Everybody just ask for Donny. He is my dude. Bought a system about 2 months ago im a rookie but he walked me through what I would need and wouldnt. Just fried my marantz amp and he just simply told me bring it back in and will square it away.
Great products and knowledgeable staff. The SONY XBR TV I bought is outstanding and the price was just as low as the big box stores. Its nice to be able to talk to someone there thats a true A/V expert. This is my first time purchase but will certainly be back.
Mike at Sound and Vision did a great job with our new smart home and home theater rooms. Our house was a total loss with a huge fire and Sound and Vision came in at the onset of the rebuild and designed a full home automation solution and did all setup and installation of all the TVs and Home Theaters. They installed Control 4 home automation which is great as we can listen to anything in all the different rooms (in ceiling speakers) and all the TVs are wall mounted with no wires (central rack in the basement). Very pleased with this high end system that works extremely well.
Awesome products but they have no customer service and they treat you like you are wasting their time. After getting the rep to let me email pics of my living room to get a quote to wire speakers they never responded to my email and the guy was an ass about it. They wanted 75.00 to just come out and assess the room. I spent 1000.00 there which for me at the time was a lot. Very snoody.
Poor service from the start. Never recieved package. Tracking clearly says delayed at a specific post office for over a month. When contacted by staff I was told I sent it back empty no refund will be issued.
Awesome equipment. Semi unhelpful employee. Was like pulling teeth to get info and we were about to drop 3000. Looks like amazon and best buy win again.
Nice guys great store with tons of product in stock and ready to go. One of the last true high end A/V retailers in NE Ohio.
This place has all of the best high-end audio and video. Great service from knowledgeable staff.
I dont think these clowns know about audio video. They simply sell whatever they are able to be dealers in. I literally wanted to see some 4K content on their 4k projectors and they only showed me common blurays in 1080p claiming it was 4K till I called them out on it. Not only that, the projectors were not calibrated and the skin tones were way too red on the Sony and the Epson was pure gray with no blacks at all. Neither of their demo rooms had any light control and the outside street was glaring into the rooms making projector shopping impossible. On the tiny projection screens they had setup you would expect stellar results. If you are new to high end audio and know nothing about it but are ok with someone telling you what you want and money is no object, this place is great. If you already did your research and have been into home theater for several decades already and know what you want, expect to but heads and end up shopping online instead. More education and knowledgeable opinions can be gained from the audio video forums online. Seriously, the sales guy didnt even know if the Sony projector had 18Gbps HDMI/HDCP 2.2 Compatible Inputs or not and was bad rapping one of the only two projectors they had on display. I felt ill after that visit.EDIT: I see they are now stalking me, I have no idea why they are claiming Im competition, I have no claim to be an A/V integrator, now theyre liars too. If they spent more time learning about the current state of Home Theater and less online defending themselves Im sure this conversation would never had taken place. I was already in their store, they already had their chance to woo me, they failed, showed no interest and they basically acted smug and better than everyone else because they sell overpriced, esoteric Macintosh tube amps only elitist snobs would buy. Seriously, my comments stand.
