I cant say anything bad about this place! They are clean and I have seen them clean behind customers. Luke wipe the counter and hand baskets down. I am a frequent shopper and I have never had a bad experience they usually say you get what you pay for but sometimes its really hard to believe that some of the things that I have purchased from there was just a buck!

I have been shopping with Just a Buck for a very long time. I will say for as long as they’ve been open, but today was a very disappointing experience. A short haired, brownish reddish color with glasses was extremely rude to me for no reason. The young lady was helping me was handicapped and was using a walker and all. So I would have to assume the lady didn’t appreciate how slow she may have been going. So she came over to help and when the last bag of mine was packed, she threw it on the counter. Thank god I didn’t have any glassware in the bag. I told the cashier that was working with me that the items left in my cart I couldn’t get because I only had two reusable bags and I’m on the bus. So the older woman who was helping the cashier, stormed from around the counter grabbed the cart that had the items in it and asked if all of what was left going back? I said yes. She ruled her eyes and moved the cart. She had an entire attitude from the moment she began helping the young lady who was helping me. It infuriated me because I am aware that the team members who work there are usually if not all handicap, should they be subjected to someone with an attitude like that? I just spent almost $60 in that store and I do usually, so how do you treat people who are patronizing the business like that? I think she was a manager. Anyway, people do not deserve to be treated that way.

I love this store. It has great things for just a dollar. Its organized and people are very nice as well.

This is truly a hidden gem in South Euclid. If you have kids coming with you, you should take them here if you´re running errands and cool stuff for cheap prices.

This is a truly incredible dollar store, where people can get wonderful, unique childrens activities, tons of great nick nacks and even gifts for many different people. I came here last year for my secret snowflake from work and I was able to get things for every day of the week. Since they have rebuilt, I still love to go here. Its wonderful that its employees are people who could not get jobs otherwise, and they are helpful and industrious.

No hello, no response when I said how are you. Male at front register, greeted the person in front of me and be hind me. He didnt even tell me my total, he just put out his hand for money. Customer service is antisocial.I did notice that I was a different race than everyone else in line, made me feel unwanted in the store. I wont come back. : (

This store is so cool. I always find unexpected goodies here (recently bought a Snazaroo facepaint kit). I grab my household staples here too (cleaning supplies and wrapping paper). If youre a fan of Dollar Tree, youll love this place.

Good products and variety. Sometimes 2 for 1 or 4 for 1. Provides jobs and learning for adults with developmental disabilities. Great place to support.

Always new items, nothing more than $1, some things even less! This shop employs Mentally challenged adults through a job training program, so you are helping people at the same time as bargain hunting. Best selection of $1 balloons anywhere!!

I loved the Mayfield road location before they rebuilt the plaza. Now it seems as if they dont stock very much. Most times there is a lot of empty space on the shelves.

The employees are friendly and I love store I can find what I need in the store and if I cant I can ask anyone in the store and they well help me find it.

Just A Buck employees local individuals with disabilities, so if you are impatient or rude, please stay away. The staff are very sweet and it is litterally all a buck (or less). You wont find top shelf products here but it is a great place for quick party supplies, balloons, snacks and yes school supplies on the cheap!My only quirk is it can get quite disorderly but I think that is more customers then anything.

Prices are nice merchandise As Nice store was a little bit cluttered up and down the aisles otherwise okay.

Enjoy shopping here the Staff was very very pleasant. Found everything that I need plus extra. Always walking out with a little more but its worth it.😁😁😁😁😁.

I use to love shopping here but never will again I went to grab two items today it was 8:57pm and I know the store close at 9pm thats why i was grabbing two things thats it but the lady that work there told me they were closed although there were other people in the store and wouldnt let me shop and told me to leave this store will never get my business again she was very unprofessional

Just-A-Buck is my favorite dollar store primarily because of its employees. They are friendly and helpful. Great values.

I am an employee that work there so everything is a dollar or less and we have new stuff in stock every other day and it is a nice spot to visit when you see me and my other coworkers which are my friends.

This is a wonderful place for you buy a lot of stuff for your home from kitchen, food, decoration and school stuff. The down thing, sometimes, you dont find the same thing that you bought prior.

Nice little place to find the little things you need .....and dont need 😉 I go in the store three times a year because if I go in there once a month I would have stuff that I really dont need all the time! Lol
