I caught this place trying to sell refurbished shoes on their wall!! Look closely at your shoes and I recommend you dont go there.Not only did I find that the first time Ive ever stepped into a footlocker, I overheard the manager say that black people never notice. DONT GO TO THAT STORE! I normally dont ever post but I feel bad for people going there

Really disappointed! I spend 3 hrs looking for a pair of basketball shoes for my daughter she has tryouts for basketball tomorrow and finally found a pair she liked .The staff was nice and very helpful but... failed to pay attention one shoe was one size was 1 size bigger than the other she was very upset! I know it happens but the time is very important and I don’t have time to go back to the store and exchange!

Everytime I shop at Footlocker I receive nothing but excellent service. Theyre very patient & if youre in a hurry they can ring you out quick. Theyre full of vibrant positive energy & they never make you feel uncomfortable. Conversations are never dull.
