My food was delicious but not cooked the way I requested. I had to separate it all and cook it some more myself. I was missing my fruit and cookie I requested and paid for. I also had no napkins, utensils, or a straw for my drink. I contacted the location to let them know and spoke to a really nice manager I believe her name was Charlotte. (Im bad with remembering names.) The day and time I went to resolve my issue it was so busy we could not really talk, she ended up just giving me a lemonade and 2 cookies.

Delicious and healthy! I was glad to find this in downtown. I got the vegan power bowl and it was a moderate portion but still filling. The falafel is amazing!

Super delicious food, great atmosphere, and VERY reasonably priced for the quality of food you get. Loved the portion sizes as well! Im always looking for healthy options near school (being a college student is practically a full time job these days), and I will definitely be coming back soon! Great place!! The food is very good. They do a really nice job. If you order anything there it’s a very long wait and a bit of a hot mess. Make sure you order on the app before you arrive. The app looks nice is easy to use and works well. The cold pressed juice feels a little over priced. $5 for probably 8oz. Bottle.

Delicious, healthy options...I was pleasantly surprised by how savory the Immunity broth was. I almost thought I was drinking a pizza! 😄I had fun using their vibration stand while awaiting my order. Before and after I figured out how deep to bend my knees.

The folks at REBOL are a fun group. The restaurant is uniquely positioned on public square. They offer a wide variety of drinks and food. Id visit again.

It’s so hard to find food that is genuinely nutritious and also tasty, every place that has gluten and dairy free food Is usually significantly lacking in taste, but this is all delicious. Highly recommend to anyone health-conscious

So, decided to give this place a try, and got ignored when trying to order. Right when I was about to walk away, an officer came in and they greeted her immediately and ask for her order. She turned to me and asked have I already been help…That’s my experience. The menu looked great tho!Btw: it was slow, and no one was at the order stations.

Greetings!! I will say that food (Breakfast Bowl with steak was AMAZING). But the young lady who told me that my order was ready was very short. Attitude on 10. Thats not enough to keep me from going back because I am. But great customer service can be the difference between a loyal customer and one who wont patronize you....great food....

I dont understand why they dont serve breakfast all day. Its a huge bummer especially when you work third shift and want breakfast before you go into work. I could maybe understand if the breakfast menu was super elaborate but the main difference are the eggs and a bun...so you cant utilize eggs and a bun all day? It doesnt really make sense and is frustrating as it limits my options. Because of those limited options Ive only had a couple things on the menu. I wasnt disappointed with the taste, that was fine. Also the customer service is inconsistent. One time I went, it was great. Another couple times... lets just say it left much to be desired. If they served breakfast all day, I wouldve given a higher rating.

Very accommodating for restricted diets (vegan, peanut- tree nut for my group). Food is yummy and diverse. I love eating outside and playing ping pong there and watching the water display with kids playing in it.

If youre looking for healthy food downtown, this is the spot. Food, vibe and service are great. I appreciate a super healthy option when most other convenient options are not healthy at all.

Really good food. Definitely recommend the group pack as well. $40 for a ton of food and makes it so easy to order for a family or group. We made 3 big bowls with kids picking on some of it and had a ton leftover. Easily enough for 2 more bowls. We have a few dietary restrictions and found it very easy to order to accommodate everyone which is unheard of in a group pack.

I visited this place in September 2020. I tried the powerplant 2.0, vegan powerbol, overnight oats and the breakfast bol. For the breakfast bol, I had it with the falafel and without the eggs & goat cheese to make it vegan. At the time, jackfruit was an option to add to the bols, but that seems to have replaced with tempeh sofrito. Anyhow, everything was delicious & I only rated them 4 stars because it’s not an all vegan restaurant. However, they have good vegan options.

Good food, nicely presented, very flavorful, and a good way to eat well while feeling good about the ingredients. It is very reasonably priced as well.

Rebol is a fast-casual place that does a nice job marketing itself as healthy. While certainly healthier than many of the options in the area, I wasn’t THAT impressed. The food temperature was lukewarm and tasted decent — I also felt that the food wasn’t overpriced (especially compared to how much a similar place would charge in another city), so that was a nice plus. They have decent options for customizations (eg., gluten free buns, etc, which was also good to see.

Love this place. First place I go to eat when in Cleveland. Their pairings are cleaver and healthy.

Visiting from Florida, looking for a place to get a yummy warm drink and get some work done. They were so kind and welcoming! Not the friendliest town I’ve ever visited, but this staff made my day so much better. Super cute set up! Definitely need to come check it out :)

WOW!!! If you love healthy, hearty, delicious food, this the place for you! I visited Cleveland for a conference and happily stumbled upon this place. I visited everyday of the conference during my lunch break. I highly recommend the pork bol with the sweet potato pico and the yum yum sauce—plus whatever else you’d like to add! Seriously, this place is amazing!

An AMAZING place for breakfast! We went here twice while visiting Cleveland and enjoyed it both times.

High quality, tasty, and nutritious food. Because of all that, you end up paying a fair bit for not the largest portions in the world. However, for someone whos health-conscious, this is a green oasis in the desert of greasy fast food that is downtown Cleveland. I highly recommend the Acai fruit bowl, in particular with almond butter.

Nice and clean on the inside. Food was good, but not enough for the price. I was asked if I wanted chips.....2 chips per order??? If I do go back I will definitely order a side of chips, hope its not 2.

I tried the build your own bowl with kale and highly disappointed I did the curbside and with tip spent over 15 dollars for lunch. My latte was not sweet and the bowl was very scarce it was barely anything in the bowl. I doubt I would eat here again for lunch. Not worth the price and didn’t taste all that great!

First time here and thoroughly enjoyed my lunch. Just outside the doors of Tower City and on the edge of Public Square making it a great location. At first glance ordering seemed confusing but actually it was very simple as you worked your way through the five steps on the sign. Close to the office so I’ll be back soon.

Vibrant place to eat yet simple and so delicious the location has good views of downtown. We ordered twice before leaving. I would recommend this to anyone that wants to try something new I had a infused berry tea and my fiance had a non gmo fountain drink that they make.

From out of town, Buffalo, this place is amazing. The design of it is very trendy. The freshness of the food hands down beats any of the urban Mexican restaurant chains in out of the water. Would love to see one open in WNY!

As a vegan who regularly goes downtown to the library this was right down the street in the middle of public Square. Very clean and extremely nice staff. I wanted something for like brunch and this smoothie acai bowl was sooooo good. I need to make more of these myself. It wasnt extremely sweet which is a good thing. The fruit on this bad boy was so freaking fresh I would love to know where they get amazing blueberries. I got the chips and guac (which has blueberries) : in it and it was also good but since I cannot really have tomatoes I couldnt eat all of it. Anyways, i would like to try this play again. Fast service too. Definitely recommend.

Holy hell. This place is amazing. They have a great food and coffee bar selection. I got the white bean falafel bowl which came with delicious kale salad, hummus, charred red cabbage. They have something for everyone and are reasonably priced ($16 for dinner and a bulletproof coffee).

Parking is kinda hard to find at first but I found it my second time around. I was able to pick up my postmates delivery instantly and get it to the customer. Looks really nice and clean inside. I cant wait to go back and try it myself.

Every time I describe this place to others they say so like chipotle?. As you can build your own bowls (hence Rebol), I guess it could be described as like anyplace that allows for that, but the resemblance ends there. I generally just order one of their pre-designed bowls, but the varieties of bowls you could create are likely endless, whereas the quality of the ingredients involved never is. Give it a go, I dont think that you will be disappointed.

I loved this place, the food was so flavorful and fresh, and they had some cool gadgets in the shop too that were really interesting to try out!!! The food is super healthy and delicious. I would 100% recommend this place, its also conveniently in the middle of the city square.

We stopped in while we were in town on business and will definitely be stopping in again. It was a quick walk from where we were downtown but I imagine parking would be hard. The food was absolutly delicious. I was also amazed by how visually vibrant and colorful the food was. We got a make your own bowl and it waa nice that we could put in our own favorites. The black cherry soda was also super tasty

Thanks for being there! Got hot chocolate for the kids after ice skating. They said it was the best they ever had. I got a mocha and I would agree. It was delicious! Got four of the paleo chocolate chip cookies. So soft and flavorful. Everyone loved them. Staff was very friendly and the store is clean.

Our whole group enjoyed our meal here! Fresh funky and healthy options. The order was correct, delivered quickly, and tasted so amazing! Some of us went back later for 2nds. We are from out of town, at a conference at the convention center, and this meal got us started right. Thanks!

Super delicious, crave-worthy food!!! Seriously, everything they make is *amazing* (including their coffee- get the Banana Pancake Latte, you wont regret it). REBOL is also a super great option for those with celiac disease/gluten allergies and intolerances- my friend with celiac disease felt super comfortable with their policies/attitudes towards managing cross-contamination, and experienced no adverse symptoms. Way to go, REBOL! 👍

Staff was incredibly helpful and kind. A wonderful local business that deserves support! I had a cinnamon honeybun latte that was super tasty. Their food is top notch quality! Tacos are some of the absolute best in the city.

Ordered 2 smoothies and an acai bowl. Found shreds of plastic in 1 of the smoothies. Such a shame since it was delicious.Manager attempted to remedy the situation but did not follow up. I never received a gift card via email like promised. So today was my first visit, I’m a bit older and I’m also deaf, but Carly made me feel like a regular customer, she didn’t get frustrated with me, she took her time to write down our entire conversation on paper for me! most! Most ! restaurants lose their patience with me because of my disability! it really felt good that she treated me like a normal customer like a normal human! She doesn’t know how her kindness really lifted my spirits today because I came in so sad, Although I can’t hear and I held up the line she reassured me that I wasn’t holding up the line she even told me to take my time ! I even taught her some sign language which she understood and followed along really well,”! Carly was there for me and that meant so much! Plus THE FOOD SHE RECOMMEND WAS ON POINT ALONG WITH MY ICED BANANA LATTE THAT SHE SUGGESTED!!! Rebol is awesome !!! So if you guys stop in soon make sure you say hi to CARLY ! Walked in my glasses were foggy up so I took them off to and asked what kind of stuff they sold and he offered to “look it up on google or look at the menu” walked right out. I’ve worked for customer service before and I’ve never treated anyone like this. Proper training .. well needed & as a new costumer would not come again

Rude staff and disrespectful people here. I really dont know why. Ive been in many coffee shops and I havent ever seen rude barista like who works here. My friend, who just did an operation in dentistry and cant talk at that time, and I was ready to order and the rude lady asked my friend about the order, I talked on behalf of him because he cant talk after an operation in his teeth, she said to me I dont talk to you. I dont know if she selects customers randomly and theres a preference for who is talking. I ordered hot coffee and the coffee came cold. I came today at 3:30 PM and I met the rude barista (white, blonde chunky lady wearing blue shirt and smokes outside most of time). And I dont want gift card, I want real sorry and PLEASE PLEASE respect the customers. She was the worst thing that I met today. I know the owner will say SORRY here to protect his business only and don’t care about my feelings. I was so embarrassed by her in front of many customers and my friends who were with me. Really made my day so so bad because of cup of coffee

Caveman cometh and was nourished. If youre Paleo, vegan, clean eater or just looking for a hip fast casual restaurant offering deliciously healthy meals REBOL is it. Having a peculiar location, overlooking the public water park this restaurant features a unique menu with varied choices of protein, bases, extras and toppings. Mine was a Spanish spicey cauliflower rice base with grass fed beef, sweet potatoes, and mixed veggies with a Japanese creamy steak sauce. Every bowl is served with a Paleo crispy wanton. I had a cup of bone broth plus a can of coconut water. I was set. Also the staff was super friendly and helpful. A definite must visit if youre downtown.

Delicious takeout!

Honestly, just ordered through DoorDash and was so disappointed. I ordered tumeric milk, a green smoothie, and two breakfasts. I was ready for a long wait time. As DoorDash told me it would take about 90 minutes to fulfill my order. I wasn’t expecting it to come lukewarm/cold. The driver hadn’t taken that long long to deliver my food. The smoothie was filled about an inch away from the top, which I could have overlooked. Yet it was so watered down/lukewarm i threw it in the freezer. So waiting to drink that. But the tumeric milk was gross because it was cold. I’d assume if you get an order you make sure to make hot drinks right before the driver gets to you, so you know your giving out product you would be proud of. At least that’s what I did when I was a barista. Now let’s get to the breakfast bols. They where small and cold and the whipped goat cheese tasted too salty . And after eating mine, I’m really really hungry. 40 bucks down the drain. I’m more so angry about the drinks. I hate to write these kinds of reviews but Having worked in all aspects of running a restaurant and cafe this was ridiculous! I understand being burnt out. But be proud of your work. Push out product you would want to pay for. If it’s anything less your just not doing your job. Regardless of how much you get paid, (yes iv made 7 bucks an hour and worked my butt off to give good customer service) care about your work!

A few friends referred me because they know I am vegetarian, as well as a fan of Town Hall. I had my first Rebol in July and have been back at least once a week since. I love the options and enjoy discovering new combinations of flavors. My new favorite place for lunch.

Nearly everything is gluten free! Amazing mold free non toxic coffee, almond milk MCT oil golden milk / turmeric milk lattes. Falafel for vegan options. This place is the healthiest and best food around. Gluten free brownie is super good too!
