhere else.

Absolutely awful customer service. Would never recommend this place to anyone. I had an appointment for window tinting at 2:30, the owner said it would take about 2 1/2 hours. Went back 2, hours later, my car still wasnt worked on. They said that the guy had something come up and was on his way. Went back 1 hour later, still nothing. Ended up taking my car somewhere else. If I could rate this place in the negative I would. Definitely go somewhere else for your car needs. It was a waste of time.

Very poor customer service- I walked in and no one even acknowledged I was there. After I had my starter installed, they told me Id have to come back for the second remote bc they ran out. No apologies for this inconvenience. When I asked the owner what I could do if something went wrong with his product, his response was, Nothings going to go wrong. The remotes will not work from across a small, empty parking lot. I need to be within 40 feet for them to work, so why was I told theyd work up to 1 mile? The best I can say is, the wire work is very neat and clean.

Went in and had a remote start put in my 2016 Kia Rio. I talked to Kamal who was extremely nice. They got the starter insalled in a little under an hour. He explained to me how to use the starter after it was installed. Highly recommended.

I spoke with Kamal (the owner) in person and made an appointment to have a remote starter installed and window tint done for my new car. On the day of the appointment, I dropped my car off before noon and was told by one of the employees that they didn’t have the parts for remote starter, but would still take care of the tint.When I went to pick up the car 5 hours later, I was informed that that my tint wasn’t installed. But I never received a phone call nor was I notified about the issue. Had I been told there was a hold up, I would have gladly rescheduled the appointment.Kamal apologized and said he’d call me the next day to let me know when the part would be available and he promised he would “make it right.” Big surprise, he never called.This just shows what little respect they have for their customers and their time. If you want professional work done on your car, I highly recommended you take it elsewhere.

The absolute worst service Ive ever had. It took them 6 hours to install car radio and they completely destroyed my dashboard breaking pieces and refusing to admit they have done it.
