I remodeled my bathroom and bought everything from Home Depot. Unfortunately the top of the vanity that they said would fit did not. It needed to be offset and it wasnt.My contractor suggested Euro Stone and Tile Inc and I worked with Marcos. The marble top was made and installed with a wonderful deep sink within 2 weeks. Its beautiful and I love it.

We needed a fireplace hearth and went to five places one day looking after narrowing it down from about 15 online reviews of companies. We found the perfect quartzite. Horrible Experience!A Client of mine outsourced her counter-tops(for the remodel I was performing) with this company. She walked in this location and was greeted by a man named Danny, whom ultimately installed the counter-tops for her. They mistakenly but wrongly measured two different areas of the tops AND still installed them. Easily should have caught the error - but Danny said nothing until I mentioned it to the homeowner and she reached out to him. However, they did rectify one of those errors. Regardless of the lack in quality - Danny was very unprofessional and made my client feel uncomfortable with how he spoke and suggestive comments he has made.Use another company! There are many available - so take our advice!

I needed to quickly replace a countertop for existing cabinets that had been damaged. I visited the Euro Stone Warehouse, found a beautiful quartz piece to match my existing counters and it was installed the next day. Fantastic customer service and quick turn around.

Showed up to our scheduled appointment and it was closed so we waited in the freezing snow for a few minutes. As we were about to leave, our salesman strolled in without a care and with no phone call to let us know he would be arriving late. We decided to give him another chance and looked at their inventory. It was very limited and prices were high compared to competitors. He offered no information and only shared knowledge when we directly asked questions. He then sent us to check out their large slabs at a distribution center, assuring us they were open and saying he would let them know we were headed over. After driving 20 minutes to get there, we were met with another locked door. The time the distribution center closed was an hour earlier than what was stated on the business card we received 20 minutes prior.Very unprofessional and a waste of our time!

My Husband and I are doing a Bathroom remodel and we needed a stone windowsill to finish the job. It was only a small piece but Euro Stone was very accommodating. We got same-day service and great customer service. He even waited for us to come pick up our piece before heading off to an appointment. Price was also reasonable, especially for the good quality. I would recommend them for any job big or small!

Marko and his team were fantastic. He was able to help us find the perfect slab for our renovation, measured it to fit perfectly (with renovations rarely are walls perfectly straight or plumb) and the turn around was outstanding. I’ve waited 23 years for my new kitchen. And my new granite countertops are worth the wait. I work from home and my countertop was installed while I was on lunch. When the men left you would never of known they were here. Not a drop of dust or debris anywhere. The only thing they left behind was a smooth shiny countertop. Honestly the worst thing I can say is they made going back to work almost impossible. After they left all I wanted to do was admire my Gorgeous countertop, run my hands across the cold smooth surface, feel the slight beveled round curves of the edges and just let my eyes dance over the surface and see what appears to be just tiny random little sparkles. Excellent customer service from Marko. I called to inquire about some stains on our existing marble. He offered to have us try a product for free and also recommended a restoration company if it didn’t work. Unlike other companies, he was not trying to sell me unnecessary products. All I can say is amazing! Marko and his guys are professional and efficient. I had them do a some granite work for my outdoor kitchen last year. This year I made some changes and was concerned I would need a whole new countertop. Marko sent his guys out and they made the necessary changes right in the field. Euro Stone did all of the counters when we built our townhome two years ago. The quartz we chose in the kitchen and bathrooms turned out great and they also did a tall quartz backsplash up the wall and around our range hood which turned out beautifully. Marko is very friendly and easy to work with. When one of our counter seams separated in the kitchen due to some settling of the house he sent his guys out within 24 hours of my call to fix it. Great customer service and quality products.

The owner texted me to give him information. I sent all info and told him they would be in tomorrow. My clients show up and no one was there. And when my clients called him, the owner said he never heard of appointment. They also never responded to email they asked me to send. If they cant make time for work dont agree to do a job. This was how I was treated as well as my customers with two decent size jobs. Very poor customer service.

Excellent customer service was received by both Marko and Danny. They worked together to ensure our project was completed quickly and efficiently. They had the quartz I wanted at a great price. The installers were very courteous and respectful of my property and cleaned up after each visit and did not complain even though it was bitter cold and a snow storm was coming through at the same time. Danny even secured us a plumber who came the next day to reconnect all the plumbing and install the new faucet and disposer as he knew I had no time to search for one. Marko and Danny are two fair, honest and trustworthy men. I could tell they truly appreciated my business. I do not give recommendations lightly. These two men along with the installers all did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend them if you do not want the hassles and aggravation that “could” come with the alternative.
