Got a lovely sectional. Perfect color, great size, and super comfortable. Everyone was super nice and couldn’t beat the price. Had it delivered, even the delivery guys were so pleasant. They even waited a few minutes for me to vacuum under the spot where the old couch was. It was a wonderful experience all around. Will definitely buy from them again in the future.

Customer service was fine when couch was purchased. I purchased the couch at a decent price and purchased the insurance on my couch with the suggestion of the salesman. A little over a year later, the couch started to sink in the sides and springs started to come out of the bottom of the couch. It was bearable until this November, to which I decided to use my insurance and have my couch fixed. I got an appointment for approximately a month later, the technician came and said they would order parts for my couch and then schedule another appointment with me. Fast forward to another 2 months after the technician came, I didnt hear anything or a follow up appointment. I then called Mattress and Furniture Expo, and the person helping me said he would call the technician company and call me back. Then, fast forward to another 2 weeks later after not hearing anything back from Mattress and Furniture Expo, I called them again, to which they informed me that since the entire couch was falling apart, they could not cover that under my insurance. So, in conclusion, DO NOT buy furniture from Mattress and Furniture Expo, as it is very poor quality (I need to buy a new couch after 2 years,) everything takes incredibly long to get anything done, communication is poor, and I was duped into buying insurance which turned out to be completely worthless. Please share this story with everyone, especially if they are in the market for a new couch or other furniture. I wasted over $800.00 on just a couch/insurance that has lasted me only 2 years, and started breaking down within a year. This will be shared on facebook, so please feel free to share from there as well.

The guys in there are super helpful and friendly. The employees even buy the furniture they sell and its not commission based. They love what they do and you can tell. I would definitely purchase from them again!

The first time I when in the store I found what I wanted and the price was great and the people that work there are real friendly and the delivery went great the guys was real friendly and they put the furniture where I asked them to and I were real friendly I would recommend to anybody to use Mattress and Furniture thank you guys you did a great job.

When I first went into the store and started buying things everything was amazing. As time went on I started having issues with the store and the ppl who run it. I brought my special need brother to buy a reclining love seat with the electronics in the middle console. We paid cash and I was told that the store would deliver it for us when it came in. The estimated time of arrival was 4 to 6 weeks. I waited 12 weeks and the day of delivery they got out of the truck and dropped the loveseat on the ground. Instead of taking the loveseat back. The guys still brought it to his apt. And dumped it off. I have pictures of just how bad this thing was and the electrical in the loveseat didn’t not work as well as one side did and does not recline. Me putting my name out there to say how great this place was and now my name means nothing to my brother. I asked for at least half back or fix the chair. Unfortunately, neither was done. I went in and showed the ppl running the store how bad this piece furniture and was threatened the guy was going to call the cops if I didn’t leave the store! So, here I am many months later and there is no resolve! They took advantage of a special needs person Bc they knew he would not stand up for himself and when I tried to take up for him it did no good! They should be ashamed of themselves and start selling ppl products worth the price they make ppl pay! If you want pics I have them! Oh, the furniture I had gotten also fell apart and when I asked for the insurance info. To have it fixed they again refused to fix. I offered the stuff back and the sales associate said he didn’t want it back.

I hardly buy mattresses because I feel rushed and I feel anxious that I am taking up someones time. However, this is not at all the case with the employees that work here. This has been the first time I have ever been treated with a smile and patience as I checked out what they had to offer. The man was very pleasant and accommodating to what I was looking for. Not only do I love the mattressn, but it was the customer service that sold me on it entirely. I asked for it to be delivered the next day which they did and even gave me a courtesy call letting me know they were on the way!

This is such a great place and keeping your money in town. I was looking for a bed drove to C & B in Chattanooga they only accept cash. REALLY. So I drove to Mattress & Furniture Expo and bought the most comfortable mattress and they delivered it for free that same day. I may never leave my bedroom. This is the place to go visit. You wont be disappointed.

The sales staff couldnt be better. Very personable, but they are trying to make a sale. My personal experience is this...my husband and I have been looking for a good quality mattress for months. Weve done our homework. So when a work associate suggested Mattress & Furniture Expo, we visited and were pleased to see the interest shown. We tried out what they had on the floor and decided with much consideration to purchase with this friendly company. We took pictures of the prices and watched for the next sale to arrive. Unfortunately...long and short of this story...sale day came...and surprisingly the prices went up. Yup. They hiked their prices. We purchased anyway (they honored our picture price)...and all I can say is that the product we have at home is not quite what they are selling on the floor. The floor model is plush and wonderful. Ours is just soft in comparison. They say it will soften to become like the floor model with time, but its been several weeks and no change. Personally, it doesnt feel like it was made with the same materials. But, buyer beware...you might get what you want and then again...you might not. Good luck.After reviewing your response, we would like to clarify a few things. You mentioned us having tried another mattress. Im not sure what your point was in bringing that up, but since you did...Yes. That is true. We ordered a mattress online, but as anyone would admit, it is hard to know what you get without first trying it out. Unfortunately, we learned the hard way and sent that one back. It was at that point we thought it would be better to go to a store to try before you buy.Second, it is true that you replaced our first mattress, but you neglected to say why you replaced it. And since you felt if was pertinent to bring it up, Ill elaborate. The first mattress was terrible. It was nothing like the floor model. We kept it for several weeks, at your suggestion, even though we called the following day stating our concerns. Weeks later, when it still wasnt working, someone came out to inspect it (and take pictures) It was then determined, with your companys inspection, that the mattress was defective...made incorrectly. So yes, you did replace the first mattress. It was the very least you could do in that circumstance.In my first review, I was only reviewing our current mattress. Soft (better than the defective mattress we first received) but not plush like the one on the show room floor.Finally, you said your normal store room price for the mattress we were looking at is $799 (which is what we saw our first visit) and continued by saying that the discounted price of $724.20 was off the MSRP. (Again, you failed to mention that the MSRP, the higher price, was what was on the mattress when we returned) On our first visit, we were given to understand that the Black Friday sale would be 20% off your normal price. So apparently, there was a misunderstanding. Thank you for clarifying. I retract my statement that you hike your prices but...seeing your normal price on a mattress one week and a completely different higher price the next week can be seen as misleading and when we showed you our picture and questioned you about it that day, an explanation was never offered.To cap this off, the sales service was incredibly nice and outgoing and I am following up with a second review so there is no further confusion.

Stopped in on a Saturday looking for a twin bed for my 4-year old son and the guys at Mattress & Furniture Expo were incredibly helpful in showing us the best solution that met our needs. After getting the mattress home and setting up the bed we realized that we actually needed a size larger mattress set. I called Mattress & Furniture Expo back and they were willing to exchange out the mattress we bought for the correct size. With a wide selection of mattresses, bedroom sets, sofas, sectionals and recliners, we know where we will be returning to outfit our basement makeover in the Spring. Thanks again guys!

We shopped around for mattresses and this was the best option. Our questions were frankly answered and we are pleased with our choice. Be aware that they will not haul away your old mattress because old mattresses do NOT need to be on a truck where new mattresses ride. It is gross and a risk from bed bugs. So be glad that they dont, even though other places do. We will shop here again in the future.

Came in to buy a mattress today. I asked for the most inexpensive twin size mattress they had as my child had an accident and I threw his away. Brent told me he had a mattress for $79, it was a display. From the top it looked in excellent condition. I lifted it up to grab it to go and there was a water stain on the underside. I asked him if he could do any better on the price. He goes your kid is just going to piss on it anyways! Who talks to customers like that??I did purchase another mattress from them that looked nothing like the one I picked out. Terrible customer service. I wouldnt recommend them despite the cheap prices.

Our experience here has been unfortunate ... we will never shop at the store again. We ordered a bed and mattress for our daughter ... it was set up and installed at the house. Within one hour, the legs had broken off ... bolts LITERALLY snapped in half on the legs. When I called someone came out to the house to look at it and they tried to tell me that my daughter had moved the bed to another room initially... absolutely untrue, but an attempt to get to their final position which was well our guys didnt break it so we dont bear any responsibility. At this point the end result is that if I want a fully functioning bed, I have to pay to replace the broken parts an additional $120. The bed didnt last 1 hour (LITERALLY). I was told for 8 days straight that Matt would call me back ... for the first 7 I never received a call back, I had to call each day the following day. Horrible customer resolution ... I would never go back. Extremely unhappy.

Ive purchased living room sets, dining room, and multiple beds --- of all sizes and qualities. The sales, prices, and service after the purchase has always been excellent without any issues. I refer EVERYONE I know thats in the market for furniture or mattresses to go see the guys at Mattress & Furniture Expo before going anywhere else.

Strongly suggest liking their page on FB and try to watch when they go live. They offer great deals and have expanded the options of furniture they offer.

Nice store but ask a lot of questions, we bought a mattress for our 4 year old daughter, her first. My wife picked it out and we took it home, we purchased a bed covering and immediately put it on the mattress. My daughter had a nightmare and called for my wife, she slept on it for 2 hours and it made her back hurt. The next day we called and ask if we could exchange it for a softer version. We were told no, our store policy is not refunds or exchanges. So ask a lot of questions, we did not and now we are stuck with a mattress that is not what we were looking for. It is all our fault but we learned an expensive lesson, so ask a lot of questions about return policy, guarantee, etc. Get it all in writing before you pay. We will not deal with this store again. It would have been better to have paid a little more and dealt with their competition.

This place will never get any more money from my family. My sister got a bed from their and she was told it would be brung one day then that changed to another day and we where ok with that then the time changed 2 times then my mom called back and their was no reasoning with the so called management over the place. He need to look into some customers service classes because he has little to no respect for the ppl that keep them going and with jobs.
