I went in for a consultation. It was fast, no pressure and I liked what I heard. Made the appointment for 2 weeks out. I liked that they were busy. I took it as a good sign.I bought a Sony AVX-7000 head unit, DD audio door speakers, DD audio truck box and amp. They only took about an hour and a half to install everything. And it is clean. I can’t even tell they were in there. The wires are neat and secure. They didn’t mess up my panels or anything. And the upgrade to DD audio was well worth it. Everything sounds amazing. I have a 2013 F150 regular cab and it’s all the sound you could possibly want for daily use.Very pleased.

I had a radio, speakers and a amplifier installed in my boat. Currently I am experiencing some issues. I made an appointment to address the issues. A repair attempt was made to no avail. Then I am told that it will be another week before they can look at it. Was told that they dont have time. Bad business practices. Im pretty sure that the amplifier is the culprit due to being undersized however thats what they recommended.

I would give no stars if allowed. I was very dissatisfied with this company. We went to have a radio with back up camera (thats what we ordered) installed. We left the car with them from 9am till 330pm. We get there and we paid the price.We then get told they broke the dash and they will have to order the part. We go out to the car... there was no camera. He told us we didnt ordered one. We told him we did. He then tells us it will be another 45 min. After its installed he proceeded to want to charge us another $200. We told him thats not the price we were told. They argued with us until we pulled out the quote and recite. I would never recommend them. We are still waiting on the part for our dash.

I took my 2000 Toyota 4runner here about 2 years ago. I had a stereo and two door speakers put in. Shortly after I noticed my lights in my odometer and in the AC/radio control panel were out. Also my automatic window was now catching on the door panel they removed when installing the speakers in my door. They told me that on older 4runners the lights short out sometimes and they didnt know why. They would not fix my lights that they broke. So, they admitted they damaged my car but would not fix the damage. They also said they didnt cause my window to catch. I came here because I wanted to pay for quality and peace of mind that the job would be done right. They caused damage to my car and refused to fix it. I might as well have paid my friend less and saved some money. If youre thinking of getting work done here, I would strongly advise you to look at other companies, because if this company damages your car they will not fix it.

I volunteer with WPFD and use lights for traffic control so I had these guys install some strobe lights in my headlights and taillights in my 2016 Ford F-150. They were very fast and professional with the install and kept me updated through the entire day on how everything went. Will definitely be back for more!

Weve had 2 remote starters installed & I just ordered a Tesla Style Android Radio to be installed later this month. The owner has been very helpful, since the head unit is new to him. He took-on the task of becoming a reseller so I could enjoy a better warranty.Im looking forward to the install & I hope I remember to post an update with pictures.

Absolutely phenomenal! I first called and Richie answered the phone. He told me they were real busy and would be able to get me in the following week. I was okay with that to deal locally. Besides that is a good sign for an installer to be that booked up, shows they do quality work. So I went in at lunch and he spent time with me and was more than helpful. I told him what I was looking for and he made a suggestion that we went with. Then they scheduled my sons truck to get his stereo all straightened out. We get there and he takes it right in and finished in 2 hours. Then my sons truck is straightened out in an hour and a half. After speaking for a while we went on and he took care of 3 more customers in the showroom. Locally owned and involved daily with fantastic prices and top notch workmanship. The people at Underground are pros, helpful, friendly, and just the type of business you want to help succeed. Installed a hitch on our BMW SUV that requires removal of trims, bumper cover and bumper, etc., and did so cleanly with no evidence of the work done except a perfectly installed 2-inch receiver hitch. All for a very reasonable charge. Highly recommend.

I normally do not write reviews; however, I felt that absolute need to write a review about Underground Sound. These guys did a GREAT job at providing excellent service and expertise. I ordered an aftermarket headunit online and needed someone to install it for me. I went to multiple places and was told that either it would take them 6 weeks to get me in or they couldn’t do it at all. Underground Sound took a look at the unit for me and they were able to install it within about 30 minutes on the same day. I was so pleased. I also called them with a user question after installation and they were able to help me out with a simple answer. Plus, their installation was cheaper than any competitor in town. I want to say thank you to Underground Sound! If you are in the mark for headunit installation, I would absolutely recommend their service.

Took our car in to have the backup camera fixed. They did a great job at fixing the camera. My wife also loved they had a boutique in the same building with Lilly Pulitzer. The owner was also very nice and helpful.

I went there to get my car’s stereo checked. The guy literally glanced at my speakers without even checking them and said I needed to get them replaced. So I went to another place and found out that my speakers were working just fine and it was just the radio that was messed up. My experience here was they try to rip you off a little bit.

Had a remote start put on Honda. Noticed the driver door lock would not work with remote or old fob at this point, then suddenly the car would start and shut off intermediately after using remote start .Called and the guy on the phone seemed really knowledgeable .took car in and it would not do it while there. The gentleman told my daughter to count light flashes when it does this to determine what it could be. Now the car will sit and try to start without pushing remote start until battery dies .Called back and guy on phone said probably the battery. I told him battery was put on in 2017. Im going back up and most likely just have it removed. I have given 1 ssta at this point mostly due to the conversation on the phone with the employee over not offering solution but saying probably the battery after things continue to happen. I will update on what happens and rate as needed from that point .

Absolute trash. I went to have a sub and amp installed, but when I left my hood poped up for no reason whatsoever. When I returned to have them fix what they had messed up, they stood around and beat on my hood and insisted they did nothing to it in the first place wich is strange considering not once before they touched my car did the hood come unlatched while I was driving down the road. Terrible attitudes and wouldnt take responsibility for putting me and my passenger in danger by possibly having the hood come through the windshield. Dont waste your time with this place.Sad I even had to give them one star to review. I would hope the person that responded knows the difference between the front of a car( where the hood is) and the rear (where the trunk is) because no doubt the hood of my car was raised when I regrettably left and trusted them with my car. If they cant tell the hood from the trunk or even take responsibility for damaging someones property why would anyone want to do business here? An absolute joke, dont give these people your hard earned money
