AMAZING CAFE! Cant say there are a lot of cafes in Cleveland/ohio city with an amazing rooftop view that also serve beer and wine along with coffee! Staff was nice and friendly and open late for beautiful night time views of all of downtown cleveland!

Cute cafe, enjoyed stopping here with a friend for a midday caffeine break. The coffee was great, baked goods looked amazing (Ill try them next time), the space itself has cool decor, free wifi, and wonderful service. Great spot to hang out or get some work done. This is also a hostel so guests were coming in and out, kind of funny. Id certainly love to stay in a hostel that doubles as a cafe!

Okay first, I had no idea that Cleveland had a Hostel, so yay for that discovery. The coffee was delish, the pop tart was fun. Great atmosphere, fun and cute baristas. Great overall coffee experience.

Lovely service, great place to work with well positioned outlets and sturdy wifi. Had a delicious cortado and an iced chai to drink, the toast and Bundt cakes were spot on too!

Ian is the best coffee and toast maker this side of the Mason-Dixon line or any line for that matter. There could be a hundred people in line and he wouldnt even be fazed. He would just be like hey man welcome to passengers will get you an awesome cup of coffee real soon. Seriously if youre near Ohio city get over to this place get the toast with the hot pepper Jam and any of the coffee cuz its all good

Very good coffee Wednesday. Hot chocolate so so. V good service. Never saw market area so quiet. Only poor mentally people with no gloves or hats. Might stay at the Cleveland hostel this weekend for break from home. $25 is a great deal. Best in Cleveland easy.

Very nice employees, but they only serve black drip coffee and blueberry muffins! Not much of a cafe if you ask me.Edit: They did also have local beer and wine

I had the most pleasant experience this morning! Not only a great cortado, but excellent service and atmosphere. I am from out of town, and since I arrived during a lull, the owner was happy to give me recommendations of things to eat and see around town. Love that he supplies local pastries. I will definitely return each day his week while I’m in town!

Coffee was great! Customer service was awesome! If you are late for an appointment or anything this isn’t Starbucks, this coffee shop creates art and that takes time. For anyone coming in for a good over all coffee experience this is a great place to just be.

Friendly, educated staff. Love that they carry Phoenix Coffee. Nice selection of snacks and specialty drinks. Ask your barista if you can take your beverage up to the roof for a beautiful view of Ohio City and the West Side Market! You will not regret the several flights of stairs -- its worth it.

This place has a nice vibe. It’s a hostel so there are many people who come in and out. It also has great coffee which is what brought me here.

MENU - They have a full lunch menu and they are also open for breakfast. They also serve baked goods such as cookies. They have drinks as well such as coffee and hot chocolate. They can cater for you too so if you are having a party or office lunch, just call them ahead of time.

Very cool little place! Great coffee (natch) and the berry scone was sublime. Loved the view from the rooftop terrace too. Definitely will return.

The gentleman who served us really made sure he was giving great customer service. He was so friendly and easy to talk to! Not the fastest but it’s fun watching him create each coffee masterpiece.It’s also nice a cozy! Google will lead you to the back of the building but it is on the front strip on 25th.

A very cozy coffee shop with a lot of charm and great atmosphere! They have many delicious pastries, outstanding coffee, and delightful staff. I’m looking forward to visiting again soon!

The greatest. So many outlets. Great staff. A food selection that is the same five things every coffee shop has. It can get cold in the winter because the space next door is abandoned and unheated.

Where in the city can you get an excellent cup of coffee from one of the top roasters in the US and sip it on a rooftop patio with the best panoramic view of Cleveland? Passengers Cafe! Serving bottomless cups of Onyx Coffee Lab coffee for $3 is a steal! The cafe has lots of character. Where else can you serve yourself drip coffee from a telephone booth and eat free cherrys from a bowl?! The owners of the cafe are super friendly and hospitable. In a prime location just down the street from the West Side Market you can get your coffee fix and food shopping done with ease. Love it!

This cafe is part of the Cleveland Hostel but is open to anyone. They have great, fast WiFi, plenty of seating, a front patio and an incredible roof deck that even has outlets! The staff is extremely friendly. Its one of the best coffee shops in Cleveland.

Loved the view from upstairs. The staff was friendly and shared great info about the city with mem the coffee was really good and the home made pop tarts were phenomenal. Next time im in town i will definitely return

Great coffee, great people, and a cool atmosphere to work in. They intentionally installed plenty of outlets, and the internet is much faster than any other coffee shop in the area (20+ Mbps). Plenty of space both inside and out (and on the roof) to set up shop and get some work done. This has become my new go-to mobile office....check them out!

4 out of 5 for difficulty in finding the cafe (lobby of the Cleveland Hostel) and finding parking (street, or a far away parking lot that looks like it required money), but a 5/5 for friendly staff, great customer service, a beautiful view of the city (hint: rooftop) and a tasty selection of beverages and snacks.Not much more than bagels and a few artisan pastries when it comes to food, but the coffee was delicious.
