THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN STITE AND ON THE PHONE. NO ONE EVER PICKS UP THE PHONE EXCEPT FOR THE PHARMACY AND THEN THEY ARE RUDE SAYING THEY CANT HELP. DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS LOCATION EVER

The store is okay but customer service is awful.the staff is rude and disrespectful..If you ask for assistance with anything..they act as thou you are bothering them..Who interviews these people?? I believe the problems start at the top..

Brianna at Walmart was extremely helpful. She was working the door checking receipts on 8/12/21 around 7:20am. First great customer service experience, I look forward to many more.

Ghetto, rude, slow and dirty = Walmart Steelyard Commons. Store manager Rob is the one of the few hard working and professional employees at this Walmart. My experience was HORRIBLE to say the least. I was THREATENED, yes THREATENED, by a teeny tiny beta male who is works for OSL which is located inside of Walmart. OSL IS AN INFERIOR COMPANY and it directly reflects on Walmart as a cooperation since Walmart allows OSL to do business in their stores. All in all, AVOID Steelyard Walmart and ALWAYS avoid ALL OSL locations unless you like to be threatened by employees, slow service, dirty stores.

Horrible customer service. Long long lines prepare to spend hours there if your going grocery shopping.

If you call get the persons name so you can keep them accountable. Also ask for the managers name.. Hilariously bad service! Every one here should be fired and this place shut down immediately! Except for Latoya! After an hour of trying on the phone she was the only person who was effective and did what she said she was going to do, Thanks Latoya!
