They did me right, on a difficult back window! They had to remove old tint too, so that made it a tad longer, but overall wait wasnt too bad! About an hour or so it took.

Dwayne is very professional, precise, reasonable and takes pride in what he does... Hes tinted more than one of my vehicles... He NEVER disappoints!! Highly recommend!

Service was good, the only thing that wrong was that they drained all the power from my jump box. And it took 2.5 hrs for them to tint the windows on my car

I got there in the morning to drop my truck off and they called me when my truck was ready. They took care of me it didnt take that long either. I got two cars tented. The “tent man” AKA is the best in Cleveland. My tent looks amazing. No bubbles, no discoloration and the work was guaranteed. I will be back:)

I went to get a full car detail done. I dropped off my car early in the am and picked it up in the evening, just to find out it wasn’t FULLY cleaned. The worker redid it again. But he was making excuses how stains( which were light stains) can’t be removed. Also they’re multiple areas he didn’t even bother to touch! That’s lazy tbh. They’re more known for tinted windows which is why there’s good reviews in that but don’t get a car detail done here. I found them on Groupon. You get what you paid for unfortunately.

I called them to fix botch tinted work on my van from another shop. When I arrived, the staff was very helpful. Mark replaced 3 of the windows. I will be returning Monday so Mark and his wonderful staff can correct the rest of the botched tinted windows. Tint-N-More definitely provided top notch customer service and Quality work! 💯

Excellent service. Mannerable flexible and available. Great job Cleaning a filthy teen car! Minus one star only because the car was wet for three days. Soaked but the stains were deep so still great job.

The cleaning was rather superficial. The seats were wet and had a lot of brown residue that I soaked out using a towel. The windshield wasnt cleaned - even had the impression left by the suction cup of my GPS stand and some old stickers. There door jambs werent cleaned at all. I called and was asked to come again. When I went, they looked at it and asked me to come back another day. Just too much hassle. They should do it right the first time.

Poor customer service, was getting install previously paid for & suddenly told cant get to my vehicle because someone else showed up right before with a more laborious job which would take all day & my job is only an hour. About to just pay out of pocket for someone else to install. A bunch of BS in this building!

Saturday afternoon I called to schedule a window tinting. The guy told me to come up there in about an hour and he would do the job. I get there in about an hour. It was nowhere to park so I parked across the street. I approached the guy I spoke with on the phone and he tells me he cant do it today that he could get me in Monday. Couldve told me that on the phone instead of allowing me to drive 25-30 minutes and turning me around.

Totally unprofessional. I had to ask them to take my number so they could call me when they were done. Claimed the trunk wasnt included in a full interior and exterior detailing. Also cause a spider glass crack in my windshield and ignored it.
