I have always been very satisfied with the professional care and personal caring of the Beltone representative in Cleveland, TN. Chris has always addressed any concerns I had and resolved the problem. His receptionist, Sara, greeted us at the door, offered coffee to my wife, and made us feel very welcome. Beltone Hearing Care is amazing! Mom started with Beltone in Chattanooga, TN, in 2014. Recently, Beltone Hearing Care Center opened up an office in Cleveland, TN, which is closer to home. The staff is professional yet friendly and caring. An extremely satisfied customer!!

The doctor was amazing! I had previously gone to a doctor who tested my hearing and he told me I needed hearing aids. I called my insurance company and was told to go to Beltone. I made the appointment and went, we got to Beltone and the doctor saw me immediately and explained EVERYTHING to me. I did the hearing test and he told me I dont need hearing aids. He could have told me what I had already heard and sold me hearing aids I didnt need. He didnt he was honest and very kind. Would I suggest people who there? YES I WOULD!

This place is a joke. DO NOT BE FOOLED. They will get you in by the ads they put in the paper and lie to your face when you get in there. They are way to expensive. I went down the road and got what I was looking for.
