She was able to get my hearing aids cleaned and adjusted even though I had purchased them from another center as I had just moved to town. I just moved back to the area and needed new tubing for my hearing aids. I called yesterday and was able to go in today and get them fixed there was a small ripe in one of my ear molds and they fixed that for me and made sure the hearing aids fit right!!

Everything was great, from the first appointment with the hearing test and selection process to the fitting and instruction appointment. The staff are extremely nice and very helpful with their knowledge and experience. I highly recommend them to all with hearing issues, you will not find a better place and staff.

I went to see Tiffany today regarding some weirdness going on with my left hearing aid and we determined that it was a moisture issue. She fixed me up ridding some moisture that resolved this issue. Also got a Fast Dehumidification System to prevent the issue going forward. Very pleased with Tiffany! She’s my hero and a rock star!

This was my first visit to a hearing doc. The office and waiting area was very clean and comfortable and the lady at the front counter was very helpful and friendly. We got back to see doc pretty quickly and she (Linda) was super nice and very informative. Dr Ahlberg, was absolutely amazing, having been deaf in 1 ear since an early age, and recently noticing a decrease in being able to somewhat compensate for the loss. She went above and beyond to introduce me to a google play app that was a complete game changer as well as providing me with a loaner hearing aid to try and see if it helps. I can say she was a tremendous professional and goes the extra mile to help those needing assistance and it wasnt able how much she could make. My review as a patient then a year later an employee. Im fortunate to work for the best of the best. I wish I could adequately convey what Dr. Ahlberg and her team do for the patients. Dr. Ahlberg has built and amazing lab, that is very well stocked. We are, more often than not, able to repair hearing aids in our office vs. sending them back to the manufactures to repair, saving our patients much time with out their hearing aids. We work with the top hearing aid manufactures. In a nutshell that means whatever our patients show for their type of hearing loss, we are able to make sure to program whats perfect for them. A lot of places dont have that option, but Tiffany wont do it any other way. We also have a loaner program, Ahlberg Audiology lets patients borrow hearing aids, that are programmed to their specific hearing loss, in their homes, real life situations to make sure this is exactly what they are needing. I get to surround myself with at work with a dedicated team and we have the best patients ever! There really is SO MUCH MORE but like I said, I fall short on adequately explaining why Im proud to work at Ahlberg Audiology.

Maybe a new receptionist? Ask many questions when setting up a appointment. they said would call back if approved. NEVER did. I called my insurance company. Explained said FREE NO Copay. for test. I received pages, in the mail. of most was asked when I called. I was disappointed when was told. TEST NOT FREE. I asked why ?when my insurance said it was. WAS checked again was no copay. Had test and said no hearing aids needed at this time. SAID copay if come back if less then a year. Confused said hearing aids brought in was not working. I need to call the company. thought said would work for years.

This past Monday I had my checkup for the new hearing aids that I purchased through Ahlberg Audiology. First I would like to say the aids are working great and I ask Dr. Ahlberg to fine tune them for the types of environments that I encounter on a daily basis. I would not consider this the greatest place. They were nice, yes. I took my mother there, and the price was way to high. They were not upfront and honest. I would not have cared to pay 3 to 4 thousand. Plus I noticed the Choice Awards, how many times that she has won. I find that hard to believe since you can go and buy hundreds of newspapers and fill them out yourself. I heard of other people talk about this place, and it was not good. I should have listened. I went to another place, and my mother is so happy. Since she was so happy, I took my dad a week later. Now both of my parents wear hearing aids, and they are wonderful. And the Audiologist/Hearing Specialist is the greatest, sweetest, most patient person. All that matters is, they have a great place to go and my parents are happy.

For years I had been told that hearing aids would not help me. Technology has improved. I was a client of Dr. Ahlberg when she worked at another practice. When she opened her own office, I was an early patient in her practice. This was my first time there. I had been to 2 audiologists before and was told I had no hearing problem. At Ahlberg I had a very short wait, then they tested my and when I told explained to them what was going on they fitted me with a pair of loners, explained everything to me and sent me on my way. It has been just a few hours and I believe I can tell the difference. I was very happy with every step of the process and will be back next week to tell them how it went and go from there.

Super nice staff. Even though I had already called my insurance ahead of time and found out that hearing tests were excluded from my insurance policy, she still wanted to file for me just in case something was overlooked by the insurance representative and they overlooked something in my policy. Dr. Ahlberg spent a great deal of time with me. She asked me questions and asked what my needs were. She didnt just rush in and do the exam, give me the results and say this is what you need. She took her time and was very thorough. She went over my results with me and explained what they meant in laymans terms. Then she told me about all the different stuff out on the market now plus the tried and true and gave my husband and me pamphlets on all of it to read over and learn about. She never once pressured us to buy anything. Highly recommend.

I just got a pair of Livio i2400 aids. There is only one word to describe them.....AWESOME !!. These aids have great clarity and dynamic range of sound. I am hearing better than ever before. I also got the TV device to allow me to hear the TV through my aids and to adjust the volume for my comfort level without affecting the TV volume for other people in the room. And of course the aids work wonderfully with my Iphone. I no longer dread getting phone calls since I can hear the caller so well. the staff at Ahlberg Audiology are the greatest. Dr. Ahlberg has been taking care of my hearing needs for a long time.

I had a thumping noise in my ear. Dr. Ahlberg examined my ear and determined there was wax on my eardrum which she removed. The “full” feeling in my ear and thumping sound stopped. Very warm and friendly staff staff. Coffee bar is a plus! Highly recommend!
