I get quality products at great prices

They have a lot of good supplements and vitamins that you dont always see at less specialized stores. Saves you a wait of ordering online if you need something asap. Staff are friendly and parking is easy.

Really helpful associate helped me find what I was looking for. Wish some of the natural protein shake products were unflavored...kinda tired of the vanilla, chocolate, strawberry flavors...

Vitamin Shoppe is a great place to get the stuff you need on demand instead of waiting for shipping. The ladies working today were pleasant, very helpful and found me what I needed. I have to put in a great word for Nate who is very knowledgeable about product as well as many times I run into him at the various stores including the one I visited today.

Nice staff, store was clean and organized. Wouldve been five stars except for disapproving of the energy waste of open refrigerator. Put a door on it, thats just silly.

Despite the fact that Ive moved to Cleveland, near Lakewood this is still my preferred supplement store. They have the best selection around, and their employees are always eager to help you find what you need.

This location is the only brick and mortar store I buy vitamins and supplements. The staff are always accommodating and are able to answer questions when presented. This is the only place I recommend to my clients, customers, and friends.

Stopped in for protein powder and to switch up my pre work out. I’m definitely not an expert when it comes to suppplement, still learning what works best for me. James was super helpful and friendly.

Besides the fact that this place is a little cheaper than GNC its terrible. Every day you come in they try to sell you on getting your items shipped through the Vitamin Shop app. So after months of being asked continuously I did. They ended up sending me double the amount I wanted so I went to return it. They gave me a paper with the amount. But they dont keep track in store so if you dont hold on to the paper they basically just take $60 and never pay you back. Ill pay $5 more for better service for literally anywhere else.

Better selection than GNC very helpful the lady at the front desk told me to place my order online and pick up at the store and saved me $20 by doing that
