Designer Perfumes is the only place I go to get my perfume.I give them an A ++ for quality, prices and customer service.

BEWARE!!! I just bough a bottle of A*MEN cologne. I have been wearing it for over 10 years. When I got it home and opened the wrapper, the seal on the box was already opened AND the authenticity label was blacked out. I went to bring it back and they said no returns. I told them I would just take a new bottle if they can show me one that wasnt opened (the actual box, not the wrapper around it) EVERY one they showed, the seal was already opened on the box. They said, That is the way it comes Whats worse? No refund AND they charged me the same as Macys (which is selling the actual, authentic cologne) This has to be illegal!

Im being with them for 5 years and I never have a problem with my perfumes and employees are very polite..

Today I drove from Sandusky Ohio over an hour to go to strongsvillie mall . while there I decided to stop at designer perfumes and purchase my girlfriend a bottle of Dolce & Gabana. I paid 48.99 for the bottle . Once I drove back to Sandusky I gave my girlfriend the perfume, she was very happy until taking the bottle out the box & it being completely empty!!! I immediately called up to the store and let the lady know that sold me the perfume what the issue was. I let her know I travelled over an hour for an empty bottle. NEVER once did the lady apologize for the inconvenience. She said just come back we can exchange it ! I reminded her that I live over an hour away ! still no apology! I informed her that Ill be taking a trip back there this Friday for my exchange! Being that Im driving a hour there and a hour back AGAIN for the perfume I feel as if I should just be able to have a refund!! But of course the receipt says NO refunds!!! Im just very upset & embarrassed that I gave my girlfriend an EMPTY bottle of her favorite perfume !!

BUYERS BEWARE!! DO NOT BUY PERFUME FROM HERE. SOLD ME A FAKE COLOGNE THAT I HAVE BEEN USING FOR MANY YEARS!! WHEN I TOOK IT BACK FOR RETURN, THEY SAID I HAVE TO PROVE THAT ITS FAKE, REALLY?!! JUST HORRIBLE AND OVER PRICED.
