Wonderful job. We have a older Lakewood home with uneven walls. They did a beautiful job with the installation. Kitchen looks amazing., Staff is very kind, and professional.

Because of their low pricing, you should definitely look at Granite Depots selection of products. Emily was a pleasure to work with, as were the template maker, and the lead installer, Ricky. They know what they are doing and do it well. I am pleased with my results.

My husband and I personally cannot recommend granite depot. I have seen negative reviews where they say they have never worked with someone.they installed our granite. Our granite was not installed properly causing the granite to crack in several places and they refused to fix it. We noticed it several weeks later after the basement contractors were allowed to start working again with COVID per Ohio law and they refused to fix it. They said we signed off on it. There was a significant language barrier with the installer and we were only asked if it looked pretty nothing else. They said it was our responsibility to determine if it was installed correctly. As a homeowner how am I to know if its installed to standards, I have to trust the granite installer to do the job correctly. From the pictures you can see the granite not level yet the cabinets were verified as being level the day before. No Rod was used on underside of granite near sink which is per the Marble institute of America Standards which caused bowing and the granite cracked in multiple places. When my husband called a woman was screaming at him loud enough someone came from the other room to ask if he was okay. They refused to fix the granite said we must have broke it which is ridiculous. We asked how is it possible we could have done it to which she said nothing. She then said we must have done it when we put the sink in yet we did not put in the sink Granite Depot did.

I would highly suggest going somewhere else to get countertops, my countertops cracked and they refused to do anything after they attempted to fix it and caused it to look worse. I went into granite depot I demand answers and they called the police, the young Asian kid even had the nerve to threatened to come to my home.Yes it cracked 9 months after install, every other place gives a one year warranty on the countertops. But you don’t, and yes we did come to an agreement which included rather than replacing ever in of countertops we would just replace that section. I was going to pay a separate company to do the install of the new section and you guys would provide the material. Then you guys wanted us to pay for a new measurement? Even though we were paying for the install and saving your company the cost of replacing all the countertops and backsplash. Granite Depo kept changing the agreement. And yes I took a receipt and you called the police and said I robbed you and assaulted you, which was a complete lie and know you have told me to take you to court?

Would highly recommend granite depot. Emily was great to work with and helped us from the minute we walked into the shop. We had a tight deadline for our project and Emily helped to work us into the schedule in a reasonable time frame. She communicated with us throughout the project and answered any questions we had. The crew that came to our house to install the counter tops was excellent as well from measuring to installation to clean up. We were very satisfied with the quality and price at granite depot! Granite Depot exceeded all of our expectations, we are so happy with their work! It’s a scary process picking the right colors and then determining timelines, but they (especially Emily) made it a simple process every step of the way. They were also very accommodating to our crazy needs and were quick and professional. Their work is perfection and every detail was taken care of. Dont waste your time here, my husband and I went there and they dont have experience with countertops, one of their fabricators was in the front showroom and they were talking and arguing about a mess up they had done on a kitchen and the owner or lady in the front was telling the customer Im sorry we cut it the island short but still you can use it,, it seemed like the customer had a 12 inch over hang for stools and they cut it way short and would not replace it.

Granite Depot did a great job on our countertops and at a reasonable price. We would recommended them to our friends. We worked with Emily in the office who delivered everything she promised. At our house Ricky was the chief installer and he was particularly helpful and efficient giving us several good recommendations.

They did our kitchen countertops and it turned out great. We have had them for a few months now. The staff was very patient and helpful when we were struggling to pick out a piece of granite. Called us when new pieces came in stock that they thought we would like. very responsive. There was a small language barrier at times but we just had to repeat ourselves sometimes to make sure we were all on the same page (some of them spoke excellent English). When we hired a local guy to do our tile backsplash he commented on how good they did with the seams and asked who installed it. Finally they left no mess for me to clean up which really impressed me.

The experience started out great in the process of purchasing granite countertop..the communication needs to be better in terms of what to do before installation. Emily was attentive to helping me pick out granite. The good part is we did get a free sink. Once the granite was put in, When I got home, there was the remaining debris from the old countertop scattered all over my front lawn. I was not happy about that. The measurement of the granite was off but they came back out and fixed the problem immediately. I’m giving a rating of 4 because no apology was offered for the debris on the front lawn.

Installed a countertop and broke a few months later due to installation, company won’t work with me to fix at all. Go somewhere with better customer service

Love my countertop but was left hanging on sink. They said the plumbing had to be done separate so I hired a plumber then found out sink wasnt installed either 😒It was just placed back where it belonged. I have no experience, why pay a professional who would not at least install the sink as well?? Now I have to either figure it out or hire someone else to install the sink. This could cause mold or ants in my case. Beware they will literally only install the counter.

We bought our kitchen countertop through Granite Depot. They had such great prices! $1000 less than another company we had looked into for the work. Emily was professional and called us all the time to keep us in the loop of what was going on and what needed to be done. We picked out the granite, they came to measure that week, installed 2 weeks later and it is beautiful! We are very happy with Granite Depot and will recommend them to everyone. Had granite installed in my kitchen. My first experience with them was excellent! This was back in 2020.2nd time was not that great (2021). Customer service had gone down in terms of quality. Beautiful granite though and work was done quickly.Probably will not use them again because of the bad experience the 2nd time but could be a one-off case.

We decided to check into Granite Depot after a recommendation from our contractor (JFE Remodeling). We selected our quartz slab from MSI Surfaces and then coordinated with Emily from Granite Depot for a very smooth installation process from measurements to completion of 100 sq ft including almost a full slab island. I would highly recommend their services!

Terrible Company Stay Away!! They did a terrible job with my Kitchen install, measured wrong, they still have not refunded my money!! They dont speak English, very hard to communicate, still not corrected.
