Visited the StarBucks at an extremely busy hospital location. Quickly discovered as a visitor, that I should have placed my mobile order rather than waiting to walk in. I ordered a sandwich — not available. In fact, most were out at 11:00 a.m., including breakfast and lunch. So I opted for a Grande chilled drink. I waited for 45 minutes for a Chai Tea. I thought I planned ahead but even with running to my appointment (in the same building), I was late. I had to ask employees to bump my order up, which they kindly did and apologized for the wait. I suggest, whenever possible, phone your order in ahead of time. BTW, my chilled Chai was very good!
Do not like their coffee! TOO STRONG, even regular! Ive tried, but its s just not my kind of coffee I guess. To each his own. Sorry.
Dont drink coffee or frequent there, but this one off drop in I experienced this time was alright!

We have been coming to the Clinic for many years and I have always appreciated that there is a 24 hour Starbucks on campus. It is a nice thing to have when you have a family member in the hospital. However, the service that used to be very good, in my opinion, has declined drastically. I understand that this location is extremely busy and probably very stressful, but we have never noticed that this affected the employees when they dealt with customers in a negative way until this most recent experience. The best example I can give is Wednesday night, we went in and the staff behind the counter was dancing to whatever song was on, which in and of itself is fine, but the music and staff were very loud. .I think you should have fun at work, but we could tell they were annoyed to have to stop to take our order and it took a minute to acknowledge us. I was ordering 2 things and in the middle of ordering the first item, the young man at the counter asked my name. Unfortunately, he said it so quickly and mumbled it so I asked him to repeat whst he said. He rolled his eyes and said your NAME in addition, i asked him specifically to exclude an ingredient for one of the drinks and he did not listen. Its not going to stop me from going there, but staff needs to be .ore accommodating to people in this type of setting

It was so good i got a bagel and it was amazing and a mocha Frappuccino with no coffee it was so good thx guys
Waited for a mango Dagon fruit for a half hour break is 30mins this has happened two times. Ask the so called manager why this is going on? He looked at me and said I don’t know what to tell you. Didn’t offer to fix the drink on nothing he walked away ( as he called me aa**hole as I left)....... NEVER I MEAN NEVER WILL I GO BACK to that place again. THE WORST!!!!
This is the worse starbucks in Cleveland. Mobile orders 90% of the time are 20-30 minutes past the time the app provides. They always blame it on their printer system but never fix the problem. They need to put in the app when they have delays. Caregivers are away from their patients and scheduling pick up is inconvenient just not at this location.They prepare drinks by sitting cups w/o lids along the counter while talking over them and possibly spit, hair and skin flying around to end up in your drink. They dont wear hair nets by the way. Then when you cant wait an hour for your coffee and want a refund that process keeps you there for another 10 min.This is a disservice to the hospital and employees. They also never have a full menu to order. Nothing is ever available. Today they dont have any sandwiches... NONE. Whoever the owner or store manager is need to get this together
I have a sweet tooth and was just checking out Starbucks, because I dont frequently stop there and look around. To my surprise, they had some goodies to go with my coffee! The confetti sugar cookies are the best sugar cookies Ive ever had!! Kudos Starbucks!!
Very long wait when ordering in person but mobile ordering is not any better. Constant mobile order issues; either item not available when I arrive or somehow still end up waiting close to 10 mins after the items projected ready time. Product and service not worth the extended wait and frustration.
Employees dont care how long it takes to make a coffee. Just over an hour for two simple lattes. Not the service expected from Starbucks. Employees just talk about how long a line they have and dont pay attention to their jobs. Especially in a hospital if you have to return to a patient. (Not even mobile ordering speeds things up.)
I had coffee & a bagel. They were delicious. I would recommend this place. Last wk I had lemon cake & pumpkin bread & they both were most delicious.
They have good service. Only problem is the volume. This is the busiest Starbucks in Northeast Ohio. Now we have q second location on campus. That had made wait times a little better.
I love Starbucks but this one was not good. I got a drink that took 20min and it was a half a cup of the mocha I ordered and a half a cup of whipped cream which I asked not to be put in. I would have just got another but didnt have 20 more minutes to wait.
Went to the Starbucks in the Cleveland Clinic. They had bagels and pastries displayed. When we ordered something they said they didnt have any of that. Why was it displayed? We werent happy with it.
There is slow and then there is this Starbucks. Waited in a line with 3 people ahead of me for 15 mins for a dark roast coffee. Only positive, they’re open 24 hours.
It could use just a old kettle of water boiling on an old wood stove. Give Coffee the For Real Taste!
You’ll wait 20 to 30 minutes for your order. People who ordered after you get served faster and the staff is rude. Maybe if things slow down they’ll be able to handle the orders. Coffee tastes stale and/or burned. Not your typical Starbucks.
Overpriced, doesnt taste all that great, too confusing and not my cup of tea. I can go to speedway or circle K and get much better for a tiny fraction of the price. Most of the people- employees and customers Ive had the pleasure of dealing with on the extremely, extremely rare occasion that Ive come in have been rude, condescending, have their noses in the air and act like they poo rainbows and glitter. If Im going to go to an upper scale coffee shop, I prefer caribou coffee. Unfortunately, where I live there arent any caribous around me.
My daughter must have stopped here. My wife and I do not like Starbucks Coffee.
This is one of the busiest Starbucks locations. Considering this fact, if you are not in a rush, I have no problems ordering here. The staff is very friendly. The only problem I have when it comes to my order is I have to check my coffee to see if they actually filled my cup all the way. Sometimes when they are too busy, they leave too much room at the top with the specialty drinks and I have to ask them to finish filling me up.
They have the best coffee here. They ran out of their breakfast sandwich that I wanted, though, and had to substitute it with a different one, that I didnt care for and they also ran out of the blueberries for the blueberry oatmeal and he substituted a fruit and nut mixture, which was fine, but I wanted the blueberries. Service was good, though.
I always love my coffee drinks. Sometimes it takes awhile to get it and you may spend your entire lunch waiting, but I guess thats why its important to use the mobile order.
It is a very busy barista. Wait times are pretty bad but they offer mobile orders so, you can avail this opportunity. Considering how hard working the staff are, the coffee tastes good most of the times. They seem detached reflecting the work load. Courteous and friendly though. I would give them 5 stars if they improve their wait times and the consistency of taste. Very convenient for employees who work long hours for a refreshment. The snacks are very pricey.
I agree with previous reviews.staff very friendly and respectful. At least they tell you have a nice day and they really mean it with the smile on their faces. The guy with long hair and blond girl very nice, always happy even if very tired. great service!

Super busy coffee shop in Building H of the Cleveland Clinic. Its better to order on the app then pick up your coffee, otherwise youll be there for 15-30 mins waiting on your stuff. Food is ok. A good break from cafeteria food, but nothing special.

Wow. Terrible coffee. Where do they buy the beans? At goat fodder auctions? I prefer to use freshly thawed glacier water and beans that I have harvested and processed myself. Anyhow, I just ordered black coffee. I recieved something that was hot, and visually resembled coffee. It had a distinct, burnt mold taste with a delicate aroma of donkey dung with a clean, hydraulic fluid aftertaste.
I love Starbucks their specialty drinks are just so good but unfortunately I cant drink coffee anymore but I miss them
Has to be the absolute worst Starbucks Ive ever been to. The only reason they got a star here is because it wouldnt offer me a no star review. After waiting nearly a half an hour in line, we waited at least another half hour before asking for a refund. The drink cups that had out names on them were all wrong, and then the barista still couldnt remember what we said three seconds after repeating the drinks. Mind you, this place is in a hospital, and it was definitely the filthiest Starbucks, including a flood on the floor, with very dirty counter tops. Nothing was organized. It was complete chaos behind the counter. So disappointed. Ive been to many of Starbucks that have been crazy busy, and all of the employees have an amazing method to get smoothly through the madness without screwing everything up. This crew, looked like someone hand picked them off the street, and stuck them in a five star hotel with no experience, and they were expected to serve a party of a thousand and then failing severely. I watched some people walk away and just take the wrong drinks because they were tiered of waiting. If youre desperate, go ahead and try your luck. Your better off just ordering a straight coffee here. Because obviously - a Venti, 2 pump, coconut milk mocha, is way too confusing for them 🙄

EXTREMELY BUSY! Dont be surprised if you have to wait as they get tons of mobile orders and you dont know where you are in the process when you order. So even though you are the only one in the shop dont assume it will be a quick trip. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
I have been to too many Starbucks throughout the US to count but...this location is definitely the best one I have ever been to! The employees are very friendly, quick to make ur order and remember your name and what you drink!

I waited 20 minutes on 12/24/18 for two Danishes and a donut only to be told that they did not see my order and part of what I ordered wasnt available. It was not even busy at that time for such mistakes to occur.
This was literally the busiest Starbucks I have ever been to. Granted it is located within the Cleveland Clinic...the space is small and cramped, I felt nervous about my order being lost, their were many mobile drinks prepared before mine for people that were not showing...it was a difficult and stressful coffee experience 😲
This is one of the slowest Starbucks ever. Youd think with a customer base of doctors, nurses, patients and their families they would make it a priority to be quick, but they do not. If you dont have at least a half hour to get a drink, you should order ahead with their mobile app, which seems to be popular but probably contributes to the slowness. The staff are nice and everything tastes of Starbucks if thats your thing.
I was standing in line and looked behind counter sae the lady switching out the egg packets on the floor. I guess she thought it was ok because they were on a crate but then she put the entire crate that was on the floor back in the cooler/refrigerator. Mind you this Starbucks is inside of a hospital.
Very sad how long the wait is. Too busy making drinks for customers who are waiting patiently in front of them. It is honestly quicker to driver through Cleveland with rush hour traffic just to wait behind a 20 person line. Slower than flash the sloth.

I have to give a shout-out to these super hard working baristas! This the busiest Starbucks I know of, there is always a line of doctors, nurses, and staff as well as patients and guests. Even so the baristas work to get drinks out quickly and keep their promise to fix it if its not right. Ive had nothing but good experiences there, although I have had to wait up to 20 min. for my drink. I suggest doing a mobile order a few minutes before you plan to go.

The cashier was nice. When I recieved my order and it wasnt all the way correct the barista had an attitude, when she fixed it, she gave it back but the drink was now spilling over the sides and she handed it to me like that!
Everytime my husband is admitted back into Cleveland Clinic I become a regular down at the Starbucks in the Main Campus. He was diagnosed in April with a rare type of Leukemia. I got my usual yesterday, Venti Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappe + shot of espresso. It was the first time I ever got one that tasted terrible. I think there was either something missing or, well Im not sure what it was but it did not taste anything like what my mouth was expecting. Since I was juggling my things for the day and its a long walk to the elevators and then up to the 11th floor I had only taken a sip or two. After his drs came in I was going to go back down and ask for a replacement but instead I bumped it and it went everywhere. It gave my husband a good laugh. He even had some of it on the back of his little bald head lol. Im giving you a 5 because every other order has been great!
Starbucks always has great service and great drinks. This location does a great job.
This is a nice Starbucks inside of the Cleveland Clinic. It is always busy, but using their app you can order ahead. The service is usually good, but watch out, they tend to mess up orders fairly often.
Busy at all hours. Be sure to order 10-15 minutes ahead on the Starbucks app. Their espresso-based drinks are good, but I wouldnt recommend ordering filter-based coffees since they taste bitter, as if the coffee maker has never been cleaned.

I was a caveman frozen in a block of ice for thousands of years and after the scientist thawed me out the first place I went was this Starbucks. I was way tired and I needed a boost. I got a black coffe with a double shot of espresso and a cake pop. 4 out of 5 stars because the spelled my name wrong on my cup.

Just terrible staffing. I dont know how you guys operate but maybe 2 people do mobiles and 2 do walk ins and 1 cashier to speed up the pace you know it be busy in the AM
